Fireball seen in night sky near Cheyenne WY Thanksgiving evening Traveling south on Railroad Road toward the Sapp Bros. truck stop 10 miles east of Cheyenne, WY I witnessed a huge fireball fall from the clear night sky and hit the ground just south of I-80. The limited view from my windshield was short, but a huge fireball the size of a plane with a long tail of flames and smoke lit up the night sky.

I crossed the interstate at exit 370 and turned off my lights but could see nothing. once in town I told friends of the siting and several of us went back out to the crash site and drove through large pastures looking for the site of impact. Curiously we were the only people out there.

I called the county sheriff's office and was told that other people had reported seeing a meteor or were concerned of a possible plane crash. but the object I saw was traveling far too fast to just be a falling plane. Surprisingly there has been nothing in the local news of this event and the only other witness I know of is my 14 year old daughter who I'd left at her mother's when I went into town, she said she saw the very same thing on her way out to feed her horses.

I've searched the internet and found nothing of a meteor being reported and am surprised this hasn't been a local media event.

Women pass through Bosler, Wyoming twice without turning around. My wife and (step) daughter were returning home on US Highway 287 to Rock River from Laramie, Wyoming. About half-way is the nearly abandoned town of Bosler.

She reports encountering thick fog as she drove through Bosler, but could see a bright light at the old school. The next thing she knew, she was passing the Route 34 junction again, which was a mile back, south of Bosler. She again entered and passed through the town, and came home to tell me about it.

Later, it was discovered that another lady in our town of Rock River had reported an identical experience. ((NUFORC Note: Date is approximate. PD)).

a green circular light appeared and then darted behind the mountains It was just after dusk so it was pretty dark but no stars were out yet. I was just watching TV when I saw a flash and looked out the window. I had been looking for several seconds when I saw a circle shaped light out in the distance but fairly high in the sky.

then it turned green and dove for the mountains where it disappeared. I kept watching the horizon but nothing else happened. It freaked me out because it reminded me of the footage I have seen of bombs in the middle east.

thats why I had to report it.

Saw very bright green light in western sky. Caught site of a bright green flat disk shaped light in the western sky. It was difficult to tell if it was close or far away.

When I first saw it, it was just hovering. It then moved slowly to the north, then quickly disappeared into the clouds. I continued to watch to see if it came out again from the clouds, but it didn't.

Saw 2 helicopters and several large aircraft about 15 minutes after in same direction, but could not tell type of planes due to darkness. ((NUFORC Note: Witness elects to remain totally anonymous. PD)).

blue-green bright oval was spotted 20 miles south of Sheridan, WY descending to earth My wife and I were driving about 20 miles south of Sheridan, WY when we witnessed a bright blue-green oval falling from a west to east direction. The oval was very large in size and lit up the clouds as it passed through the sky. There were parts of the craft falling off as it descended.

There was no noise heard from such a large craft.

Neon green flying object seen over Gillette, Wyoming At first glance it seemed to be a shooting star, but it was larger than a star and was neon green and was flying horizontally. It has a large streak behind it, because it was moving at such a high rate of speed. My husband says it appeared to be the size of a football, but was at least 2,500 feet in the air.

It went through the clouds and you could still see the glowing green and it's streak behind it, then appeared in the clear sky and 'took off.' My husband says it seemed to go at least 700-800 mph.

Very fast, silent UFO with green lights. Flying very low - just above the tree line . I’m not sure what year it was.

I was 10/11ish so likely in the fall in either 2001-2002 outside of Rapid City, closer to Hill City. I laid at the foot of my bed cuddling the family dog and looking at the stars (I did this nightly) when all the sudden my dog jumped up, and stared out up/ out the window. I scanned the area but I didn’t see anything - no animals, nothing except grass and moonlight.

I told him it was ok and to lay back down. but he didn’t. His hair stood straight up on his neck and he stared up to the sky.

I looked out again and watched with him looking. All the sudden flying from the west to east - towards Rapid City, I saw a really really low flying aircraft with green lights ZOOM over. It was barley above the tree line.

It was so low that any normal airplane would have been really loud but was dead silent. My dog growled (a mild mannered dog who rarely growled or barked) I watched as it quickly disappear out of sight it was SO FAST!! The dog stayed at the foot of my bed on high alert, watching and watching. I was pretty freaked out.

Carrier retrieves two small craft southeast of Rock River, Wyoming. My wife reports seeing a very bright silvery-white oval craft traveling from east to west about seven miles south of Rock River, Wyoming, east of the road as she was northbound on US 287 (also known as US 30). She then saw another craft, identical to the first, traveling from west to east, west of the road.

Then a third craft, much larger than the other two, but otherwise identical in shape and color, was seen hovering west of the road. The two small craft each stopped to either side of the large craft, hovered for 10 to 15 seconds, then the craft to the west merged with or entered the "carrier." Five or so seconds later, the small craft to the east entered or merged with the carrier.

