object/lifeform floating silently in our house glided into next room How do I go about reporting an alien sighting? My husband thinks I am nuts, but the night after we moved into our house, we were sleeping in our living room and for some reason I woke up in the middle of the night and there was this "thing" floating a couple of inches from our ceiling. It was silent, about 6-8 feet from where our mattress was, and about 3 feet in length. It looked like several small orbs clustered together on a sort of plate, with several tentacles hanging down.

It just hung there for several seconds, then glided silently into the other room. After about 30 seconds or so, I finally worked up enough nerve to check on the kids in their bedrooms and there was no evidence anything was ever in our house. I know I was awake and not dreaming.

Red/orange glowing ball low on the horizen then climbed until out of sight This is my second email and third sighting of red light. Object was witnessed by myself and 2 other adults. Object again came from the SE moving NW.

What was witnessed at first looked like a full moon behind trees but was a very bright reddish orange color. At this time I ran inside to get my camera and my wife stayed outside and watched. I was inside for no more than 15 seconds to get the camera.

When I returned outside the object had gone from approximately 100 - 200 feet to about 500 feet and had lost it's glow but was now a bright light about as brighter than Jupiter appears in the sky. The object then moved north and climbed to about 1000 feet. sat there for about 2 minutes then climbed until it winked out.

This is the third sighting of the object. First was 8/18/08/. second was 8/29/08.

and tonight 11/26/08. The pattern I have noticed if you are to take the first two sightings they were 11 days apart. Counting on a calendar by 11's, 11/26/08 fell on an 11th day.

The craft again made no noise. My son living 3 blocks away on a third floor apartment was out on his balcony and called me to tell me he was seeing the object. I didn't have my cell phone on me and he left me a voice mail saying what he was seeing.

The time the message was left was 8:45pm (CST). He saw it before I did because he was higher up and didn't have an obstructed view as I did with it behind trees. He described it the same as I saw it.

The were Three others with him at the time and they also witnessed it.

Bright white light turned red and dissappreaed, later a "wave" of small lights from the same spot On November 22, 2008 at 18:10 Central time myself, a preschool teacher and both of my parents, a nurse and a small business owner, were outside and witnessed a very big and very bright white light moving in the sky. It moved from west to north-east and suddenly turned red. Then seemed to accelerate rapidly and vanish from sight.

We live within two miles of Epply Airfield and have seen a lot of airplanes and this was no airplane. It was a solid white light, silent and moving very rapidly before it turned solid red and disappeared. About 20 minutes later I was still outside looking for something else to happen when I saw what could only be described as a wave come from the spot that the light disappeared.

It came from one spot and spread out only going both directions horizontally. It looked almost like a flock of birds but it was going in two different directions and was moving very fast. There was no sound to it and I lost sight of it over the horizon.

high speed red/blue lights extremely fast and maneuverable with the ability to disappear A blue light with a red tail shot out of the sky down to a field, stopped and appeared to land then shot straight up and disappeared. Several lights would appear and stay stationary for a short time then disappear. They were traveling in all directions above the canyons and fields.

No more than three lights were visible at any given time.

Many lights in the sky seen outside of Spalding, NE. I was driving west on Hwy. 91 at approximately 7:00 p.

m. towards Spalding. I was approximately 5 miles from spalding when I noticed a strange light in the sky.

Thinking it was just an airplane I watched it wondering what kind of airplane would have that light. As I was watching it it split into two lights. The lights disipated within seconds and so I thought it was maybe a flare or a firework.

I glanced back over probably 30 seconds later and noticed three of the lights in a cluster. These quickly disappeared after about 5-10 seconds. I then got on the phone with my boyfriend to see if anything special was going on such as a hunting thing since it was the season or if people were just messing around with flares.

As I was on the phone with him looking in that direction 7-10 lights in a row lit up in the sky one by one and stayed lit for probably 5 seconds and was gone. I rushed home to pick up my boyfriend to go back and see if it was still there but nothing showed.

Dim and Bright yellowish orange light in the sky, then disappeared ! It was around 19:40 when My friend and I were walking to his house from Walmart. And so we were walking down the street and i spotted this "Object" in the sky. I didn't know what it was so I asked my friend what it was, and he said I really don't know.

This "UFO" we believe was really weird because we saw it in great distance in the sky, And it moved really slowly, to fast to be a plane. And the color was Yellowish Orange. The light on this "thing" were constantly going dim and going bright again.

