3 gold colored connected lights very large moving East to West 3 round gold color balls in a horizontal lign heading from East to West- appeared to be connected. No sound, moving very fast. as close as I can tell this object was larger than a normal aircraft.

Seen in a total night dark sky. I have seen many meteors- this was not a meteor or an airplane/jet.

At 9:30 pm a whiteish blue light swiftly flew over my car, and it was to low to be an aircraft, and it made no noise I was driving home last night, and as I reached my street turn, I looked just above my car and saw a whitish blue beam of light heading for my car. The light on the object was circular, I could tell it was attached to a a craft but couldn't see a craft because it was dark outside. The object was roughly 50 feet to 100 feet above my car, and as it passed over and I went to slow my car down to catch a glance, the object vanished before my eyes.

The car behind me slowed down, I'm guesing he saw it too, however I didn't not turn around to ask him what he witnessed. The object made no noise.

I was traveling west on Highway 30 between North Platte and Hershey when I noticed lights in the sky just south of the highway and east end of town spinning and sliding sideways group of light that were Rectanglure in shape. At first I thought I was seeing a Plane, but Planes don't spin. This group of lights spun in a counter clock wise motion and took about 10 seconds to make a revalution.

It also drifted to the west in a hover from about mile post 165 to the east end of town. Then the rotation stopped and the craft moved straight North. At this point I had pulled off to the side of the road and got out of my truck.

the light were shaped in a Trapezoid formation with a spot light in the center that would come on intermitantly. What ever this craft was it did not make the sounds that a helocopter makes. The only thing I heard was a low continues whooshing sound heavy on the osh part.

I stood there for about four minutes watching this object light up the country side with a bright white circle until it was about a mile or so North then the craft shot straight up and out of site. The whole time I watched this craft it was about 700 feet above the ground and I also saw the normal passenger jet aircraft in the sky but they were traveling at their normal altitudes 20k feet or so.

Massive fireball over Lincoln, Nebraska. A friend and I were sitting in a car listening to the radio, and we saw reddish-maroonish fireball approx. over I-180 going southbound.

I'm surprised nobody else reported the fireball. We were near superior looking west. The fireball illuminated the sky, lit up everything, casted shadows, left slight trail that disappeared as fast as fireball, and even made me squint my eyes.

After seeing this, the both of us just looked at each other and said, "What the (you know.) We hysterical for a minute then tried to figure out what it was. A meteor? This object was huge.

Bigger than memorial stadium. Why no impact? Very weird. Oh yeah, it's now feb 2005, date and time appox.

but my estimate is damn near close. Somebody enlighten me. ((expletive deleted)).

Two red lights. It was like they were on each end of a bar and just moving slowly from the east sky to the south sky and faded as they got feather away. No sound at all and at one point they seemed very close, close enough that you should here some thing.

Oct. 19, 2004 Grand Island, NE I looked up and saw these strange lights. There were four.

They would come together and separate. Once one light came towards us and than flew away. This lasted the whole time I was talking on my cell.

A co-worker and I saw a cone shaped object hoover for awhile and with a glow to it then a little explosion happened and it was gone. It was a clear night and we were on a freight train heading north. First I saw a cone shaped object shoot across the sky back and forth once.

Then it stopped and stayed in one place with a glow to it. Then all at once it looked like a small explosion and it was gone. When this all was going on, the work radio went on the fritz and didn't work till it was gone.

Three white lights in a triangle formation moving west over Omaha It was around 10:00 PM and i went outside onto my friends back patio to cool off. As I was laying there I looked up at the sky and saw 3 white lights in a perfect triangle formation. I stared at it to see if i could see any flashing colored lights to indicate an airplane, but it was just 3 white lights moving at the same speed and not changing formation.

As it went out of my site of view I still laid there thinking about what it could have been, and then about 5-10 minutes later I saw an airplane go over and it looked nothing like what i just saw. ((NUFORC Note: Witness elects to remain totally anonymous. PD)).

A star like object that grew bright white and or Amber then simply vanished as moved across sky. 12 seconds 3 separate occassions following Deep Bible Study: I am a 1 year newly found Christian. Upon each hour intensive study of Bible, I would venture outside to my patio, observing the heavens for spiritual reflection.

I saw what appeared to be planet/star. I am a very experienced and educated man. with 20/15 eyesight.

I understand depth perception, etc. this had the depth of a planetary body. these were not airplanes, they had the depth of planets.

planes usually have a flashing light and disappear with depth horizon slowly and systematicly. The first 2 sightings were white star shines that moved very effortlessly accross the sky then grew very bright, and immediately vanished. I know what a shooting star or meteorite is and what it looks like.

This was not a meteorite! Meteorites very clearly appear in the stratosphere move downward motion, have tails and burnout.This was not That. Finally, the third sighting was the grandest of all; it did the same as the other two got bright white, and then as it was directly over my head it Burned Bright Amber or orange as if it were acknowledge me, I felt its presents and again completely disappeared right over my head.

