a very bright slow moving large object with no sound, awsome! Just saw UFO at about 2105, traveling across the sky slowly about 1 min. About the size of a ½ dollar with no stars in the sky. Looked like it was on fire- hot orange.

In the shape of a sideways U with the curve facings northwest from my home.

unexplainable air craft My boyfriend and I were laying in bed. His window is right by is bed to we were looking out of it. I noticed something that looked like a really bright star.

It started slowly moving towards us. We ran outside to watch it. The closer that it got we noticed it had lights coming from all sides.

Very bright lights. It started going straight up in the air very slowly. we stared at it until it just became a star.

It never went farther away or came any closer after that. It was just the brightest star in the sky. we went back in side and were talking about what we just saw.

Moments later i spotted another one. A bigger one with more lights than the first one. It was moving so slow but came so low we knew it was not an air plane or anything else.

It had a soft humming noise as well. We ran out side again and for something that was moving so slow by the time we ran out thereIt was gone. We have been trying to talk our selves out of what we saw for the past week.

It w! as the weirdest thing we have had happen to us.

The object was floating over the highway just above the tree line with red, blue, and yellow lights on the bottom of a dark surface My girlfriend and I were driving down highway 15-501 heading towards home when we first saw lights hovering over the road. My first thought was that it looked like a new radio or phone tower with red, blue, and yellow lights, but I knew that wasn't possible because we travel down taht road often. We first saw the lights about half a mile away and as we got closer we realized that the lights were hovering just over the tree line attached to a dark boomerang or triangle shape.

All of the lights seemed to be flashing at first, but as we got closer all the lights were shining down towards the road. The object was not moving at all it was just hovering over the road. when we passed under it we still could not figure out what it was, I wasn't driving so I turned around to look back and see it from the other side and I couldn't see it anymore.

We turned around about 100 yards past the object to try and get a picture of it but it was gone, no lights in the trees, in! the sky, or anywhere else that I could find. The object was not a helicopter because it made no sound, and not a plane because it was too low and did not move. Whatever the thing was it was about as wide as the highway and I could not tell how long it was because it was dark behind the lights.

This is the first time i've ever seen anything that I couldn't explain around here although I did see unexplained lights in the sky in Iraq in 2003. This area is only about 45 miles from Ft. Bragg/Pope air force base, so I guess it could possibly be some kind of military project that i've never heard of.

I'm not one to jump to conclusions, but this thing has me confused. I don't know if anyone else saw the object or made any kind of report. I really just want to know if this fits with UFO sightings or if anyone can tell me what this may have been because it was only about 3 miles from my house.

Two orange spheres were flying together before they joined back together and accelerated straight up into the sky and out of sight. While driving down the road two orange objects caught my eye hovering over the local community college. The objects were flying low, just above the tree line and flew in the same direction I was traveling.

I pulled my car over and observed the two orange lights begin to fly in separate, opposite directions. After a moment one of the lights stopped and the other orange sphere began to move towards the other light. Both of the orange spheres appeared to release on object that resembled a shooting star.

They then joined together, with no apparent change in the size of the lights, and then they accelerated straight up into the night sky until they completely disappeared out of my sight. I am a lifetime resident of this county and had never before witnessed a UFO, but I firmly believe that this object was not of an Earthly origin. Its actions and movements did not appear to resemble any plane or other flying object that I have witnessed.

I was stunned at what I had seen because it was an amazing incident that does not happen everyday. I phoned a friend to tell him what I had observed and he directed me to report this sighting to you’re website. Four orbs of light, in no particular formation as if one craft, moving very fast south of wrightsville beach moving south. This just happened less than 30 minutes ago. I was studying for exams and took a break to smoke a cigarette.

While I was on my porch that overlooks the ocean I saw out of the corner of my eye one light that flashed maybe two or three times but very dimly. When I looked in that direction 4 lights slowly increased in brightness and took off south in a straight line very fast. I’m not exactly sure how far away they were but seemed like a couple miles.

Maybe over Masonboro Island which is I think 3 or 4 miles away. I don’t think it was one craft because three of them were in a triangle but not a perfect one and the other was off to the right. They were close to each other though, but it’s hard to say how close because they were far away.

UFO SIGHTING NEAR FOUR OAKS NC OVER MY HOUSE NO NOISE JUST A LIGHT IN THE SKY THAT MOVED REAL SLOW STOPPED AND TOOK OFF. I was heading to work on Saturday December 4, 2010 when i noticed a small light in the sky. It was traveling at a slow speed, to slow for an airplane (did not have any blinking lights what so ever.

My mother and father came out to say their goodbyes and looked up and noticed it as well. The light was over the top of us and seem to stall for a period of 2 - 3 minutes my mother said that is odd. I said "yeah and it is not moving or making any noise either".

I reached for an old rifle scope in my truck and tried to get a clear image of the object; but it started moving towards the north, north west, as it passed over no sound just a small bright light no signs of wings landing gear exhaust or anything that looked like our air craft. This thing started to move so i got in my vehicle and followed pursuit it seemed as it started gaining speed and altitude and faded into the horizon. I do not know what this was but it made no noise; it was absolutely silent, no roars from afterburners, no nothing only light.

The color of the light was like that of a torch orange with a white brightness about it keep in mind this thing stopped over the house for a few minutes so who ever reads this good luck figuring this one out.

orangy light, in a diamond shape, disapear into thin air. havelock nc we were driving past a church on the right, and a few seconds later we were staring at this object thinking "what is this?" we opened the windows, no sound. it was an orange(ish) color.

and we tryed not to look away, scared we would miss something, but it literally disapeared into thin air. it just went away. few clouds in the sky.

and i have seen one just a mile away from this location about two years ago. someone else described the same thing, but saw it 20 years ago.

disk made 2 90 degree turns and past air craft at high speed. I was helping a friend move, we were loading the truck when I stepped up on the back of the truck. I looked up and saw what appeared to be two air craft at high altitude one was leaving a vapor trail the other was not.