And it moved really really slowly in the sky. So My friend and i went into his house really quickly to get a snack and tell his mom that we were going to look at something at the sky. (this maybe took a 45 seconds no longer.

) So we went back outside looked around and it was gone! Just vanished! And yet there was no clouds in the sky and it was in the middle of it too! Weird.

Two glowing orange balls of light traveling in a southern direction dropping "flares" and continuing south. North of our Apartment in the sky about 1500 feet in the air 2 orange glowing balls of light were traveling towards us. They both seemed to flicker orange and brighter on the outside and darker on the inside.

As they came directly over the top of our Apt. they made no noise so my girlfriend and I knew it wasn't a plane or helicopter. The 2nd orange ball seemed to actually speed up a little to catch the ball in front of it just for a moment.

Then it appeared that both of them started shooting "flares" several at a time out of the orange balls. The lead ball started with maybe 2-3 balls and then the 2nd ball did the same. It seemed as the "flares" were falling from the orange balls that the orange glow became dimmer and also it appeared that they were brighter from the "front" of the ball then the back side.

As they continued in the sky towards the south they seemed to keep the same altitude but eventually left our field of vision. The sky was clear with no clouds on a brisk cool night. Between 50-60 degrees out.

We both stood there in disbelief as to what we actually just witnessed.

Three objects that are silent and unexplainable I woke up and could not go back to sleep. I went outside to smoke a cigarette, while I was outside, I noticed a bright light in the NorthWest sky travelling East. I watched it for about 10 seconds, until I saw, out of the corner of my eye, a dark shape moving South at a slow speed.

It appeared to be shaped like a vee, but no lights and no sound. It traveled South for about 2 or 3 seconds from when I sighted it to when a tree blocked my sight. This object seemed to be about the same height that a small propeller driven airplane would be, and travelled about twice as fast.

Then about 3 weeks later, I was out at about 5:30 or so in the morning. I saw an object travelling South. This object was the same shape as the vee, only it had lights.

One light was in the center, while the other four were equaldistantly spaced outward on the vee. These lights appeared to be on the rear side of the object, as it was moving away from me and the dark shape of the vee was in front of the lights. I should mention that the lights were not bright, in fact they blended in with the starlight all around quite well.

The object, when I saw it, was at about a 45 degree angle for about 2 seconds. Then it leveled off and went south for about 2 seconds until that same tree obscured my view again. Once again, there was no sound.

This is very strange to me, since two sightings happened so close together at the same location, and pretty much the same time of day. What is it? ((NUFORC Note: Witness indicates that the date of the event is approximate. PD)).

Bright red light surrounded by light red translucent red halo Craft (light) moving north west at approx. 500 feet bright solid red light with halo or ring of a light translucent red. The object was about dime sized as if held out at arms length.

Object turned due north after flying directly over head. Object then climbed to a very high altitude and was witnessed to be about the brightness of Venus. Light then faded out.

The object made absolutely no sound. This is the second sighting of this object. First appeared on 8/18/08 but did not get as close as this one.

The UFO had blue and yellow alternating lights, cigar shaped, and suddenly changed directions. We were walking in a park at 5:30 and we looked up at the darkening sky when my friend pointed out that there were 3 mysterious flashing cigar shaped objects in the distance. They were headed Southeast and then suddenly changed directions and headed North.

It was a very beautiful sunny day with a lot of clouds but they were fluffy white clouds I was sitting on the top balcony of my apartment as I'm sitting there enjoying a cigarette I looked up in the sky and noticed that a certain Cloud was a little out of place it wasn't that it was not what was supposed to be it looked more like it was pixelated like it was a cloaking device or something so I never saw the shape of the think I set there and watch this for ten minutes even looking away and going back to a just make sure my eyes weren't playing tricks on me as I started to stare at it more more I washed it move around a little and then all the sudden it kind of like disappeared in the other clouds so I couldn't see this pixelation thing I don't think I'm crazy but I've been looking to see if anyone else kind of had this thing and I've seen other reports but not quite like this please help me figure out what this was ((NUFORC Note: Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. My husband and I saw two silent, low flying, bright circular lights with orange tint, about 10 p.m. My husband and I observed two bright orange circular objects about 10 p.

m. on August 16th, 2008. We were taking our dog for a walk and just happened to notice these two lights coming out of the South East sky.

They flew silently over us to the North West. One was a little ahead of the other and then the slower one caught up. They were not as high as an airplane would be.

