I was sitting on veranda when I saw light over the tree I initially thought it was fireworks. At Cheshire Hillside Village I saw a UFO on July 4th at about 11 pm…3 large lights underneath each 3 were 4 small lights that blinked simultaneously 1-1 & 2-1 &3-1…then1-2 & 2:-2 then 3-2…so on and so forth ….it was above a tree for 3 sec….
then went faster than anything I've ever seen above another tree for a count of two Mississippi then gone into the night sky.

A charcoal gray saucer the size of a football field was above the trees right in front of me.it had 3 large lights/windows and I saw a charcoal gray saucer shape in front of me over the trees.it was football field size.
there were 3 large lights/windows ( a light bright green in color) and under each large light there were 4 small lights/windows so 12 small lights in color.the large lights stayed permanently lit but the small lights would blink left to right.1-1 would blink in unison with 2-1 and 3-1.
then next would be 1-2 2-2 & 3-2.so on and so forth.the whole sighting didn't last for more than 6 seconds.
the craft moved faster than I've ever seen anything move.

Bright light in sky. Shortly after pulling onto Main Street I looked up to see a bright light at first I thought it looked like possibly a helicopter with it’s search light on and it was moving pretty fast from right to left. After pulling onto Horton Avenue I realized this was to high up to be a helicopter with a search light on.
The craft was still moving right to left and the light was on the right so on the back. The light was extremely bright for how high up it was, I’d say it had to be as high as a normal passenger plane would fly. The light shinning in back which was a white light looked dusty.
After pulling onto Horton Ave and watching it for another 15-30secs the light turned off (it did not fad out) but you could still see the craft moving and it looked like it was leaving a dust behind. It moved quickly behind the tree line and that’s it. The object was not over head but maybe a few miles away, where I was looking it was towards the Cheshire/Hamden line but it’s hard to decipher how far it was from my location.
But it was bright and large enough to see where I was. This did not look like a shooting star, green fire ball or comet. This was a craft of some kind.

Small bright light traveling NE over Northern New Haven county in CT Exited car in driveway. Looked up into night sky, no clouds, many stars visible. Facing East, noticed a small bright light traveling to the northeast.
No sound, no blinking, no trail. Did not seem to be moving terribly fast. Watched for less than a minute and it just faded away.
Have seen aircraft on similar trajectory, but they have blinking lights and can be seen to horizon/tree line.

I saw a large white circular light come below the clouds from my right. It zig zagged across the sky then zipped above the clouds diagonally to my left. It was a bit off in the distance and low in the sky before it shot off.
The object seemed to be moving extremely fast and I only saw it for a few seconds. It was much larger than a star- a little bigger than a softball. The object looked a bit like a giant meteor but it’s movement of going up and down then shooting off upward to the left was perplexing.
There was no sound. There was scattered cloud cover, but no rain or thunder.

star-like objects moving in the sky It was pretty far away but we seen small star like objects moving across the sky, one after another, there had to be 30 of them. It went on as long as we watched which we watched for at least an hour. This also occurred again on either the 7th or 8th, the same thing happened.
Not sure what this is but I cannot find anything online that would explain what we saw. So they looked as if they were stars but they were moving. But not the way a shooting star would, I have seen those before as well.
This was different. This was creepy feeling. Anyway, thought I would report it.
At times the light would get brighter & dimmer as well.

Small UFO over garden, daylight, 120 feet away, 19 second vid, Cheshire, CT, Oct 2012 Hi, I'm a homeowner in CT. I posted this vid on youtube tonight, I'll describe it here (not monetizing it at youtube, nor anywhere, I am an enthusiast of ufology, I've heard of you, I respect you. And I am not drunk.
Yay!) I just looked up the properties of the short vid, that's the time and date it gave me. I thought it was November, apparently, twas October 2012. I walked out my back door, I have a large yard with a woods edge at the rear, deer come each day, I think I was testing the zoom and focus.
Canon powershot 12 mega pix, not an expensive cam, the original on this computer is more striking that what appears in the youtube upload, don't know why. Walked out the door, saw nothing, focused on rear clearing, stopped film. When uploaded, saw this thing.
Looks like 2 birds mating, or 2 bees doing something. But it is about 2 or 3 feet wide, gray top, lighter rear half, strange motion. I had opened a glass screen door, thought maybe it was a refraction.
Have glass windows on the left as I walk out, but I don't see a connection to my movement and the movement of this thing. I tell ya, when I re-looked at it the other day on this machine, I said, "Oh My God." My Hungarian GF was here, I showed it without comment twice.
She works in the garden over which it was, and she asked me, "Do they live here?" Very strange, a bit disturbing. Best wishes: http://youtu.be/ClvdP0ERi8U.

