2 ufo's seen over mall in Alabaster, Alabama I was sitting in a parking lot at Lowes. I saw objects in the sky moving. They hovered in the same spot for periods of time so I knew it was not an airplane.

They moved up and down and sideways at lightning speed. An airplane was headed straight toward them through the clouds. Suddenly they flew up.

Straight up very very quickly. After the airplane had passed they came back down. There is an airport here in Shelby County.

At one point one of them fell downwards very quickly and the other one flew upward very quickly. They almost hit one another. the one on the right swiftly dogged the one on the left.

I watched for 30 minutes and my neck began to hurt so I looked down to pick up my drink and when I looked up, they were gone. Also, when they would hover there were lights that came on around the bottom of the craft circulating. When they flew the lights went off.

Observed a stationary blinking light for 10 minutes in the constellation Orion on the night of Dec. 13, 2010. Watching the meteor shower Monday night, my stepson and I noticed a blinking light in the upper region of Orion.

It blinked every 10 seconds with an intensity near that of or slightly brighter than the adjacent stars. The light remained stationary for 10 minutes before it ceased entirely. It appearred to be at high altitude.

It was cold and late so there was little ambient noise. No sound was detected but not surprising given the distance it appeared to us to be at.

5 blue lights seen, later chased by fighter jets. Observed 5 Oval shapped Lights flying in a circle formation, from time to time they would split into a triangle, or square, the lights where a faint blue, and would change to green, and often red, about 30 minutes later, the lights dispersed after 2 Military Fighters flew by. My sister and I saw a 747 hovering in the air not moving forward or backward, just sitting still in the air about 1 mile away from the huntsville airport. It was a calm sunny morning. There was no mistake that we both witnessed this, no possible way it was an illusion bc it was only about 100-200 feet off the ground and not far away at all.

I could not see what happened after we drove by bc there was a tree line along the road we were driving on.

White sphere witnessed by my nieces and orange ball witnessed by all of us on same day. I got a text message at about 9 am in the morning from 15 year old niece that she and her sister had just saw, and I quote "freaky flying thing." She later told me that out side of their house when they went to do their daily outside choirs that she saw three white balls about the size of soft balls that had a rotating light.

She then pointed it out to her sister who looked up and saw it too. They said the objects were a little higher than the power lines and the just vanished right before their eyes. Later I came over and I had them tell me the story because they know I’m interested in UFO’s and they both had drew pictures of what they saw.

One was 15 my other niece who saw it was 16 at the time. Later that day around 4:30, I had them ride with me to go do some work at my storage space and one of them screams "what is that?”" So I pull over and we all look out the window and see what appears to be a big orange light in the sky. It appeared to be hovering at first but then we noticed that it was moving steadily but very slowly.

Then we noticed some ways away three jets were heading towards it. I decided to drive up the road to see if I could get a better look at what we were seeing and we lost sight of it. So I turned around and went back to same spot as before and the object was still there but there was no sign of the jets.

We didn’t see what happened but they were gone. After a while we lost sight of the orange ball as it seemed to move off into the distance. I just want to add, I’ve seen weather balloons and I’ve seen Venus and this wasn’t either.

The girls I couldn’t believe what we had seen. We went on to the storage space and continued to talk about what we saw.

Four guys see five teardrop/candle light objects spreading a mist, turn into cones, becomes long slivers, and split in the sky. I first saw a shiny teardrop-like object around 5:30 PM while working Friday night. My co-workers also saw it.

One guy said, "It's just a hot air balloon." I was a bit more suspicious. We parked the truck and all got out, soon to be astonished.

The object in the distance sat suspended almost completely still aside from its candle light sort of bob (I can best describe it as a shiny, glowing, white candle light.maybe not so much a teardrop). It begins to appear to fly up and left in a curve.

I tell myself that most planes fly straight. It moves very slowly. I begin to notice a small tail behind it.

Then, we notice two more. We did not see where they came from. One begins making a slow descent toward the ground or maybe into the horizon.

Very slow. It begins to stretch vertically across the sky into a long, thin sliver. It takes about five minutes for the object to completely stretch out and eventually split apart.

