Dark amber colored object flying at a high rate of speed My wife and I were down in the Mississippi delta watching the meteor shower that occured on December 13, 2006. At approx. 9:20 p.

m., my wife saw what she thought to be a meteor coming out of the north (towards Memphis). I turned around and we watched a dark amber colored object fly about 4 miles in 15-20 seconds.

The object was about 1,000 ft. above the ground and approximately .5 to 1 mile west of us.

You could make out that there was a craft there, but we were too far to see any kind of shape. The object never made a sound and got about 3 miles south of us, appeared to make a left turn and instantly dissapeared. We didn't see a streak of light as it left, it was like the lights were just turned off.

We were sitting near the intersection of Nail Road and U.S. 61.

I'm the biggest UFO skeptic out there, but I know what we saw. Hopefully someone else out there saw something also.

Large trianglar object with blue lights on the underside hoovering over the northwest side of Lucedale, MS at 20:45 p.m. on 12/06/06.

It was a trianglar type object with lights that slowly moving over the tree line in a floatiing manner. As it moved to the clearing were we were standing we saw many blue lights on the underside of this object. It was traveling in a Southwesterly direction.

We continued watching until it gradually moved out of sight. This object made the sound of a muffled moter that could be heard when it was directly overhead. The size was compariable to a large aircraft.

An oddly shaped, black craft with no lights flying at very low altitude was observed at daybreak. At 07:05 10/19/06 I was alone in my car traveling North at the 7700 block on Hacks Cross Road in Olive Branch, MS. There was heavy rush hour traffic and it was just beginning to get daylight.

Out my drivers side window at approximately 10 o'clock and about 30 degrees up I saw an oddly shaped black craft traveling directly Southeast. The instant I spotted it, I leaned down and watched as it traveled in a straight line from NW to SE directly over my roof. It was in my sight for 2, maybe 3 seconds at the most.

The reason it caught my eye was due to its low altitude and odd shape. There was a low ceiling and patchy dense fog in the immediate area. Judging from the apparent altitude of 100-150 feet, the craft was clearly visable and appeared to have a very flattened fuselage 15-20 feet in length, 6-8 feet across with short canards 2-3 feet long approximately 5 feet from the aft end.

It was traveling in the range of 125 to 150 knots would be my best guess. I saw no lights on the craft in the brief time it was in my sight. There were no visible means of propulsion and my first impression was that it resembled a shortened cruise missle.

I tried to see it as it passed farther to the SE but my view was blocked. I did have the radio on, but didn't hear any loud noise I would expect from an aircraft at that altitude. I continued to look in the general SE direction to see if there were any sudden flashes of light but did not observe any.

My location was approximately 1/4 mile West of the Olive Branch airport and 8 miles SE from the Memphis International Airport. The craft was traveling at such a low altitude it was very unlikely that it could have been on approach to OLV as the runway is north & south. I am a Mechanical Engineer and have some knowledge of aircraft.

Bright orb with odd flight pattren appears, slows down, changes color, and dissolves in the night sky. Earlier in the evening, I got a phone call from my parents saying that there was something "weird" in the sky outside their house. I grabbed by digital SLR and drove to their house.

The object appeared to be a sattelite and eventually disappeared behind some trees. I couldnt capture the object with my camera. We stayed outside for a while (my mom, dad and myself) talking and observing the sky.

Suddenly, a white light with an orb shape came up from behind the trees. It wasnt flying straight like an airplane, it was more sporatic (imagine a gnat flying through the air). It made a sharp turn to the right, and during the turn, the light faded from white to red.

I tried to take a picture, but I couldnt get the camera to focus properly. The object seemed to slow down a bit. I lowered my lens, and then the object faded back to white.

Then the object seemed to just dissolve in the sky. Afterwards, there was a lot of aircraft activity in the sky. This included a very low flying jet and a low flying single engine plane.