Now I've heard Scholars refer to Chapter in Bible Ezekiel refer to Amber disks as being heavenly Angels. Do you think that is what this is? Amber Disks like the ones from Ezekiel? I want to know more. I wanted to tell someone with Education/authority but didn't know where to go.

Multiple, flashing white lights along south edge of Lincoln, NE. I was at home, going out to throw something in the outside garbage, can when I looked up at the stars (very clear sky to the south, although I think clouds were coming in from the west). At first, I thought it was a group of military helicopters, as they seem to use a white strobe as their only marking at night (at least, I see these from time to time).

Looking at it, though, I noticed that there must be a huge cloud of helicopters, then. because there were a LOT of white flashpoints of light; spread over a really what looked like a huge area. Also, it was perfectly quiet.

I went back in, and got my wife to come out too, so she brought our son and 1-year old daughter outside (I had to make sure that I wasn't the only one seeing this). My wife and 4-year old son saw it too (my wife was pretty awestruck, like I was. my son was just freaked out).

It may have been one of the freakiest things I've seen. The whole thing, from when I saw it to when it was too far for us to see, probably lasted about 5-10 minutes (I wasn't really watching the time). Whatever it was passed to the south of us.

most likely just to the south edge of Lincoln. It didn't change direction or anything like that. Thinking about it, it looked a lot more like flashbulbs in a dark stadium than strobes.

They were flashes of white light, but the certainly didn't strobe from the same place. There was absolutely no discernible shape or pattern that we could see. I couldn't say that there was any opacity to it in any way.

With no noise, and no shape. not much of anything remarkable other than so many white flashes of light, and such a large area. It was very strange to us.

I checked with the local FAA control tower this morning, and they hadn't had any reports or picked up anything strange.

Orange and white lights, moving quickly horizontally Orange light appears, usually a bright white light then appears near the orange one. They then disappear and appear usually some distance away, sometimes one light, sometimes two or three. Ususall when they reappear they are some distance from the first place, usually in a horizonal line but much to far for a plane or 'copter to be able to move that quickly.

The lights are not seen constantly but come and go. Last night it was over a 20-30 minute period. This is the second night in a row we have seen them.

Will be looking again tonight.

Huge! I was outside this evening,admiring the Milkyway as it is a really clear night and I live in the country. I was staring at one spot and noticed something start to move in my peripheral. A "constellation" of three stars forming an isoceles triangle about the size of a dollar bill held at arms legnth was moving slowly from North to South.

It took approximately 30 sec to disappear behind south horizon from the time I first noticed it,directly overhead.From my days of sattelite watching,I could tell that it was not in the atmosphere. The three lights were as dim as the dimmest stars and hard to see at times.

It also seems to me that it was blacking out stars because I was left with the impression that it was solid. I spoke to someone at the Reporting Center just minutes ago,and he informed me that what I most likely saw was a formation of sattelites.This seems logical,I just can't get over two things;I swear that they were not moving initially,and the blacking out of stars(there is a barn with a light on it to the south,about 30 yards away,so as it prgressed that direction it bacame harder to see which is why I cant swear to the blacking out).

I'm still pretty shook up,though the man I spoke to did give me a reasonable explanation.

triangle shape ship launches a red sphere ship that launches a white light me and my friend were sitting on monkeybars beacuse we were bored and we looked up at the stars and seen a triangle of what we thought was stars and we noticed the stars were connected together by sumthing and there was faint lights on the sides of it. after about a minute a red sphere came from the side of the triangle thing. the as the red sphere was going across the sky a weird white light came from it and the light when towords the earth but it just vanished.

Man witnesses orange ball of light pass across the disc of the Moon. Telephoned Report: An adult male called from Omaha, NE, to report having witnessed "an orange ball" pass across the face of the full Moon. The object moved from his left to right (east to west), as he faced the Moon, and he estimated the (apparent) size of the object at approximately one twentieth the (perceived) diameter of the full Moon.

The witness reported that the object was seen against the disc of the Moon for approximately 1-2 seconds, and it seemed to disappear as it departed the disc, and continued moving to the west.

Needle nosed object widening out into a triangular shape, The rear of the triangle had a shaft extending out into a oval into a I was cutting cross country from west of Tryon Ne. turning off of highway 92 south on a country road which weaves south to Sutherland Ne. I was about 15 miles north of Sutherland when I noticed to the south-east of the stars were blinking out as if something was traveling along and blocking out the stars in the constellation Gemni.

The area where the blocked out stars was darker than the sky. At this point I could see the lights glowing from Bailey Yard (Union Pacific, North Platte 20 some miles to the east from behind the hills. I used this as a somewhat known distance to judge the blocked out area which appeared to be standing still and would have put it between Hershey and Sutherland.