At this point, it looks lik! e it has made a slice into the clouds. By now, the second object began doing the same thing but much less dramatic (possibly further away). The first object moves ever closer.

The tail is very apparent now. It is very much shaped like a cone moving across the sky. We start to make out a body.

When it comes in really close range, I notice another candle light-like object off in the horizon. The one nearest to us now appears to be splitting between the "body" and the "cone." It also appears to be dropping some sort of mist out of the back - very similar to a crop duster releasing pesticides.

I see no propellors. I can vaguely make out what appears to be wing(s). There is no sound coming from the object.

It gets near enough to where it flies almost directly over us. There is still no sound. At this point, I believe I am seeing an airplane of some sort.

It looks like an airplane, but it is odd. I want to say it is an airplane, but I have an odd feeling that it i! s not. It has a strange, round shape in some places.

And I c! an only make out one wing. I see that it is silver, and the round part may be red. No lights.

Not that I can tell. Also, the speed and altitude at which the object is traveling not to mention the misty trail it leaves behind are perplexing to say the least. We snap a few photos and later find the object in the photo to look quite different from what we believed to have seen.

After flying behind the trees for only a few seconds it seemed to disappear. The other object off in the horizon is still there. My co-workers go inside, and I stay outside still in awe.

The one begins to stretch just like the object before. Again, this object stretches out vertically and splits making a cut / slice in the clouds off in the horizon. I go inside, do my work for a few minutes, and come back outside.

I see one more that never gets past the shiny, teardrop, candle light stage. It bobs like a candle light in the distance and moves a little to the left. It instantly disappears after abou! t 30 seconds.

I have never seen anything like this in my life, but I have found other pictures on the internet of EXACTLY what we saw. The stories entail very similar descriptions as well. The photos taken of other accounts I have discovered to be of higher quality than the photos we have.

Silver spheres that were above us, then disappeared and several minutes later a military jet was flying over the same space. These objects were very similar to the UFO's spotted over Manhattan several days ago. They were about the same height away and lasted about as long.

First one, then three, then five, then nine and more showed up. They moved over the concert area (YouthQuake) where I was at at the moment. About five minutes later, a military jet was flying over the same area, but the UFO's were already gone.

They were spheres that were a silver color. We are all under 30, and sensible people, we weren't under any influence, and it was clear as day outside, no clouds.

Triangular/Cyinder object with 2 headlights like a car in the sky sitting completely still and had no sound I was driving down CO. Rd. 65 heading North.

Was creeping up to the intersection of 65 and Highway 98. Saw what appeared to be a "car" in the sky. Had two bright, white headlights.

As I got closer, I saw it had a cylinder/triangular shape to it. It hovered. It wasn't moving at all! No Sound.

My redlight was green and there were 4 cars in front of me, all stopped. Also at the 4-way, there were a total of about 15-20 cars all stopped from different directions looking, too. I snapped a picture on my cell phone, blurry of course, before I stopped.

I don't understand! It didn't move- it completely sat still! It didn't make a sound. No motor sound or anything.I was looking at the picture I took to see if it was blurry or not and I realized I should take more pictures anyways.

So I leaned out my window to take another photo and it was gone. No sound, no lights, nothing. Gone.

Chevron shape lights moving slowly, Daphne AL Walking to my car on my way to a Mason meeting (meaning sober) I sighted something directly overhead on a bearing of 220 ne-sw. At first glance I thought it was Jupiter between two stars then I remembered Jupiter was in the east right now. I stared at it and realized it was moving, rather slowly, as were the two other two objects beside it.

the shape was of a chevron with a very bright object in front ( appeared slightly larger that Jupiter right now and as bright white or slightly brighter than Sirius) with the other 2 less bright ( slightly yellow or just dimmer ) to either side the formation pointing 220 degrees s-sw. the whole formation moved about 3" to 1/2 ft. in the visual plane in 45 seconds.

I ran inside ( 20 ft ) yelled for my family to come see and by the time I went back out the object had disappeared, that was about 10 seconds or less. No solid object observed. No noises associated with the sighting.