(At least that is my observation) It was a very strange experence.

very colorful flashing object in the night sky 11:00 pm to 12:00 am, dark sky no moon. red, yellow, blue, green, and white rapidly flahing lights. moved in all different directions, sometimes in rolling on circular pattern.

it would blink almost completely out and then come back on very bright.not a star, too colorful, stars can't move like this and i looked at both with binoculars that night. not a plane or a helicoptor as the movement was impossible.

it was huge light we thought it was a plane or something so we just keep on parting then it got bigger or closer it didn't look like a plane it was 3 lights and they were very bright my friend took several pictures some people ran away and like 30 mins. later it had gone away like it was nothing.

Orange colored orb with lightning bolts from ground up. Orange sphere dropped to above tree line and hovered. Then proceeded North across a field generating a huge electromagnetic field (lightning bolts coming from the ground up to the object).

About 10 minutes later two fighter jets flying side by side formation came within a mile of it and it then shot up at a 45 degree angle and was gone in just a second or two. Silent near invisiable arrow, reflecting stars, moved across thes sky at night. The object was arrow shaped, the width shape of a boomerange and the size of a plane. It was black and reflecting the stars, like it was cloaked.

It flew at the average altitude of a cropdusting plane when it dusts a field. It was silent. No noise at all.

It moved across the sky heading north to south in the duration of 10 seconds.

A fire blue circular type object. Me and my family were fishing on a pier. There were two piers we were on the right.

It was late at about 2 to 3 am we could see in the trees in the distance a large circular object. It came out of the trees it rose straight up and paused a second then slowly moved over us. It looked fire like it could not of been a commit or shooting star because it moved so slow.

It was like a blue fire type object with some white and green in it. Which was moving so slow we just watched. It passed by above us and it just kept moving behind us and the pier a few moments later a couple ran out of woods asking us if we saw it.

Silent white object spotted, then moved 2 miles, flashed, moved again, flashed, moved again, flashed 3 times, then dissapeared I am submitting this report for an individual who lives right next door to me. We are both of sound mind and body, and the nature of this letter is to do nothing more than report an event that occurred, based on this persons account on Wednesday March 29th .After asking this individual if he was going to report it, he said hell no.

Perplexed and astounded by testimony he gave, I am going behind his back to report this event. Simply because he stated “this was the most amazing thing I have ever seen in my life”. He was very serious, specific and said this was not any sort of aircraft, based on how it behaved.

At approximately 8:55 PM on Wednesday March 29th in rural Starkville Mississippi, the individual was leaning against the bed of his truck, facing North East having a cigarette looking towards the sky casually. It was pitch black, stars illuminated the clear sky, the crescent moon behind him. In the sky at about 1000 feet he noticed a peculiar white light in the sky just sitting there about a mile and a ½ from him, just over to the right.

In a matter of one second the object moved about 2 miles South West, which was closer, and to the left of where he first saw it. It stopped and did one flash (white light), then immediately went North about a ½ mile in a split second , stopped and flashed again just once. Then the object darted East South East about another mile and ½ where it was just above the tree line as he was looking at it, then it flashed 3 times, same white light.

The final spot it stopped but further right from where he first spotted it, but closer to him. Then in an instant it simply just disappeared. He said it was completely silent, and the light was like a pure white light bulb when it flashed.

While looking at stars, noticed light as bright as a star moving across sky, from west to east, moving quicker than a plane, no blinking ligts,no noise, just white light. Orb shaped light seen , lights moved and changed from light to dark as they seemed to move around in a circle. Was leaving the city of Macon Ms using Hwy 45 going North. I noticed a light to my left, turning I saw what I thought at first was a crecent moon.

It was sitting very low at a distance over the tree tops. During the 10 mile ride home to the next town of Brooksville Ms I kept noticing what I thought was the moon then I mentioned it to my husband. We both watched as lights seemed to move rotating around it then it began to glow very bright then like a light being turned off it went black only to light up again, much like a light show.

