We analyzed all 2 UFO sighting reports in Oklahoma from 1979 to identify possible patterns and gain insight into the phenomenon:
- The most commonly reported UFO shape or appearance is "triangle" (1 reports, 50.00% of total).
- September is the month with the most reported UFO sightings (1 reports, 50.00% of total).
- Saturday is the weekday with the most reported UFO sightings (1 reports, 50.00% of total).
- 09/01/79 is the single date with the most UFO sightings reported (1 reports, 50.00% of total).
- Sightings occur more often during the night, between the hours of 20:00 - 23:59 (1 reports, 50.00% of total).

It followed behind us for three miles. Appeared to be triangle shape with three lights. Made no Sound.
This was in 1981. I've never reported it to anyone until now. I lived far away from town at the time.
I was nearly home on my way back from getting groceries in Weatherford, OK. It was dark. My son was with me.
Three lights in a triangular shape started following us. I was scared because I couldn't get away from them. I pulled in our driveway and got out of the car.
The lights were there and they were close. I didn't hear any sound. My son and I ran quickly into the house to get my husband ((name deleted)).
My son came in the house yelling and grabbed Steve and pulled him outside, but when we got outside it was gone. ((My son)) sit out in the middle of a peanut field the next night, in his pickup, watching the sky. He never saw anything else.
Whatever it was, was silent, had three lights in a triangle shape, and followed us for a few miles down the road in my station wagon. ((NUFORC Note: Date may be approximate, although the witness does not indicate that fact. PD)).

encounter, clear recall of it I was awakened by something,looked to my left and standing there was a thing it was approx.3 foot tall,large oval head,large dark eyes, slick skinned, no clothing,long fingers, seemed to be in a purplish haze and only 4 ft from the bed. seemed to slightly node its head, i do not recall it vanishing or anything, i wake up that morning with this memory and extremely tired.
I have turned in other reports with this web sight. two from little axe okla and one from wayne okla. ((NUFORC Note: Date may be approximate.