I continued on to the south keeping an eye on the object until i reached the North Platte River bridge which dropped down to the river bank. I attempted to see if it was still there but couldn't see for the trees until I was on the bridge itself. I was about half way across the bridge when I regained the darkened area.

The object was moving to the south very slowly and was shapped with a needle nose spreading back into a triangle. The rear of the triangle had a shaft extending out a ways elongating into a sideways oval. The Oval had two lighter spots in it, not quite lights, maybe engines? The skin of the object was coal black and appeared to be made up of angles something like the Stealth Fighter.

(BUT NOT THE STEALTH FIGHTER OR BOMBER) I would say the object was about 300 yards long and 100 wide at the triangular front end. I continued to the south until I came onto the two mile road north of Sutherland and turned to the east. I stopped and got out to get a better look.

I heard a low pitched hum which seemed to be coming from the object which was heading south towards I-80 and US 30. It seemed to be moving about 3-5 miles per hour (Just creaping along) and about 1000 foot altitude or so. It seemed to me it was about a mile or two away to the east.

I watched this object for several minutes until it disappeared to the south and the lights of the rest area on I-80 interfeared. I came on home and reported what I had seen. This object was simpularly shapped to one I saw floating above the river in the 80's and the same color and had a simular sound to an object seen over Sutherland in the 80's Did I see something not of this world or did I see something the U.

July 24 22:00 light moved quickly from west to east and slowly dimmed then disappeared. Almost staight above us we saw a small light that was solid white or white/yellow in color that started out very bright and slowly dimmed as it traveled from west to east. it lasted only a few seconds but seemed to be traveling to fast to be a plane.

There were two aircraft in the area both were traveling northeast to southwest.

4th observation of a light above my skies in pattern While standing on my 3rd floor balcony facing S-SE, I observed a single object approx. 3-5 miles away, at 22:29 hrs. The object at its distance would be as bright as a garage flood light about 50 ft away.

It seems to stay low to the horizon, and a variably slow straight heading. This is now the 4th occurence I have had so far. There are only 2 quirks about this I have noticed.

I am now keeping notes of when i see it and what it does. Then i noticed tonite, that the moon was out, waxing crescent. The last time i saw it, the moon was at half phase.

The last thing was that soon after I observe the object, a plane or chopper of some type, appears from the direction of our local airport which is southwest of here. Once that plane is airborne and climbing, the object begins immediately, almost, move in the opposite direction of the plane, until I lose sight of it in a treeline or building height. Tonite however, the craft was about a ruler and ahalf away from the first plane following(holding a ruler to the sky), then two more planes or choppers(they had a distinct red light on each) joined in, but the object was too far ahead and they seemed to give up and turn due south.

The object still headed into the west, until i lost it in the treeline. I happen to catch this object when i step out into my balcony for a smoke. The last thing which i doubt is possible, i took my office sized(3inch) laser pointer with me the third time i saw this object(early last week) and pointed where i thought wsa directly at the object and it suddenly sped up, moving at a constant distance until it disappeared in the trees once again.

Although when i first see the object its moving away from the same location in the horizon each time, which is in between two towers of sorts with 3 red lights each. The space between is where i first observed the object last month, and i believe i saw it lift from the ground(horizon at that distance), and continually head west as all the other times. I am 26 yrs old and originally from New Jersey.

I am in the field of Security and i also do some work from home. I am a deeply studied person in UFO's and phenomenon. I believe i was in sound mind each of the times I have seen this lit object.

The color of the light that this object is would be a pale yello, leaning towards white, and sometimes will seem to pulsate. I hope this story gives a good idea of what may be in my home state of Nebraska, which I dont doubt carries many mysteries. Thank you and keeps your eyes to the skyes.

I was taking pictures of a crop duster and object appeared when photos viewed. On July 20 at 7:30 p.m.

a crop dusting plane was forced to make and emergency landing, on the highway, as he ran out of fuel. Fuel truck was summoned and he was refuled in short order. At approximately 8:00 p.

m. the plane took off and circle. I took numerous photos and when later viewed an object appeared in the photo that I had taken when plane was in the southeast sky.

The sun was at my back. One object was seen in photo. I was with two other neighbors and we had not seen the object.

I think we were just concentrating and excited about the cropdusters near miss with catastrophe. Crop duster had a 450 H.P Grumman Craft and we did not hear any other aircraft sounds.

I saw a light, as bright as the brightest star moving northeast, at aproximately 22:00 MT. It was moving slow, and then would speed up as if moving through some sort of resistance, such as wind. It almost seemed to be building energy and propelling itself faster, then slow down, build up and move faster again.

It traversed steadily between the two speeds, never stopping. I watched the object for approximately three minutes while talking on the phone to my Dad in CA describing what I was seeing the whole time and do not believe it was a satellite, because prior to the sighting, I watched a satellite move from the south to the north, so I could compare the two objects.
