I was coming to El Paso Texas from Hobbs New Mexico, I was on Carlsbad highway entering the Guadalupe mountains when I saw a huge light floating in the air, it had to of been the size of a Wal Mart, as I got closer to it I noticed that the mountain wasn’t being lite up. As I was going around the next curve that would of put me right under the light their was a police roadblock, I asked what was going on and the officer said nothing just a standard license check, what made this so weird is their are signs telling people to bring water because you might not see another car for hours, and that night I hadn’t seen a car in over a hour. I told my brother-in-law who was a State Trooper, he just said I was seeing things.

I know what I saw and I’m 63 now and I can still remember it as if it was yesterday. Getting back to what happened, the officer took my license and held me up for about 15 to 20 minutes and the light was gone when I went around the curve, and their! wasn’t any report of a license check either. I was just wondering has anyone else seen anything like this?.

UFO over Lamesa, Texas cotton gin The fact that you all have not posted this story makes it clear to me that you all think this is a hoax. Let me state that I know this man personally and I can vouch for him that what he saw that night was an experience he will always remember. I really do think this story should be noted online because there where witnesses and just maybe they might see the story and come forward.

I really hope you all reconsider your evaluation of this report and post it. Here is the story again: I have a step father who is almost 70 years old. He has a UFO story that I think needs to be told just incase someone else out there might have been a witness can come forward with more info.

He tells this story over and over without any discrepancies in his story. At times he gets excided when he tells it because he relives the experience. He has forgotten the exact time the encounter happened and to the best of his knowledge he thinks it was about Nov.

1978 but is possible could be a few years off. He happened to be working in a cotton gin in a town called Arvana, Texas just NE of Lamesa, Texas. He remembers being out one evening in the field driving a truck when off to the horizon coming to him drifting over the trees was a spinning disk object with lights around.

He got really spooked and took off fast across the field bouncing around until he got to the cotton gin. He jump out of the truck with the truck still rolling and went in and told his boss and others and they all came out and saw the spinning craft drift to the side of the gin across Hwy 87. People where really spooked at this site and some went back inside.

Also people in their cars on the hwy stopped and people got out of their cars and where looking at this low spinning disk. It was about 500 Ft high with spinning lights all around.yellow, red, and blue.

Then it slowly began to pull up and then a bright beam of light shot down from the center as it moved up. My step father then said the cotton gin's power and the machinery inside then just died off and shut down. Then the craft pulled up higher and the white beam of light turned off and then it shot upward like a bullet till it was out of sight.

The power at the cotton gin then came back on. He tells me of another story that happened around Odessa and Andrews, Texas. He had heard of a farmer who would see this craft on a regular bases follow the power lines toward the mountains from west Texas toward the New Mexico but his memory of the story and the details are almost gone.

He had heard one farmer saw this craft and reported it and the police came out. They did not believe this farmer. He said even some military folks where there but they really doubted the farmers story.

Just then a rancher driving to his ranch stopped by to see what all the commotion was about. After they told him he said oh yea.he would see the the craft ride above the power lines toward the mountains ( in New Mexico??) all the time.

I talked to some other people I personally know and they also claim to have seen a spinning craft follow low and close behind them one evening as they where between Sweetwater and Abilene, Texas on Interstate 20 back in the 80's so maybe there is or was a craft that hung around west Texas in the 70's and 80's. Blue lights fill room of house in rural Texas before abruptly vanishing When I was a child each year my family drove southwest from Dallas to Central Texas, where my father shared a hunting lease on a ranch several miles northwest of Fredericksburg in the Texas Hill Country. My father is an engineer and an enthusiastic deer hunter, and that year, like most, we came to Fredericksburg at Thanksgiving to hunt deer and turkey. We drove a camper and parked it in front of the old ranch house where I bunked with my father.

My mother and two younger brothers slept in the RV. The rustic and less comfortable house, built by German settlers near the end of the 19th c., was situated near a windmill, a sheep shed, water tanks and cattle troughs.

One night my father and I turn out the lights to go to bed. We were settled in the house, miles from any highway or road, and approachable only by way of a narrow limestone trail cut through sharp grass, oak brush, and scrub. It was a clear, cool night with no storm activity.

We unrolled sleeping bags over the beds. My father’s rifle rested in a corner. We had turned out the lights around 10 pm.