This went on until we reached Brooksville and got off the road. We have traveled this road many times over the years at night but never have seen anything like this before. We went down the same road tonight and it was dark as usual.

We know what we saw was like nothing we ever saw before but have no idea what it could have been if not a UFO.

the most interresting thing we ever saw shear power over gravity and reason . well i am a pilot and did not believe in this kind of stuff but what me and my wife saw was not of this world we were washing clothes at a mat and we saw a ball of light .well she saw it first and i saw it last a man was standing aginst a wall and was spanish he was very upset.

he went inside.it was very fast and hid behind a cloud at very low alt. until a number of civil air patrol started flying around " very wierd.

i know i was civil air when i was a kid. They must have picked it up on radar. there was three dots of light they got real bright and shot out of sight.

have never seen anything like this.a friend told me i should post this.i am really at a lose of words.

Plane and fireball signaling each other? First let me say I live way out in the country on a dirt road with only a few scattered residences. Anyway, I was out feeding my dog in the backyard and when I finished I looked up to observe the stars which were beautiful and clear. I noticed across the road to the west on the horizon and through the trees a very bright, white light was shining through.

There is nothing there for miles as it is a huge tree farm and very rural. I thought " I bet somebody is night hunting." I also heard, and saw, a plane going overhead coming from the east.

I could clearly hear it. It was about 20000 feet up. Oddly, it had landing lights on.

It blinked its lights 3 times! Just a few seconds later a huge fireball with a long burning tail came from the northwest. I thought its going to crash to the earth! But it burned out just seconds before impact. Strangely the light on the horizon blinked out and the plane shut all its lights off and I could hear it heading off to the west.

All this occured in seconds of each other and may have a mundane explanation, although it appeared to be comminication of some sort to me. ((NUFORC Note: Witness indicates that the date of the event is approximate. PD)).

2 large cylinder shaped objects seen in clear daylight At 4:00 pm Feb 7th, my husband and i were putting up a television antenna. I was holding the ladder as he was on the roof. The skies were perfectly clear and you could easily see the moon to the east.

I looked up and saw a large silver cylinder shaped object coming from the North-east. It looked like it was larger in the back with front being more narrow. It made no noise and glided rightover our heads.

I am not sure of the altitude. I yelled to my husband to look up but he was in a precarious position and failed to see the object. I watched it as it headed south and it just vanished out of sight.

Then another object just like it came from the same direction and I told my husband to hurry, hurry and look up. He saw this object as it passed over but this one headed in a easterly direction and it too just disappeared from view. I recently joined the UFO casebook forum and reported thSince you are up and runnig I also have some drawings to send to you to go along with a report I sent about 2 months ago.

I saw about 30 winged lights and together made a diamond shape flying low in the sky and disappeared in seconds. My mother and I were driving down the highway and about 1 mile from our turn-off we saw something in the sky.It was about 30-40 objects with what appeared to to be lights with wings and when put together it made a huge diamond shape.

It was high in the sky and within a minute it was about tree-top level and then within a couple of seconds it disappeared.About 1 minute after it disappeared we saw a dark plane flying at tree-top level. ((NUFORC Note: Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information.

Cirlcular disk seen flying along I-20 in Mississippi on January 5, 2006. I don't know exactly where I was because I was finishing a 9 hour drive back form Chattanooga, TN. However, I know it happened in the last 4 hours of the trip because it was just dark.

Therefore, I am pretty sure the siting occurred in Mississippi, though it could possibly have been in eastern Louisiana. I was driving along I20 when I looked up and saw a circular disk flying just over the interstate pretty low. It had lights around the bottom of the disk.

It was flying the opposite direction that I was driving which is why I only saw it for a moment and at 70 mph I couldn't turn around. However, the image was pretty clear for that brief moment, definately not just the blur of streetlights after a long road trip as suspected by some people I've told.