Skies clear, slight breeze, 75 F ambient temp. Observer is a 48 y/o salesman with Bachelors degree in Biology/chemistry 20/20 uncorrected vision. Lifelong astronomy enthusiast and avid sky watcher.

with only one other "questionable sighting - not reported" in thousands of hours sky watching over a lifetime.

Black triangle materialized overhead and proceeded southbound While stargazing app. 12:30CT early Monday morning, 10/4/2010, I sighted a low- flying aircraft that I could not identify. I was in the back parking lot of an apartment complex in a south-western Birmingham suburb, near the top of the tallest hill in the area (which slopes northwards,) stargazing.

No one was about and there was little to no air traffic at that time. It was a moonless night I was watching Taurus rise in the eastern sky. Out of the corner of my eye and towards my left field of vision, I noticed a large optical blur- like a wave effect- directly over the constellation Cassiopeia.

A triangular or, perhaps, wide wedge shaped object seemed to materialize into existence at that point against the star field. The exact shape was difficult to ascertain, because my eyes were dazzled by an absolute matte blackness which seemed to cloak the thing and travel with it, and was profound and visually confounding; but I was able to discern that it was roughly triangular in shape. Each of its three blunt or rounded corners was steadily illuminated, but these stripes of luminosity did not seem mechanical.

Rather, they appeared dim and phosphorescent, of a sickly yellow-green hue, reminiscent of a weak glow-stick. The object first appeared roughly 50- 60 degrees above the horizon, north-north-east, at an altitude of approximately 300- 400 feet, headed due south, skirted the Pleiades to the west, and passed almost over my head and behind the top of the hill. Its initial flight-path was slow and deliberate, like a helicopter or a glider.

It could not have been either one of these vehicles, though, because it was absolutely silent and was traveling almost against the wind. It was much too slow for a prop plane or, especially, a jet. I will reiterate: the thing was silent as death.

I estimate its diameter (point to point) to have been about 20- 30 feet. This first sighting lasted 8- 10 seconds. It is perhaps irrelevant, but noteworthy, that within 10 seconds after this sighting I witnessed a brilliant white falling star in the east, very near on the horizon, directly behind what was the object’s flight- path.

About three minutes later, it (I assume it was the same object) proceeded back the way it came- this time at a much higher altitude and at an impossibly high speed. Had I not still been scrutinizing the sky, or had I even blinked, I would have missed it. This second time it was only recognizable as a distant black point of mass that blanked out the highest stars as it passed.

Any object traveling at that speed should have (according to my understanding of Newtonian physics) produced a sonic boom, but it was, again, completely silent. I will add a final, perhaps irrelevant, detail. For sake of a complete record I state here that I have never in my life felt such a prescient sense of dread and malevolence as I did while witnessing this object and after the fact.

I soon departed the area. Since that time, I have been plagued with vicious nightmares and a disrupted sleeping pattern.

High, fast, zig-zag/wobbly flight pattern . My daughter and I were sitting in the backyard looking at the Perseid meteor shower when we noticed a strange aircraft much higher in the sky than any of the other planes we had been observing that evening. It had all bright white lights and was traveling toward the N-NE extremely fast with a zig-zag/wobbling sort of flight pattern, unlike any aircraft that we had ever seen.

Bright White Light that followed us! On Mine and my husbands trip to South Carolina we were on outskirts of troy al going into Montgomery. We looked to our Left on Hwy 231 and there was a bright white light that would follow us anywhere we went for over 70 miles. If we slowed down so would it.

If we sped up it would catch up with us and be right by us once again, it was So very fast!! A few times along the way we could see the light from a differant angle and see it coming directly at us then when finally catching up to us it would turn back straight and go right along with us. There were no flashing lights, just a white light. At one point i looked to see it behind us and we sped up trying to lose it, not even 5 sec later seeing it had already made it in front of us.

it would back off the more we stared at it, only to come right back and follow us again. At one point we had slowed down and in amazement of what this could be we were just really trying to figure it out and all of a sudden the light just slowly dimmed to nothing. In shock we quickly pulled over and couldnt believe it had just vanished.

