Diamond-shaped craft/configuration of lights transforms into rectangular low-flying lights The sky was pitch black and when leaving McDonald's I looked southwest toward Crain Creek Road and saw a round white light with two rectangular/elliptical flashing white lights below the first light and side by side, another round white light equidistance below the two lights as the first one was above. I saw the diamond shape but do not know whether these were separate craft or what. I saw the whole diamond configuration for only a few seconds the top light disappeared and then the bottom light did as well about 15 seconds after the top one.

It appeared to drift southwest but never went above the horizon. Instead it appeared to lower and fly through trees. I rolled my window down but heard no unusual noise.

(No helicopter or airplane noise). It was as plain as day to me but no one else seemed to notice except my son who saw the lower light and the two middle ones.

Bright blue almost LED type light transversing the entire distance of the distant sky in 2-3 seconds. I was driving home from work on Ring Rd. in Elizabethtown Ky.

I was listening to the radio.just watching the road in front of me. It was 7:20 am.

It was dawn but not quite light yet. The sky was still a deep blue color. Clear weather, no clouds.

Off in the horizon at about a 60 degree angle from myself, a bright blue light appeared to come around the curvature of the earth on the left of me and continue on a direct course until it disappeared around the curvature of the earth on the other side of the horizon approximately 2-3 seconds later. The color of the light was about that of a blue LED light that people use to decorate the hoods of their cars with. It was deep, bright.

almost neon. It truely looked almost exactly like a LED light. It could tell it was very far in the distance and high in the sky based on it's position relative to the horizon.

This thing was booking it. The speed it must have been travelling to transverse the entire curvature of the horizon from one side to the other in 2-3 seconds is mind boggling. Even at the distance I was, the light appeared to be about 3-4 times larger than a bright star in the night sky.

I observed a shimmering white orange and mostly red object the size of a close star in the western sky slightly above the horizon. Object was stationary and abruptly faded from view three times during the 30 minutes. I have never seen anything in the night sky like it before.

My husband and I were traveling north in our vehicle on Blankenbaker Pkwy. As we were talking I observed something in the sky. The sky was clear with very few clouds so I had an unobstructed view of it.

It was northwest in relation to where we were and approximately 1 mile in distance from us. The object was charcoal in color and motionless. I watched the saucer shaped object for about 2 minutes while we were driving.

We came to a stop at a red light so we could turn left and possibly travel closer to the object. As we turned the saucer shaped thing disappeared. It blinked out and was gone.

I've never seen anything like this before and can't understand how this thing could have been stationary for so long and then just disappear. ((NUFORC Note: We spoke with this witness via telephone, and she sounded quite serious-minded to us. We suspect that she is a quite credible witness.

I witnessed the exact same object as the guy from smithland. It was reflecting the sun, but from what I could perceive, it was silvery metallic. It was not moving.

I was driving, so I had to keep an eye on the road. When I turned to the road and back to the object again it was gone. Like the other guy said, it was out of sight way to quick to be any conventional aircraft.

It looked like an airplane without wings or tail. On U.S.

60 approx 4 miles east of Smithland,KY, I noticed a very bright object in the sky. The sky was clear and the sun was obviously reflecting on the object. I stopped on the road and continued to watch the object as it appeared to turn to one side.

I could see that it was a long object like an airplane fuselage, but without wings or a tail. There was no contrail or signs of any type of exhaust. It wasn't moving forward or backward, but just sort of hung there.

It appeared to be no more than a mile from my location and probably no more than 4 or 5 thousand ft. above a tall bluff. I lowered the car window to be sure that I wasn't seeing a reflection off the glass.

I watched it for a couple of minutes and pulled to the shoulder due to traffic. When I looked back the object was no where in sight. Even a fast jet could not have gone out of my range of sight in that short time.

I am very familiar with the aircraft in our area since we live about 80 miles from Ft. Campbell,KY and I have never seen anything like this before.

Fireball vapor ships observing us from the sky First there was a cluster of bright weird shaped cloud type things. We thought at first it was the moon behing some clouds unitl we realized we don't have clouds that looked like these vapor cloud things. The other clouds were not like it anyway.

There was a brightness in the area surrounding this. We went inside because we were comming home and watched the bright cloud or vapor thing. There were at least 15 in the group.

Two at a time they stared to fade. Some just got brighter then were gone and the others turned organgeish white and just shot away. This continued until the 15 were gone.

Under the conglomeration was a line of the vapor type clouds it remained even after the others left. I called my neighbor during this time and she and her husband started to watch. I thought it was over and I contacted our local news to see if anyone had reported anything in the sky of course it hadn't.