The smaller of the two looked like a whitish gray disk . Both were very high the air craft with the vapor trail was moving southwest the disk was closing on the right at a high rate of speed it turned left at a 90 degree angle went through the vapor trail, then another 90 degree turn to the right it then passed the air craft and pulled away very fast. The whole thing lasted maybe 90 seconds.

Looked like fire works at about 10:20pm near the west of oryan's belt. Redish orange and yellow little circle not blinking but moving in slowish motion than disappearing into thin air. Green scanner laser like light flashes over the sky in Raleigh, NC There was a green laser like light that came up above over the horizon that was in a fan shape and similar to that of a scanner at a grocery store. The fact that it was cloudy and has been a rainy day, made it that much more clearer to see it. It looked like it flashed a few times and then stopped and then another flash filled the sky above where I was driving and all of the power in my neighborhood went out.

brigth orange globe that became four objects. surf fishing on topsail beach n.c.

Thought i saw moon coming up over the ocean. I did not really pay attention to it,I thought it was the moon. Then i noticed the moon much higher and then watched the object.

It appeared to move slowly north and the became four smaller objects. It was very bright orange. All four oblects appeared to move very slowly north and went behind clouds.

I know we are near a military base but this was strange.

Red and Yellow Prisms in the Sky over Appalachia I went with a friend of mine to his brother's house. It had a spectacular view of the Appalachian Mountains facing Marion, NC from near Henredon Road in Spruce Pine. While we were eating dinner, my friend asked his brother if he'd seen the UFOs lately.

I laughed, because I thought UFOs were stupid. But his brother said not to laugh, that he had seen then EVERY NIGHT for TWO YEARS. Sometimes, he said, the lights were so bright that his living room lit up.

I thought the man was insane. But when it got dark, we went out on his porch with a $2,000 telescope. For the first hour, we didn't see anything.

I was about to give up, when I saw a red dot appear over the mountain far in the distance. It was probably a few miles away. I looked closer, and saw it was too stable to be a jet or plane.

But it moved too much to be a tower. Soon, another appeared. In a time span of about 15 minutes, a total of 7 appeared.

They hovered together, and I looked throug! h the telescope at them. They looked like prisms, flashing red and yellow. Even through the telescope, they still looked very small, but much closer than the stars.

They changed colors about every second, but it was a gradual change, not a bright flash. They were primarily red and yellow. Then the scariest thing happened.

They formed a circle, and started spinning together counter clockwise. Soon after that, they vanished, one by one. I think the most interesting thing is that these can be seen every night.

Saw a light moving very quickly across the sky, and changing directions. I was showing my friend my night vision goggles, when I spotted a light moving very quickly and changing directions. It was not blinking, but covering great distances at a rapid pace.

dim triangular lights headed south. I took my dog out, like I do every night, to go use the bathroom. Its been very cold, roughly around 31-30°F.

As I am standing there in the dark waiting for her to finish, I am looking up, staring at the big dipper when suddenly I see a triangle shaped "craft" moving at about 50-75mph, roughly around 1000ft above me, dim white lights as if it was attempting to not be seen. Moving in the typical triangular formation. I am always interested in anything related to UFOs and watch a lot of programs on television about them, so I know I am looking at something similar to what some people have seen.

It was roughly, I'd have to say, 50-100ft across, width-wise and from nose to back, 150-200ft. Dim white lights, larger than any of the stars around it. Moving in a southward direction.

The event lasted about 10-15 seconds, enough time for me to whisper some random profanities to myself and then huddle back inside. I wish it had lingered for a bit so I could photograph or video it, but it seemed determined on flying overhead.

Brightly glowing orangish colored light flying too low to be "normal" aircraft. I went outside to smoke a cigarette on the deck attached to my home.I live out in the country so I am constantly surveying the surrounding land for deer and other wildlife both day and night.

As I approached the backside of my deck I saw an oval shaped bright light which appeared to be only a few hundred feet above the tallest trees in the distant woodline. I did notice an airplane thousands of feet higher and to the east of the light I could barely remove my eyes from. This light moved slowly east to west and I follwed it until it went out, like a light, or it just vanished.

I am really unsure although I did choose to not enter my residence for my camera due to deciding to relish the moment and stare in amazement. I am convinced that this was no aircraft due to my 2 small children and their desire to find airplanes in the night sky with mommy and daddy while out on the deck in the warmer months. I also briefly compared this "light" to the airplane that I ob! served seconds after witnessing what I saw tonight.

Oddly, I have a close colleague at work whom also witnessed something similar to what I saw tonight although it has been close to 2 months now and he reported red and orange colored lights opposed to the solid orangish light glow I saw tonight. I have recently in the past year began to educate myself on UFO's, Nephilim, and Spiritual Warfare. I have a foreboding sense that tonight may be linked to my studies or I may just be paranoid.

I will report more if anything else is witnessed.

Two slow moving bright orange orb shaped lights Halloween night with hundreds of people out trick or treating. Another adult and I were walking up the street in our neighborhood subdivision and spotted a brightly lit orange, orb-like light moving slowly from the north to the east about 50 to 60 degrees up in a clear, cloudless night sky. As it moved to the north, it gradually dimmed and completely disappeared in mid-air.

At that time, we then approached two other adults we knew personally who said there was another orange light preceding the last one just minutes before going in the exact same direction and it disappeared the same way.