Flaming tear-shaped object flying over southwest Lincoln, Nebraska on July 4th. While watching the fireworks show over Lincoln, Nebraska from our balcony on the third floor, we noticed a large tear shaped object flying across the sky from south southwest to north northeast. The object was moving rapidly and at approximately 10,000 to 15,000 feet altitude.

The object appeared either to be on fire or have orange glow emanating from rear. At first, we thought it may have been part of the fireworks display, but the object was much too high and moving purposefully, with clear direction and even speed. There were no erratic movements, simply a straight line in the direction indicated previously.

One of the witnesses is an avionics technician, and was completely certain that the object could not have been an airplane.

Bright light behind a haze changed from white-ish yellow to blue colors. I was sitting on my front porch looking down at the ground in deep thought when a bright light in the sky straight ahead of me caught my attention. The light was very bright white-ish yellow as if it were a street light.

I could not see an exact shape as this light seemed to be behind a haze. Within 3 seconds of looking up at the light it switched to a medium blue color then bright blue-ish white and then back to the medium blue color. As soon as the light started to change to the blue color it took off in the sky heading north and disappeared within 3-4 seconds.

There was no sound as this happened. I would like to point out that the light was not in the sky when I first stepped out onto my porch. I would also like to point out that I live not too far from Offutt AFB & I see airplanes pass over my house all the time.

This was not an airplane. This took off in the sky much faster than any plane I have ever seen.

3 UFO's appeared in the space of 15 seconds. I was strolling the lovely town of Hastings, taking snapshots of the beautiful surroundings, when my friend started screaming. "((obscenity deleted)) IS THAT?!?!" and we saw two huge spacecrafts, clearly from other worlds.

Their buzzing noises and the speed and flashing lights was clearly from another planet. A 'normal' saucer-like spacecraft appeared first, and a second craft appeared. It was purple, and very long, stretching light years perhaps? I was amazed.

My friend pulled out a camera and went to take this photo, and as he took the photo, a third craft appeared right before the sun. We heard noises, like they were having a conversation with each other, in some sort of galactic gathering. The sound was amazing, and then this beam of light was propelled into mountains, like a beam from heaven, as if they were the alien gods, basking in our sweet pristine earth.

Something appeared on the mountains. A face. We couldn't see who it was, but we know that this was something of great importance which people had to know ((NUFORC Note: Hoax.

Star Light resembling craft in formations of 3 and huge megaship over Standing Bear. Normal visual occurance of the light orb's sighted over Omaha during any clear night since Novembor 07. Through binoculars, saw many mini lights fling out of larger star like object like so many star cinders into the night.

These "cinder" stars would swarm the orginal bright mother star like moths to a light bulb. 3 different formations of 3 each were spotted shortly there after floating above us. We were around Standing Bear Lake as usual.

Through the binoculars star a fixed formation of stars shift in unison as if in a breeze. They would shift for west to east, Then south, back west, then north again. This uniform shift feature could only be seen with the binoculars looking straight up.

Unseen to naked eye. Had the impression that this huge uniformity connected all the naked eye light orbs. Estimated size of this new larger light craft could easily be 5 square blocks of craft below the low level cloud layer roughly 4,000 ft up.

Quite silent, and beautiful. To the casual observer, un noticeable. Look up Omaha.

They are here EVERY night. Numerous cesna like craft attempted to fly through these formations and left after 19 minutes.

Large UFO circular in shape with a crescent-like glow spotted for 10 mins, 1 mile west of Nebraska City. I live in Lincoln, NE and Commute to Nebraska City, NE for work. I was leaving Nebraska City on Highway 2 going westbound, when I saw something very large in the South/Southwestern sky.

It was circular in shape but the only part of it emitting light was the bottom which looked crescent-like in its glow. When I originally saw it I just thought it was the moon, but I noticed it disappear and reappear in the sky in the west. It then moved VERY fast to the north and then it dropped rapidly and sat down behind a hill.

After it sat down I couldn’t see the object anymore. The objects glow was orange in color. After seeing this I contacted the local sheriff’s office, and they already had a report that someone called in that they thought there was a fire at a local power plant, because they noticed an orange glare in the sky towards the plant then they watched the orange object move away from the plant and towards the west/northwest.

I work with two other people that saw it also. They left work 10 minutes before I did and they saw it and it disappeared, they just thought it was the moon disappearing behind some clouds. The thing about this is it was lightly snowing and the sky was completely overcast.

I’ve never seen anything this huge in the sky in my entire life.