life changing I was outside having a cigarette at night And I saw a coloring changing craft slowing rising above the tree line in my backyard, it reached the top of the tree line and stopped for a few seconds changing neon blue green and yellow colors, it then flew in a line directly above me into the sky and disappeared in a second, it was completely silent.

Grey cigar shaped object over Cheshire, CT, around midnight. I am writing this report about 5 minutes after the sighting. I stepped outside onto my back porch at roughly 12:30am.
The sky was perfectly crystal clear and their was a 3/4 moon. The object I saw was first thought to be a cloud. But I thought it was very strange becaue it was so tiny compared to any other cloud I had seen.
The object was far in the distance. I would estimate at roughly 5 or 6 miles away. Regardless of me thinking it was strange, I still just thought it was a cloud especially considering it was greyish in color.
It stood absolutely still in the sky. I had the moon that was about a fist's length away as a good landmark for reference. I quickly went into my house for maybe 20 seconds to grab my binoculars which were right by the door.
I turn around and look out and the object is gone. This is what made me decide it was not a cloud. This fact combined with that it was not moving.
I figured a cloud doesnt just disappear in less than 20 seconds and it definitely wouldnt have moved out of sight in that time considering it didnt appear to be moving in the first place. I was a bit spooked at this sighting and still sort of am but I am excited nonetheless.

Hovered upward, then turned in a 90-degree angle and sped out of sight The object looked somewhat like a star, but it took a while to tell otherwise. It hovered over the hillside, then started traveling slowly upward. Then it shot off to the right and went out of sight, leaving a weak trail that disappeared completely within about 5 seconds.
It couldn't have been any type of aircraft controlled by man, for the sudden change of direction was too perfect: an exact right angle. ((NUFORC Note: Date is approximate. PD)).

A sighting of the Hudson Valley UFO I know this is old news. I've been reading about the Hudson Valley sightings and was excited to read that there are many similarities to what I saw, and I'm certain that what I saw is consistent with those events. Here goes: I'm really not sure of the date, but on the evening of the sighting, I was at the opposite end of my house, which was a duplex, sneaking a smoke with my 2 brothers.
I remember looking at the sky and saying out loud how cool it would be to see a UFO. Suddenly, my mother called for me and said that I had a telephone call. It was my friend from up the street.
He wanted to borrow an audio cassette of my brother's, and asked if I could bring it to his house. He lived in the third house up the street from us, to the east. As I walked to his house by myself, I looked up to my left (North) and saw a formation of lights heading Southeast.
There was no sound coming from the lights, so I figured this was something to keep an eye on. I ran to my friend's house and told him he needed to come outside and see what was going on. We walked further up the street to the east and just past the next intersection where we could see that the lights had stopped directly over the local recreation area's pond.
There was no noise, and no movement. I can't recall whether the lights were blinking or not. As we were observing the object, a smaller object of white light came over us from the original direction of the larger object (North to South) and seemed to fly up into the center of the lights, where it disappeared.
After a few minutes, the object started moving to the Southeast. The recreationarea also has a big sledding hill, over which the object eventually disappeared out of sight. We were pretty excited about the whole incident.
I went home and told my mother and brothers what I had seen, and on the local 11 o'clock news, a report about it claimed it was a bunch of private pilots out of the Stormville, NY airport flying in formation as a practical joke. Knowing that airplanes don't hover and do make noise, I can say with 100% certainty that we were not watching private airplanes. Again, I know this was a longtime ago, but I noticed in the articles on the ufoevidence.
org wesite there aren't any mentions of anything being sighted in my area. ((NUFORC Note: Date is approximate. PD)).