My father noticed something after I had closed my eyes and asked me what I saw through the front windows. A dim blue light entered through a north window, and increased its brightness until the room was cast in a luminous blue. The light continued through the window a few moments before abruptly shifting positions to a west window.

The room remained saturated in bright blue. Neither of us moved. The light then vanished suddenly after less than a minute.

We couldn’t sleep after the light left us, and we talked about what we had seen for half an hour or so before finally falling asleep. Next morning we resumed the conversation about the lights. My mother and brothers had nothing to report, sleeping soundly through the night.

Wildlife photos developed with only a ufo in pic While on a camera trip to local lake I took a 35 mm photo of some ducks flying overhead. I had taken photos of oddity things around lake before and after pics of ducks. When the film returned, no ducks, but a tiny blue and red winged object that appears to be banking in the photo that I still have.

Had UFO come within 30 to 40 feet from us. Then took off very very fast into space. No doubt there is other life out there, none at all I have never told my story to anyone but a few friends in recent years.

Myself (witness #1--name deleted) and a friend of mine at the time ((witness #2--name deleted)), which were 15 and 16 years old at the time had gone out on the side of town to a small wheat field that was ready to be harvested on a beautiful clear warm Friday evening and parked in a circle in the middle of the wheat field that had been made by the farmer from turning around in, I assume, (his barn and tractor were behind us off the side of circle. To be honest my friend had bought a six pack of Michelob beer and we were going to drink a couple beers though at the time of this incident we had not yet opened one beer and were completely sober and straight. Anyway, it was just getting dark but still a little bit of light.

We were talking and I was sitting in passenger seat anf ((witness #2)) in drivers seat and I was staring at this red flashing light blinking like a heart beat up in the sky directly in front of me. I thought it was a radio tower with its red warning lights so a plane does not fly into it but after a short bit it started moving to my right very slowly. At that time I asked my friend "hey what is that?" and we both thought it was a small cessna airplane flying extremely low.

It kept getting lower and lower and swung around to the far side of the wheat field and came right over the top of the wheat, still with its light blinking. It started coming right towards us and it came so close that our skin and face and car and the wheat around us was glowing red when it blinked. We both kept saying to each other "What is it?, what is it?".

I had my head stuck out the window trying to get a look at what it was but even with it that close I could not make out a shape nor could I hear any sound what so ever. It kept coming towards us then my friend paniced and started his car to take off because I guess he was more frightened than I was. When he started his car the light stopped for a few seconds then started going back the way it had been coming accro! ss field but then took off at an incredible speed up into the sky.

We drove as fast as we could to the dirt road and went in the direction it was and by then it was higher than commercial jets fly and kept going higher into the atmosphere until it could no longer be seen. There is no possible way that anyone on earth had anything that could go that fast, I mean it was fast. The human body could not handle that kind of 'G' Force as far as I know.

Then it was gone. The following Monday in the newspaper someone else had seen the same light/craft (UFO) but they saw it on the west side of town we were on the North side of town and by the time they quoted seeing it they had to of seen it about 30 minutes before us. We never reported seeing anything to anyone thinking people would think we were nuts plus because we were out there to drink a few beers and were only 15 and 16 years old and that would get us in trouble with the parents.

Now that I am 40 it is of no concern to me anymore. ** There is no doubt in my mind that that UFO was from some other life form and planet or where ever, no doubt what so ever. There is no way what I saw could of been from Earth, none what so ever! I am 100% convinced that we are being visited by beings from another planet or where ever here on earth and that the government has to know about it and is keeping what they know from us.

They must tell us everything that they know which I'm sure is a lot. When they finally are forced to do so then everyone is really going to be upset with the government for keeping it from them for so long. Us mere earthlings can handle the truth.

I already know the truth, somewhat, I know they do exist with out a doubt and so do many other people who have had encounters with them. The aliens I'm sure think that every human being has been informed of their presence, but this is far from the truth. I think it is stupid for the government not to tell what they know, if they would then everyone could come together with their info they have and maybe we c! ould become a bit more savy on their ways and maybe what to expect in the future.

They could be sizing us up to take over our planet and with their technology that would not be very hard at all, probably with a snap of the fingers or whatever they snap. I often wondor what would of happened if my friend would not of started the car. We could of had it land right next to us and met the aliens or then we could of been abducted also! Yikes, maybe it was good he did start the car, I'll never know I guess.