For 10 or 15 seconds after this operation, the large craft remained stationary. It then accelerated straight up and disappeared within one to two seconds. ((NUFORC Note: Date is approximate.

These three objects of luminating light were just suspended in mid air, then gone. I was driving home from a daytrip at roughly midnight. I noticed three bright lights at the top of some foothills.

I pulled my truck over and got out. Something was forcefully holding my eyes on these luminating objects. I watched them for 5-10 minutes.

Then a flash and they were gone. They didn't really disapear. There was a bright flash and then they made a sharp turn and were below the foothills as quickly as they appeared.

Black triangle glides right over my head. My wife and I were out for a walk at night in our neiborhood. We were just talking and I looked up at the stars because I love the stars.

When out of my periphial view to my left I saw somthing. Its weird but at first glance I thought it was an owl gliding across the sky. Then my mind thought it was a flock of ducks flying in a V formation.

But when it was right over my head the light from the stars vanished behind it. It was a black triangle craft making no sound at all. I looked at my wife and pointed to the sky and I kept asking what is that.

She didn't know of course. It had no lights no sound and glided across the sky to the north west. I watched until I couldn't see it anymore.

We jumped in our car and tried to follow it but I couldn't see it anymore. I;m telling you if I hadn't looked straight up I never would have saw it. I went home and looked on line at all the stelth planes that are known to exsist.

none of them looked like it. the edges were rounded. It was the creepest thing I'd ever seen.

I have listened to you and Art for years and never thought I would see somthing like this. At the time I didn't report it because it wasn't as fantastic as all the reports you seem to get. The only reason I amm sending this is to add to your evidence that we are not alone.

Thank you for all you do. One more thing, it might sound weird but I got a strong impression that what ever was in that craft knew that I was watching it. I wish I would have reported it sooner but like I said I didn't think it was a big deal.

If you do get in touch with me I did have questions of a dream I had in 1996.I know I might sound dumb but it was a dream of little greys taking me from my bed and putting a clone of me in my place for about a year. I know it was just a dream but I've always wondered if I should talk to someone.

Couple of my friends I told just laugh until I tell them I had a second dream a couple days before my surgery that the little guys brought me back. Then they just say how weird. I dont think I'm crazy just wondered what you think.

The EggBeamer! I was in my back yard when I saw the UFO. It hovered for a moment, let out a little whine, and then shot off. It left a low lying contrail, but that vanished in a moment.

We saw it flashing a tiny light at the bottom of the craft, which was sort of a beam, but that was about it.

For many months myself and others have seen silver lighted spheres moving intelligently over city. I and others have seen these crafts for months here in Wyoming. Some of them move just a little, others move across the city, but all look the same.

They are silverish spheres with light emanating from different areas of surface. They sometimes have round indentions, black holes or spots, or raised areas. They often change shape and appear cut off at top or bottom, and sometimes even look egg shaped.

Looking through a 700mm telescope, they almost fill the lens and often change appearance while looking at them. Some pulse and flash almost continuously, others emulate private planes, others simply twinkle with different colors. Myself, friends and family have been watching these "ships" since approx.

July of last year. At first just one, a red one. Now there are many here in sky at night.

They start to appear at sunset, and then move lower in sky later in evening. This has continued for months and these object don't appear to really be hiding. I have flashed them often with mag light and they always flash me back.

Sometimes they even move closer after they are signaled. I have filed numerous reports with MUFON, but never received one reply. I cannot help but wonder why.

Has anyone else out these seen these crafts/ships?.

A cluster of approximately 15 lights appeared and fanned out into a V shape while appearing to fly overhead. This is the third time I have seen the same thing. Two years ago, within about a two week span, I saw a similar thing and thought it was weird and did not report it.

Tonight I saw what appeared to be approximately 15 lights in a clustered shape in the sky, not far enough away to be stars but about as far as a aircraft might fly. The cluster changed shape as I looked toward it, and fanned out into a V shape. It continued to fly straight ahead and I looked away.

Bright ball of light shoots toward ground in Southeastern Wyoming. As my son and I were driving south in the city, I glanced to the west just as a large bright ball of light shot to toward the ground in the western sky. It was about 8:30MST, pitch black dark with no stars out.

The object appeared as a large, very bright, white/yellow ball, with no tail. It appeared into our view, shot down at about a 45 degree angle and was lost behind the houses and trees. It looked much brighter than any shooting star I have ever seen, and much closer.

From our view, it looked as if it must have landed maybe 30-50 miles to the west of Cheyenne, Wy. But I do realize that actually it could have been much farther than that, maybe hundreds of miles? I am no expert on these matters, just speaking in terms of what kind of seems logical I guess. I looked over at my son, he immediately looked at me and his eyes were just huge! I said, "did you see that?", and he said acting very excited and scared at the same time, "ya!" So, just to test him to see if he really indeed saw the same thing I did, I said "what did you see?" He replied, "that shooting star!", he being only 6, I knew what he meant, and knew we had both definitely seen the same thing.