Then the line that had been there got a huge fireball on top of it and I realized that is also what I had seen in the sky that I thought was the moon. It looked like a sunrise but it was in the west and it exploded and disappeared. It took about 3-5 minutes for this to happen so it was watchable.

Not like a split second that was what was so amazing. I was loudly asking my friend on the phone if she saw it and she did. The other little clouds under it did the same thing orangeish reddish explosion.

But it really looked like they were taking off and they were so powerful and fast that it created that light. I wonder if the cloudy vapor things were a cover or that the technology of the ships created the vapors. It was really the most incredible thing I have ever seen.

I'm not the type of person who believes things easily and I even brushed it off when I first saw everything. But it was undeniable and fantastic. I wouldn't even allow myself to believe it at first thinking there must be a logical explaination.

The only logical explaination is alien life in our atsmosphere observing our planet.

As we were out driving around the camp ground at Boone's Landing we observed an object moving in the sky from east to west while a nother object of the same shape and size was moving in the opposite direction when they met and flew off different directions. we had a clear view of the sky except there were clouds moving by witch obstructed the objects for a few seconds. The objects were a disc shape with a silver color to them and one was more dim than the other but still very visable.

Very fast moving greenish lights,not from this world. I was heading South on US27 after work. I saw 1 object in the clouds as I went up a steep hill on US27.

The object move from the west to the east left to right. It was a strange shade of green? IT MOVED VERY FAST. LIKE NOTHING FROM THIS PLANET.

lights appeared far away i thought it was some type of fireworks as it got closer i knew it wasn't any type of firework i had ever saw! I first saw it far away and as i got closer or the object got closer it appearred to be a line of blueish green lights when it got close the lights started moving from front to back in a circlcular motion,they were about 7 or 8 objects as it got closer to me. It had no sound i pulled over to observe it closer and it went across the mountain.they was 2 other people besides me saw this in this county tonite! My friend was driving on route 32 from louisa to Blaine after work and noticed an aircraft over yatesville lake. I hovered there for about a minute and then started to follow his truck. it was a triangle with 4 lights on it.

one in each corner and one in the middle. while he observed the object he noticed strange things happening to his radio and vehicle like th lights would flicker. by th time he reached rich creek boat ramp the object had dissappeared.

Saw a dark object with greenish glow fly across the hills of kentucky. Me and some buddies were playing football outside at and old school, now a community center. Well anyway I ran out to the side of the field and caught the ball, while running hard I noticed an object floating in the dark night sky.

I dropped the ball immediatly and yelled "look!" All my friends were amazed to see there was a circle shaped object in the sky. It looked like a dark color but had a green glow to it. It was just floating right above the hill.

We watched it maybe 20 seconds before it slowly dropped to the tre line atop the hill. the quickly shot across the trees and was out of our site in less than 3 seconds. It was maybe 50-100 foot long.

I told my mom about it the next day and she said there were 3 people from around the area call into to WYMT, the local news station and tell the weatherman what had happen. He said he would research it and get back to us. The night after the sighting the weatherman had said it had nothing to do with weather he don't know what is was.

Now I am 15 years old and take stuff like this serious. I used to not believe in Ufos because the bible says nothing about it. But the bible doesn't say there are none either.

SAUCER SHAPED CRAFT MOVING SOUTH TO NORTH OVER THE OHIO RIVER INTO OHIO FROM KENTUCKY I AND MY 3 CHILDREN, AGES 12, 10, AND 9 WAS LEAVING MY SISTER'S HOME AROUND 6: 30 IN THE EVENING YESTERDAY THE 27TH WHEN MY MIDDLE DAUGHTER LOOKED UP AND EXCLAIMED MOMMY ITS A UFO AND WHEN I LOOKED UP IT WAS SLOWLY MOVING SOUTH TO NORTH OVER THE OHIO RIVER AS WE ARE JUST ABOUT A MILE FROM THE RIVER IT SEEMED TO BE ALMOST DIRECTLY OVER THE RIVER AT ABOUT 8000 TO 10000 FEET SLOWLY MOVING TOWARD SOUTHERN OHIO AT A LESS THAN RAPID PACE. I CALLED MY SISTER AND HER HUSBAND OUT TO VIEW IT AS WELL AND THEY DETERMINED PRETTY QUICKLY THAT IT WAS NOT AN AIRPLANE NOR BALLOON AND IT SEEMED TO BE DISK OR SAUCER SHAPED. IT HAD A SILVER METALLIC LOOK TO IT WITHOUT ANY SUN REFLECTION AS IT WAS CLOUDY AND THE CLOUD BANK WAS PRETTY HIGH.

IT SEEMED TO BE RIGHT AT THE EDGE OF THE CLOUDS TAVERSING NOTHERLY UNTIL IT DISAPPEARED FROM VIEW.