As far as the date goes I only remember it was 1978 because I was 15 but I really not sure what month and what day, but there was a story that following Monday in the paper and it happoened the Friday before that. The wheat was ready for harvest because I went back out there next time I had someone with a car to check out and see if wheat was singed or burnt or partly harvested or anything strange but when I got there it had already been harvested. What about radio activity on a geiger counter? Would that possibly pick up something? It has been 26 years ago this happened, I thought I should document it somewhere, do you not agree.

I live in Hawaii now and Jeff still lives in Pampa, Texas. Also, the final assembly point for all nuclear weapons is 45 miles from where this happened which is like a baby step to these aliens I'm sure. Pantex is the name of the place.

I know they have interest in our nuclear sights, weapons and such so I thought I would throw that in. That is possibly why they were by this little hick town of Pampa Texas either that or needed some wheat to make some bread with. My tele.

Grayish metallic triangle shaped craft emits green aura over Texas. On this summer day my brother, a friend and I were walking down the street. I sensed something unusual and we began to run not even knowing why.

We hid behind an auto and watched this craft hover silently from the east to west. It was right over head and it hovered to a stop right above us. It was in plain sight during broad daylight.

As it hovered above us, it started to glow, an aura around it. It was glowing a greenish color. I also observed that it had what looked like a circle of red in its center like a neon light.

I was 11yrs old and have hunted from age of 8. On this day I was at the edge of the Big thicket swamp, shooting snake's, when some mud ducks flew over. I tried to shoot them with my .

22 auto rifle. After about the 5th shot, a large fire ball appeared 10 times larger than the sun for about 2-3 sec then it was gone. It sacred me to death.

I ran home as fast as i could run. At the time I was told it was just a Meteor. I am 45yrs old now and have seem many meteors that is not what I seen that day.

I now believe that I shot a cloaked UFO and the fire ball was the bullet disrupting the cloaking field.

1978 Red Saucer Garland texas 500 Lights On Object0: Yes I was 7 years old about to go to sleep. the above location data is just a guess I don't remember where I lived exactly. this was the first of many UFO sightings through my life.

this is the only one that was without a doubt I knew what I was looking at. the others were just anomalous lights. ok, the sighting: I was going to sleep, staring out my window and I saw a glowing orange/red saucer it must have been less than 100 yards away.

it was zig zagging in a weird arc and went behind a building. I got all freaked out and ran downstairs and told my mom I saw a flying saucer and she told me to go to bed and stop fibbing. the craft was pretty big.

at least 30ft across. I remember this like it was yesterday. my first thought (mind of a 7 year old) is I thought it was the lost saucer from sid and marty craft.

then my mom told me there was no such thing . that freaked me out and I could not sleep for weeks. I have had a very crazy childhood involving stuff like this.

My sister and I wear driving south on state hwy 67 toward Alpine from Fort Stockton when I noticed 3 red lights lined up against a cliff in the nearby distance. I asked if there were any radio antennas or lights in the area and she shook her head and told me that if there were, she wasn't aware of it. That's when we noticed the lights dart across the sky towards our direction.

She stopped the car, killed the lights, and we watched as the three red lights darted over and around the car silently, as they faded to orange and back to red. After around 10 minutes, they disappearted as quickly as they appeared. ((NUFORC Note: Date is approximate.

A 5HR DRIVE TOOK 7 PLUS HOURS ROUTINE DRIVE. LOST 2HRS NO EXPLANATION A FRIEND HAD ME INTERESTED ABOUT INCIDENTS HAPPENING AROUND BRENHAM TEXAS AND HWY 290. IN 1978 I WAS STATIONED AT FORT HOOD TEXAS BUT MY HOME TOWN IS PORT ARTHUR TEXAS.

I WOULD DRIVE HOME AS ANY OF YOU MAY HAVE GUESSED. ON PAYDAY WEEKEND. MILITARY PAYDAY WEEKEND TO BE EXACT.

I WOULD TAKE THAT 5HR DRIVE .LEAVE ABOUT 6PM GET HOME ABOUT 11 PM AND HEY . I WAS YOUNG SO I COULD GO OUT AND PARTY WITH MY SISTERS.

I ALWAYS MARVELLED AT HOW THE STARS SEEMED SO CLOSE LOOKING TO MY RIGHT ON A CLEAR NIGHT . THAT WITH THE ROLLING HILLS AND WHITE PICKET FENCES JUST ALWAYS CAUGHT MY ATTENTION. THERE WERE NEVER MANY CARS ON THAT ROAD WHEN I TRAVELED IT BUT THE STAR SHOW WAS BEAUTIFUL.

