It didn't seem harmful, it was like it was observing. Well I was in the house visting with some of my mom and dads friends when my little sister came running in and telling me to come outside because there was something floating in the sky. at first I thought that she was kidding so I went outside and there it was floating about 15 feet of the ground hovering over a field about a 150 yards away.
It was so beautiful it was kinda shine, and it kinda looked like what you see on tv but it was one solid object, it looked seemless. it was dark so it is hard to remember all the details, but it did have lights on the bottom. it shot up in the air about 50 feet and stop dead in its tracks then it moved to the right and stoped.
then it moved to the left and stoped. and then it shot out of sight in a blink of an eye. I thought that we were the only ones to see it but there where other people who people who saw it.

Large triangle with three red lights and made no sound hovered in place, then escorted off by approaching military jet. Directly over my house. It had three red lights in a triangle pattern.
It hovered for maybe 5 to ten minutes and made no noise. This was at night and then we heard a jet coming from the southwest sky it approached the craftsmen slowed down, then the craft and the jet plane moved north toward Jacksonville air base. I never reported the siting until I found this list and noticed that someone in Malvern, Arkansas, reported the same type craft at the same estimated time.
((NUFORC Note: Witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. PD)).

Disc shaped craft :escorted" by and followed by jet planes over apartment complex. My friend and I, were playing in front Disc shaped craft "escorted" by and followed by jet planes over apartment complex. My friend and I, were playing in front of the apartments that we both lived in.
It was evening time, right at sunset to be exact. I looked at the sky and saw the last remnants of light on the horizon and there were already a few stars popping out. So at that point, as I was noticing the few stars making their appearance, something very odd happened.
One of the tiny dots of light (?stars) starting rotating in a circular(or elliptical) pattern, then directly across from it(to the left to be exact and the distance was probably something like if I held my arms spread open to the sky, one would have been at my right fingertip and the other at my left fingertip). Things get stranger still, the next thing to happen was an airplane flew between the "stars", then another plane flew through them directly after it. In my retelling I like to say the planes seemed to "escort" the alternative craft.
At that point the, saucer-shaped craft flew or hoovered into view. It was metallic in color, I read someone else that mentioned liquid mercury and that seems a perfect description. It was moving seemingly very slow.
But then it was over our heads suddenly and it stopped. I remember it seemed so very near us. There were more lights(there had originally only been one in the center) that started to shine from the bottom of the craft around it's perimeter, they encompassed it's circumference.
They were bright and I can't remember clearly if they were colored or blinked or if the bottom of the craft moved, but the lights did not remain in a constant position. Maybe it was spinning? After that, all I can remember is that two more planes flew by. I don't think the "stars" were even spinning anymore and it was completely dark.
We lost several hours of time, although the event didn't seem long at all… ((NUFORC Note: Witness indicates that the date of the event is approximate. PD)).

Observed bright light approaching from west, drawing closer proved to be 3 separate lights on triangular craft, which passed directly overhead at low altitude, totally silent. I was returning home after work, between midnight & 2 AM, & saw an intense, bright light in the southwest sky. Thinking it was a very bright star, I continued to monitor it as I drove.
Soon it separated into 3 distinct lights, & I realized it was approaching. As it got closer I saw there were 3 lights, one at each corner of an aircraft. I stopped my truck in the middle of the road, & got out to watch.
The craft flew directly overhead, was maybe 40 feet across, and made no sound of note. It seemed to be just above the tops of the trees, & I was puzzled that there would be no discernible engine noise. I don't recall being able to distinguish the surface of the craft, just seeing the three lights, & the triangular shape as it passed overhead.
I assumed it was something headed to the Little Rock Air Force Base, though as I said, it was so quiet, & so low to the ground, that I was in awe. Unfortunately I never made note of this occurence, so I don't know the date. I assume it would be in the winter months, as the road is in a very wooded area, & I remember seeing lots of clear space, as I do here when the trees are bare.
The road, Dyer Street, runs South of Malvern for about 4 miles. I stopped about 3 miles from Main Street to watch. I only can guess the year being between 1988 & 1990 because I was driving the truck I owned at that time.
I report this now because I have since heard of similar type craft being observed. ((NUFORC Note: Date and time are approximate. We have assigned an arbitrary date in 1989 so that the report sorts to that year.
