((NUFORC Note: Despite the seemingly "authoritative" tone of this student's report, we believe that typical CB radio could not be used to intercept the radio communications from a military fighter. First, the frequencies are dramatically different. Also, military a/c may have the ability to encrypt communications during priority activities.

Moreover, if the witness was 16 years of age in 1983, it raises the question of why he might still be a student today, as he indicates. He does not indicate that he is a university student. PD)) Aircraft chasing ufo I'm sorry i don't remember the exact date of this, but thought it may interest you anyway.

I was about 16 years old. I was waiting outside for my friend to come over. I heard the cows at a nearby farm making alot of noise and the neighborhood dogs were barking and howling.

I listened to this racket for a few minutes not really thinking much about it. I looked up in the sky and saw a large white ball of light. It was moving very slow over the tree tops.

It made no noise at all. I watched it for a few minutes and then ran inside to get my binoculars. When I came back out, I did not see it.

My friend pulled up at that time and ran out to my backyard to see what I was doing. As I was telling him about it a military fighter aircraft came right out of the sky. It swooped over the trees, low enough that we could read the writing on the wings.

We got in my buddy's truck and turned on the cb radio. We heard what we thought were two pilots. One said "I can't see it it's on ! my backside" another said "I am dropping down to get a better look".

That was all we heard. That night we saw many small lights in the sky moving around and some bright flashes in the woods. The next day I watched several large helicopters circle our property and the fields around us.

This was a very strange experience for me.

Fishing in a pond, I believe was call Optimus Lake that has long since been covered over, in Highland, Indiana, just off of Indianapolis BLVD is where I had seen it. The saucer looked of seamless gold/bronze and had portholes a third the way up its structure. It was at an angle leaning towards me nestled in between 3 to 4 tree tops as cover to hide from the main road.

I did not see the bottom. My family ventured off to fish further down and I felt a need to look up and over my shoulder when I had seen it. I do not know if it was fear or embarrassment, because I had just finished peeing in the lake in my youth, but I looked away as if it was just another object in my life as if to say so what.

I have never shared this story but I cannot seem to get the image out of my mind. I did look back up eventually but it was gone and I never heard a thing to cause me to look up. It was as if I somehow knew it was there.

Hovering green, blue, and yellow lights over a wooded area, landing, then taking off into the night sky. I observed lights hovering over a wooded area about 1/2 mile away. I was in an upstairs bedroom and had full view.

The lights which were green, blue and yellow, were then diminished but still could be seen. I believe that whatever had been hovering over the wooded area landed. I notified my stepfather and told him to look.

He did, but thought that it was a wrecker recovering a vehicle. He later went back downstairs and I continued to watch the lights flashing. Later I observed these lights hover again over this wooded area for about 10 seconds.

I then saw it shoot up into the sky faster than anything I had ever seen. I was 13 at the time and I do still believe I saw something unidentified and can not be explained. I never investigated the area where a "Possible Landing" occured, but I've always wondered what it was or what it was looking for.

A man & his son watched 4 cilinders with lights throuigh a telescope Witness was 12 years old and lived on a farm one mile outside of Chrisney, Indiana. His father woke him up and asked him to get out his telescope because he wanted him to see something in the west. To his amazement he saw four cylinders in a row, each was higher in the air next to one another.

They also had lights that went left to right in the center of the craft. The lights flashed up in the air, but when one went down behind the trees it would turn its lights off and land the craft. His father told him that they were back at the stripper pit where their was water.

All four were higher in succession from left to right. Later, when the ship on the right came up out of the trees, it would turn its lights back on. Then the next ship on the left center went down and turn its light out.

This went on for about an hour. They observed this in the telescope and got a good look at the craft. There was still some light in the horizon so they could make out the shapes of the craft, which were cigar shape or saucer shape.

Later, the craft that was high in the air just rose up and headed west at the same time until it was out of sight. Later all four left in like manner. The witnesses never went to where the objects had landed so they didn't know it they had left traces or not.

Two UFO sighting in Two weeks in the summer of 1983, Louisville, KY In June of 1983 my cousin and I (age 10 and 13) had just enjoyed the festivities of Steamboat Days and had a generous curfew of 10 pm. As we made our way to my aunt's house my cousin and I stopped at the old railroad bridge that had LRS102 radio station's lights on it as it still does today but not working when my cousin said what's that? I asked him what he was talking about and he pointed to an object that was directly over the Louisville, KY, skyline, he proclaimed its a UFO. I laughed and said it's an airplane and we watched it as it approached our location on the Jeffersonville river bank and it soon was clear that it was'nt an airplane at all.

I became frightened and my cousin just yelled out beam me up scotty in which I replied to him to shut up. The object was oval shaped with multi colored lights making two rotaions two the left then two rotations to the right, it was completely silent and became more freightened then the craft came down and hovered about 20 ft above the bridge silently with no disturbance to the water below. We watched in awe and fear as it just hovered for maybe two or three minutes then it slowly acended and once it reached an altitude of about 3000ft it zoomed off into the nite sky and left us paniced and we went home excitedly telling my aunt the story who obviously didnt believe us at all.

The next day I went home to louisville where I told my older brother what happened of course he laughed at me and ridiculed me, well later that day we had been watching television when a commercial for the local news came on, the reported Jim Mitchell of WHAS 11 said tonite at 11 a Clarksville, IN man has video of a UFO, my brother looked at me with eyes and mouth agape and I proclaimed" I told you so now do you believe me? We asked my dad if we could please stay up to watch the news that it was important my dad thought it was odd that we would care about the news program but ok but your going to bed rite after, so my brother and I waited nervously all evening long until the news came on, we watched the whole program and it never mentioned it once. Two weeks later at around 830 pm, my dad said we need to go to Kmart to get your little brother some diapers before they close so it was my dad, step mom and two siblings in the front and I sat in the bed of the truck wearing shorts and flip flops and no shirt, my dad who was an alcoholic was drunk and drinking and driving along popular level road blasting three dog nite on the 8 track, about two blocks from the Kmart we stopped a redlight on popular level where I could see the Kmart sign all lit up. I noticed something strange, there was a warm breeze raining (down) on me and I looked at my arms and the hair was standing up on them and my neck so I looked up and there was a massive craft like the one i'd seen two weeks earlier but much larger like a mother ship and I could see intricate piping mostly squared in shape and I nearly broke my neck looking from one end to another it was as large as a football field and I began to feel sick to my stomach.

I began beating on the sliding glass window of the pickup truck yelling: dad, dad but got no response he was to drunk and the horrible 70's music had drowned out my screams and I looked up again and it was gone, now surely there was multiple people that saw this thing I mean we were not alone at the stoplight and im sure someone saw me looking upwards.
