On September 19, at approximately 4:40 am, my mother and I were outside looking for the Leonid Meteor Shower. After a while, a V-shaped formation of approximately 5-10 lights flew overhead in perfect formation. Both leg's of the "v" were perfectly straight with one light in the front leading them.
The "v" flew with the convergence point pointing forward. It flew from north to south. The lights traveled quickly, probably not any airplane formation, since it made no sound.
The lights lasted about 10 seconds and the disappeared behind the roofs of other houses. A picture was taken, but the environment was too dark, and the nothing can be seen. The distance of the object from the ground could not be determined.
Later during the day, at school, another student claimed to see lights flying in a v-formation.

Star-like object made two right angle turns before fading away. I went out to relax in the hammock and I noticed what I at first thought was a star next to the last star on the handle of the big dipper (Ursa Major), moving due north at a steady rate. It then stopped at the same level as the bottom of the constellation and began to move again in about two seconds at a 90 degree angle to its original path, now heading east in the sky.
It stopped again at about the same distance, stopped for a second and then headed north again at the same rate as before, until it dissappeared from view toward the horizon. I am a Director of Operations with a Telecom Company, and have a military background in Communications. I have never seen anything like it.
I thought this was a satellite at frst but satellites don't do those things.

At approximately 9:50 pm we where traveling east when we saw a glowing blueish/green object sore through the sky many times faster than any man made craft. When we first saw it, it was a blueish color then as it got farther, it turned more greenish and the whole time it had a bright white light behind it. The object traveled in a straight line heading southeast.