It happened the same day the space shuttle reported its UFO . I think it was the 23ed sept. I went to my sister house and I was telling them about the shuttle reporting a UFO on the news.

Thay were jokeing with me about it. One of my sisters and I went unto the back deck. The sun was setting a few clouds in the sky I told my sister I was going to look for UFOs.

In the back of the house is a hill and way above the hill there was a Big white bright light appeared then fed out then fated back got real bright then fated back out I thought it was a plane but it stayed in the same area for about 20 min or longer I went and got My sister's mother-in law to come and see it. and ran around to the front of the house to get my husband to come and look he saw it we set and watched it until we did not see it anymore there would be 3 or 4 min between siteings . It would fade in and get real Bright then fede away.

Series of white and blinking colored lights flying around the sky. I was outside gazing at the stars until at a left corner of my eye came a hovering red and blue blinking light that mostly looked at a star moving very slowly from behind the trees 30 feet away from me. I was like "I never seen anything quite like this before.

A moving star?" I assumed it was a UFO or something. Couldn't hear no engine, it was only pure silence. I followed it by foot.

Another minute later hear comes a another one that flew very close by. The right side had a light that wasn't blinking on the right and the other one on the left was. People wouldn't believe me if I told em' what it was striaght up so I kept it to myself.

I did see the same blinking red and blue light standing still like it was a star in the sky. It stood there for at least 10 minutes. The third one went at a very odd random speed, It was only a blinking red light-zizzaging into the horizon to my south and west.

triangle ufo low flying for 4 minutes and then was gone we were driving home from dinner in clarksville to ft campbell when we were about half a mile from base when i saw what i thought was an airplane low. it was in a triangle shape and wasnt moving thats what made me take notice. it had orange lights around its perimeter maybe 4 or 5 and had a blinking white light in the middle that was seeming to point to the ground.

but not a regular blink it was staying on for about 5-10 seconds each time it was on. it stayed stationary maybe 100-200 meters in the air so we pulled out our camera and was pulling over to take a pic when it disapeared. it didnt fly away or move, it just blinked away.

Several lights appear over Elizabethtown, KY. We were sitting outside late at night when we saw in the north-western sky, just over the tops of the trees what looked like airplane lights. These lights were stationary.

We got out our video camera and zoomed in on it. We could not only see one light (flashing), but we saw two separate disc type shapes very close together in the sky. At first glance it looked like headlights on a car in the sky.

They (the lights) appeared to be spinning. The two disc shapes had red and green lights which blinked in a radom pattern. Below the two disc shapes a very small solid color green or blue light would appear and go toward the discs and back.

We live within 20 miles of Fort Knox. We got into our car to drive closer to it. We drove from Elizabethtown North toward Radcliff.

As we would appear to be getting closer to the objects, they then would move. We turned and went in West toward Vine Grove. These objects were moving now rapidly.

By the time we arrived in Vine Grove, keeping the objects in sight the entire time, they just disappeared. In an effort to get closer, no matter how far we would drive it would just stay about the same distance from us. We drove back to Elizabethtown talking in the car about what we saw.

Too bad we could not get closer to get a better video. As we were one block from home, just over the tops of some one story houses, the object we had been chasing for 2 hours, appeared to our left, VERY CLOSE. The lights appeared to be less than 100 feet from our vehicle.

My wife grabbed the video camera. As we prepared to stop, one light disapeared, then the second one disappear in less than a second. We were on the side of the road looking into a black sky.

There was nothing. The night was very clear and we had with us three other people who saw the same thing. We never heard any noise with the lights.

Comet-like ball of fire that could have ben a jet airliner exploding. We were sitting by our garage doors enjoying the night and watching airplanes overhead when this spectacular comet-like ball of fire went streaking overhead in a Dallas to New york direction. All of a sudden it exploded, like the challenger shuttle did some years ago.

It left a large trail of smoke high in the sky for hours afterwards. Afterwards we saw jets flying in this same direction. If it was a comet, it sure was close to earth's atmosphere and exploded coming through the atmosphere.

It was the biggest comet-like thing we have ever seen. It was breath-taking. We think it possibly was a jet airliner that was on fire and then exploded all of a sudden.

We heard no sound with this. Are there any other reports of this sighting?.

6 orbs moving in formation high above the atmosphere I was looking up at the sky, I noticed a new set of stars, I thought it was because the new solstice was comming or something and the constalations were changing. As i looked at these "stars" they began to move irraticaly, the main formation was one sphere in the center surrounded by 5 other Spheres evenly but they were all pretty much moving in sync. Judging by the speed of the objects and the distance they traveld (which wasnt a long distance) i would say these objects were atleast 3 miles above the atmosphere.

I went to check on these "stars" the next night and they wernt there.( i looked at the same time).