ON NIGHT ON MY WAY HOME WHILE PASSING DOWN 290 NEAR BRENHAM. I WAS AWARE THAT I WAS PULLING OFF OF THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WITH NO MEMORY OF EVER STOPPING. AS I WAS PULLING ONTO THE ROAD I ADJUSTED MY REAR VIEW MIRROR BECAUSE OF SOME BRIGHT LIGHT THAT WAS BLINDING ME.

I WAS IN A CONFUSED ! STATE AT THAT TIME AND IT REALLY DIDNT DAWN ON ME UNTIL I WAS ABOUT 5 MILES DOWN THE ROAD. I STARTED QUESTIONING EVERYTHING.WHY DID I STOP.

THE LIGHT.AND TO MY SURPRISE. WHEN I GOT INTO HOUSTON .

I NOTICED A BILLBOARD OF BANK DISPLAYING THE TIME. I COULDNT BELIEVE IT BUT I HAD LOST 2HRS THAT I STILL CAN NOT ACCOUNT FOR. WHEN I ARRIVED HOME AT 1 AM INSTEAD OF 11PM MY SISTER ASKED ME ABOUT WHY WAS I LATE.

I TOLD HER ABOUT THE LOST 2HRS AND SUCH BUT SHE SAID THAT I MUST HAVE BEEN TIRED AND FELL ASLEEP. NOT. NOT IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD.

I WAS 18YRS OLD THEN AND I AM 53YRS OLD NOW AND TO THIS DAY IT STILL HAUNTS ME. I HAVE NEVER COME TO GRIPS WITH THE INCIDENT BECAUSE IT IS STILL EMBEDDED IN MY SUBCONSCIOUS MIND I GUESS. I HAVE HAD VIVID DREAMS ABOUT IT BUT WHEN I GET CLOSE TO SEEING THE WHO.

Large circle with colored lights hovering not far above Looked like the ride at amusement park called tilt a world. In the summer of 1978 I saw an object that had different colored lights in a large circle. It was not moving & I never heard any noise from it.

The best description is a ride from an amusement park called the “tilt a world”. Only one was there. I was standing on the sidewalk with a friend when I looked up and saw it.

It was a clear night with stars in the sky. I had never seen anything like this before & haven’t seen anything like it again. I was a child then but I clearly remember seeing this & I remember it like it was yesterday.

I ran to tell my parents but by the time they got outside it was gone.

I was driving back to base when I spotted a white light hovering over the runway. I was driving back from Eagle Pass, Tx to Laughlin AFB, TX and at that hour, the back gate was closed and one had to drive into Del Rio and turn around to hwy 90 to go to the front gate. As I drove towards the base I saw a light over the runway and it just hovered there.

I could see no other lights, just a bright white light. I had always wanted to see a UFO so was really quite excited. I was about 5 miles from the base when it took off and came over my car and headed into Mexico in nothing flat.

I had managed to stick my head out the driver door and could only see a vague shape, but definitley oval shaped. It was huge and it was so quiet and so fast. It was out of sight in an instant.

I asked the airman at the gate if he had seen something, but when I drove up, he had been on the phone laughing and giggling and he had been facing towards the front, while the runway was behind him. My husband poopooed the notion, but later that week a small story appeared of ufo sightings in Mexico. I hope it was a UFO.

Astonishingly fast moving light. For many years, I have avoided reporting this UFO sighting for all the common reasons but after watching a Nat Geo UFO Europe video on YouTube, I thought perhaps I should. Although, it has been long ago perhaps somebody else may have seen it and my corroboration may help.

In the summer of 1977 or 78, I went to spend a few weeks with my aunt and uncle living in Tennyson, Texas. My uncle worked at the Goodyear proving grounds but had farming and ranching interests also. He worked in coo ordination with a man who owned a Ford 9600 tractor.

The tractor was diesel powered. It was almost new and he had arranged for a custom plowing job to be done at a neighbors property. I agreed to do the work and he would pay me some of the earnings.

I was on the last field and nearing completion. It was probably nearly 1 AM in the morning. It was a clear night and no rain as best I recall.

While heading in a Southerly direction with the plow in the ground, I saw a light far off in the distance moving my way at an astonishing speed. It was low on the horizon but definitely in the sky. It captured my vision as I was headed directly toward it.