Not even 5sec later it slowly reappeared. No clouds in that area at time. We found a gas station and stood outside staring at it for probably a good 10 min.

It just stayed in place. But when we pulled out, it Sped up REALLY fast to catch up with us! Trying once again to lose it, We made a right on 85.seeing it behind us slowly backing off.

ive never seen anything like it.Its just amazing that it even waited on us numerous times. I wish i had some answers.

large triangle shaped craft chased by a helicopter I was riding home tonight and I see a helicopter moving faster than I have ever really seen, as it passed over the road I seen the glowing lights in the shape of a triangle in front of it, compared to the helicopter the craft had to be ten to fifteen times the size I only seen it for up to two minutes as they got farther away. This is not my first sighting it’s my 3rd in the past three years.

Light similar to star, disappeared, changed direction in matter of seconds, no sound, no blinking lights, and moved at atleast Mach 3 Light similar to a star. Flew extremely fast (I am an a&p mechanic.) no blinking lights.

Started east north east, disappeared. Changed dirtection in matter of seconds west north west, disappeared. Saw one last time moving north, disappeared.

No sound moving atleast Mach 3.

chromed object in sky Sunday, July 11, 2010. While in my pool, I noticed a blurred space in the clouds that moved across the sky. This lasted about 15 seconds.

Then it turned into a chrome winged chevron shaped object for a split second and then disappeared through the clouds at a very high rate of speed.

me and my friend over the past week have seen 7 sighting of a bright light that apears in the western sky. It move northward for 4 second and fades, but it fades as its moving north to nothing. On one night we seen 3 sightings.

This Is very strange and it seem to have a pattern in its movement!!! OH WELL!! Cant really say what it is? could be military, could be from out there!! Large orbs moving at a steady altitude and velocity We witnessed a total of four occurrences of visitor activity on the 4th of July 2010 in the Lake Forest Subdivision of Huntsville Alabama. At 8:50 PM we saw a single large reddish orange glowing orb coming from the south moving slowing northward; it was very low, maybe 250 to 300' above the rooftops. There was absolutely no sound being emitted from the illuminating sphere.

We watched it for about 5-10 minutes as it passed over our neighborhood and then got into our car and drove to the gas station at the corner of Martin and Zerdt roads. We could see fireworks off in the distance so we sat in the car for about 15 minutes and watched. As we drove home heading west on Martin Road, we saw a formation of 3 glowing orbs.

This time I really thought, hey these things are extraterrestrial and I want to make sure there not hot air balloons or helicopters. So we slowed down to almost a complete stop, rolled down the windows to see if we could hear helicopter blades, but there was no sound at all. And they were not hot air balloons.

We had traffic behind us, so we had to move on and we are not sure where they went, but assume they continued to move northward as did the first one. We were sitting outside and then around 10 pm we saw one more solitary glowing orb, but at a higher altitude than the others and this one was either blinking, or something behind it was blinking and we watched it move northward as well, then the dog barked, we looked away and when we looked up again it had disappeared. Then about 15 minutes later my boyfriend said, look at that satellite.

And I said, where? Then I exclaimed, Wow, did you see that? He said I sure did, wow! We saw four distinct bright lights that looked like stars that were in a cluster which was kind of vibrating and then they formed into a line and just zip off into space on at a time very quickly. It made warp speed seem slow, they just zipped up and off into space and where gone! in an instant. Neither of us had ever witnessed anything like this before.

We believe that since the orbs were so slow moving and close to the ground there must have been a number of others who saw the same thing on that clear 4th of July night in Huntsville, Alabama. For the skeptics, I looked up sky lanterns and balloons on-line and just wanted to let you know that there was no way the first one or the second set of three that we saw were in any way sky lanterns. These illuminating things were huge.

They moved steadily and with a purpose. Not anything similar to a sky lantern and we were close enough to tell that they were not hot air balloons. My boyfriend thinks they were as large as a VW bug and my estimate is a bit larger.

They did not flicker and produced an energy glow that was supernatural. This is the first time I have ever looked at a ufo site and ever posted any such thing. We are both of sound mind and we were not under the influence that night.

I'd like to know if anyone else has seen large orbs so closely? Thanks.