As it moved toward me it consumed the entire sky and eventually lit up the entire area around the tractor as fa! r as I could see as bright as daytime. As, the light virtually exploded around me the tractor died and its lights went off. The tractor was a diesel model and would die only if fuel flow was stopped to the engine but it had fuel flow solenoid.

As rapidly as the flash of light appeared it disappeared. The entire time of the event was only a second or two. It scared me because I thought perhaps lightening had hit the tractor.

As the light left the tractor immediately started again. Remember this is a diesel tractor with a plow in the ground so the tractor would not start on its on like an automobile going down the highway. It would have to be taken out of gear and the starter engaged.

But, because of my fear, I immediately lifted the plow thinking if I don't I will be electrocuted. I was near the end of the field so I simply stopped instead of turning around and tried to figure out what was happening. I opened the door to check for rain but the weather was clear.

! Without an explanation, I decided I should leave immediately b! ut I tho ught no one would believe me and I don't even believe myself what had happened. So, I put the tractor into reverse and backed up to where the plow had been pulled out of the ground and finished plowing to the end of the field still at an unease. By now, I had processed the event and made my mind up to go ahead and stop for the night.

I asked questions of my uncle and aunt as well as other local community members and found out that others had sightings that were similar although I didn't commit to seeing anything. So, like I have said, I know that this is years late and could not be verified or researched very well but if it can help that is good. ((NUFORC Note: Witness indicates that the date is approximate.

PD)) ((ADDENDUM FROM WITNESS)) June 10, 1978 Approximately 13:00 CST I went back and verified the dates that I was at my uncles through gas receipts. I was there for 2 full weeks beginning May 31, 1978 until June 13, 1978. The event occurred during the last 4-5 days, I was there.

So, on or about June 10, 1978 is the closest I can come to being exact. I believe it is firm enough to publish the data. In all the years since then I have never seen anything like it again.

I can arc weld and the brillance of that light on a small scale may serve as an example. As I watched the History channel program, I was in awe at how so many described the light precisely as it was the night I saw it. For many years, I have avoided reporting this UFO sighting for all the common reasons but after watching a Nat Geo UFO Europe video on YouTube, I thought perhaps I should.

The tractor was a diesel model and would die only if fuel flow was stopped to the engine but it had a fuel flow solenoid. As rapidly as the flash of light appeared it disappeared. The entire time of the event was only a second or two.

It scared me because I thought perhaps lightening had hit the tractor. As the light left the tractor immediately started again. Remember this is a diesel tractor with a plow in the ground so the tractor would not start on its own like an automobile going down the highway.

It would have to be taken out of gear and the starter engaged. But, because of my fear, I immediately lifted the plow thinking if I don't I will be electrocuted. I was near the end of the field so I simply stopped instead of turning around and tried to figure out what was happening.

I opened the door to check for rain but the weather was clear. Without an explanation, I decided I should leave immediately but I thought no one would believe me and I don't even believe myself what had happened. So, I put the tractor into reverse and backed up to where the plow had been pulled out of the ground and finished plowing to the end of the field still at an unease.

By now, I had processed the event and made my mind up to go ahead and stop for the night. I asked questions of my uncle and aunt as well as other local community members and found out that others had sightings that were similar although I didn't commit to seeing anything. So, like I have said, I know that this is years late and could not be verified or researched very well but if it can help that is good.

SIGHTING AT CLOSE RANGE A ROUND FLYING OBJECT WENT ABOVE OUR HEADS WE ROAD OUR BIKES UNDER IT FOR TWENTY SECONDS AND OBSERVED THE CRAFT MOVING SLOWLY WEST AND MAKING A LOOP TO THE SOUTHEAST BEFORE DISAPERING.IT MADE NO SOUND AND HAD RECTANGULAR LIGHTS OSILATING IN A CLOCKWISE DIRECTION.I AM A PILOT AND HAVE SEVERAL HOURS FLYING EXPERIANCE BUT NONE ON THE COMPUTORE.

I HAVE NOT SAID ANYTHING BEFORE BECAUSE OF FEAR OF COMPLICATION FROM US GOVERNMENT,I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE THAT WOULD WILLING TO LISTIN TO MY STOREY. I AM STILL IN CONTACT WITH THE OTHER TWO PEOPLE WHO SAW THIS.OUR CONTACT WITH THE UFO WAS NO LESS THAN TWENTY FEET ABOVE OUR HEADS BUT I FEEL THAT IT HAD NO EFFECT ON ME.

A rectangular object with reflective illumination travels accross the sky I was riding my bike home from a friend’s house on the east side of Fairfield. Stopping to turn at an intersection, I noticed what I thought was a meteorite. The kind at high altitude that appears and disappears without slowing down.

It had the same speed and illumination of a meteorite moving from overhead to the southwest. The distinctive features that set it apart is that it traveled without a streak behind it. It was an object that was rectangular in shape with straight edges and defined corners.

Because of the distance, size could not be determined. However the height to length ratio was approx. 1 to 5.

The last feature of the object is that the side opposite from the west horizon was concaved. I attribute this feature to being the shaded side of the object. There were no other features observed.

UFO seen over Texas skys in the late '70s A friend and I were outside his residence late one evening in the summer of '77 or '78. He was playing his guitar and I was lying on the hood a car staring up at the stars. The first unusual thing to happen was a meteor that curved as it entered the atmosphere.

I mentoned this to my friend. Then about 5 min. later I was still looking up when an object appeared.

It was moving across the sky in a perfect straight line directly over us. It was an elongated oval shape. It had no color and made no sound.

There were no lights. It was difficult to tell how high or how large it was but if I had to guess I would say about 50 feet long. It moved sideways and stayed on a perfect line until it disappeared into the horizon.

It was traveling mabye at 100 mph. But again it was difficult to judge speed or size. The thing that sticks in my mind is that we could see the object very clearly.

It was directly overhead and the lights of the city seemed to illuminate the bottom. It was a dark object. We got a very good long look and talked to each other about it as it passed overhead.

The next day I called the local airport and asked if any reports were called in or any balloon type craft were in the area at that time. None were reported. My friend and I lost contact with each other shortly after the sighting and have never spoken about this.

I understand that a weather station somewhere in south Texas used to lose balloons occasionally and this could be a possibility but I have never seen one of these balloons to compare, but the object I saw appeared solid and did not rotate or change attitude or altitude as I would think a balloon would. Army seargeant in CQ on a friday night accompany by a private runner, Left office to check the quarters, surprised to see such a clear night and when looking tracking the moon I found it right above me, completly surrounded by dense clouds on its outer sphere but a perfect circle in the center very shiny, never seen clouds organize themselves in such a perfect circle and right below the moon?, above the moon, distant away 5 circular objects keept switching places or moving like in a star formation. Could not make sense of it all, my runner told me, I have been watching for long time. No word we say to nobody till this day.

egg shaped metalic object viewed over Katy, Tx in 1978 It was a bright sunny day when I noticed an egg shaped metalic object moving slowly in the sky. It did not seem too high (maybe 200 to 300 feet) and it appeared to be 8 to 10 feet in diameter. It was definitely metalic with no seams or rivets.

totally smooth skinned. As it approached my neighbor and me overhead it suddenly stopped for a moment and then it changed direction taking a 90 degree turn and it slowly moved away out of sight. This was not a ballon or anything like that.

Blinding white light over my pickup then suddenly I'm outside of my truck looking in an empty sky. I was driving home from a friends house in my pickup traveling North on FM1652 in Grand Saline, TX, when a bright white light shown down over my truck. It was so bright that I couldn't see beyond where the light was shining approximately 30 to 40 feet in front of my pickup.

I pulled over and stopped and tried to see if I could see what it was shining down on my truck by leaning forward and looking up toward the light. There was no sound associated with the light either. As I start to look up, suddenly I'm outside of my truck on the drivers side leaning forward on the bed, holding the top portion of the fleet side bed, and looking up into a clear starry night.

There was nothing in sight. I looked toward the cab of my truck and the drivers side door was open, the motor was off and the park lights were on. I never stopped the motor or turned the lights off that I know of.

I told this to no one for many years fearing being labeled as crazy. The people I did tell of this are ones that first told me of experiencing sightings of unknown origins or something similar. I've tried to dismiss this by researching what it might have been.

Most recently, was seeing the meteor that flew over Russia and how bright it made the sky. However, the light I saw was from a fixed position and came on like someone flipped a switch. I've thought “Police Helicopter”, but there are none in that rural area, there was no sound, and it still doesn't account for my lapse of time from being in my truck to being outside.

I've struggled with this phenomena from that moment on wondering what it was and have yet to discover any information that could make sense of this event. I sincerely hope you contact me with some resources that may help me unravel this mystery. Thank you.
