Red light traveling opposite course to ISS. I went out to watch the ISS fly over last night. It was moving from NW to SE.
I continued to watch till it was almost lost in the light pollution of Metro Louisville, KY. Just as about to turn around and go inside, I noticed a faint red point source of light traveling on a reciprocal course to ISS and moving at same apparent speed. At first I thought it was an airplane with starboard nav light out, but as it travelled overhead I never heard any engine noise.
I continued to watch it till I lost it from sight behind some large trees. I consider myself a good observer, as I was in Air Force in Vietnam and later got my BS and MS in Physics. I have never seen anything like this before.

Looking out my bedroom window I saw a triangle shape fly by rather slow. I grabbed my phone and ran outside but it was gone. I looked around the sky, towards the constellation Orion and noticed the stars were very bright.
What I thought was a star changed colors! Red,blue green and zipped away. Minutes after all sorts of strange planes started circling the area.the planes did have lights.
Some flashing white or red.i thought they could be commercial or something but they were all over the place! Circling the area. I'm not sure how many, 4-6 I think.
I also notice the two covered in solid, bright white light were very strange! They didnt blink but they glowed and made noticed a few solid red lights flying at high altitude! sound. Also what looked like a military plane or something.with solid, bright, white lights was flying at low altitude emiting some kind of mist.
They flew directly over me twice! They made no sound either.I have never seen soo many flying objects in the sky in one place! I would like to know if anyone else seen these strange craft in Jeffersonville, IN, on Sept 22, 2017, around 4-5am.

Triangular shaped object with no sound and solid lights spotted over Jeffersonville, IN. On July 17, 2015 at approximately 10:15pm eastern standard time in Jeffersonville, IN. There was an object approaching our home from the southern direction with one solid light in the front.
From a distance you could see a rounded top that appeared to be a helicopter. However, as it got closer it was hovering above and within 100 yards of the ground. There was absolutely no sound and it remained extremely steady during 50-60 mph winds with absolutely no movement.
It was during this time that the power to the house began to go on and off four times, not flickering, but distinctly turning off then back on. It then turned 1/4 of a circle and proceeded forward to the west almost gliding like. It was at that point you could make out two more visible lights on each back corner indicating the object was a triangular shape.
Directly in the middle of the back side was a large circle (red orange in color) that looked like a jet engine that just glowed, but again there! was no sound.

Strange aircraft followed by 5 blackhawk helicopters. Family was awoke by the house violently shaking, looked outside and saw 5 objects flying in formation flying very very low, and heading north. I quickly grabbed my Luna optics full color Night vision device with 20x zoom, and waited for anything else.
About 45 minutes later the objects came back over heading in a southern direction. Now equipped with my color digital night vision, I was shocked to see a strange aircraft with normal aircraft lighting. But its shape was unrecognizable, I have never seen a aircraft like it.
Following far behind the first strange object was 5 blackhawk type helicopters. Without night vision, they appeared to be just normal helicopters, but with the night vision, you could clearly see 100% BLACKHAWKS every edge, detail. What they were doing is beyond me, but lots of others reported seeing and hearing helicopters that night flying over there house.
Reports were made to local news stations websites.

Seven silent round orange flying objects watched and observed in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Sunday evening at approx. 8:00pm when I was on my back porch, I saw seven round orange "flying objects" off in the distance in a cluster or messy formation.
There were no sounds that the objects made such as engine, or jets. They were silent. I thought it was strange so I called my partner in the house and told her to come out and look.
She came out and after a few seconds the orange round lights scattered in the sky. Some flew to the right and some to the left of me. I ran in the house to get a pair of binoculars and looked at two of the orange lights to my left.
One began to make quick movement up and down almost as though it were scanning my body (I know this sounds weird). I gave the binoculars to my partner so she could watch them. We both stayed on the porch for about 10 minutes watching them make sudden movements and then standing still in the sky.
When I went in the house there was only one remaining that was visible. I don't know where the ! others went. We talked ourselves into believing that it must have been a military exercise until we saw on the news tonight that some people in California also saw it and their description was the same as what we saw.
We decided we better report that we saw it here in Indiana also. The observers of this event are both middle aged and both have a professional backgrounds, no mental illness, and have never seen something like this before and have never made a report about UFOs in the past. The lap top that I am on does not have a word processor installed so I had to type this directly instead of copy and paste.
Sorry :-) ((NUFORC Note: Witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. PD)).

10-12 bright orange spherical balls of light, some turning away from others, and one coming in close On November 19th, I was filming sunset with my HTC-one cell phone. After seeing strange, odd crafts flying during sunset I stayed and continued filming after it got dark. I first seen around 4 bright orange/red orbs, perfectly spherical and, not flickering or flashing like lanterns.
They were flying from north east to west. I watched as one of them made a slow right turn away from others and all vanished soon after. I did not have my cell on during the first set, the cell battery was dying and I had to use cigarette lighter to charge.
But then two more came in from same direction, flying next to each other. One of them made the same slow right turn away from me before disappearing. The other stayed straight, then also disappeared.
Moments later I watched one fly in by itself. Then another by itself, but this one was much closer than the others. It came in just as fast as others, but slowed down while in flight.
There were a few more that came by, whole event lasted around 7-8minutes. This was one of the most amazing things I've ever seen, I'm glad I had my new cellphone to share this experience. I am not happy how it came out, the video is great with amazing close-up.
But the camera while filming at night has a hard time focusing on light sources. It looks like they are flickering or flashing but they were not. They were steadily lit, they changed in Color slightly from red to orange to yellow.
But they were NOT flashing. In my video I use another video to show examples of light sources at night while filming with cell, and you can see how street lights and other lights look through camera. I have had many experiences since June of this year 2013, all of these experiences have taken place in close proximity to some very very large power lines that run across the Ohio river and through city.
This is just my theory, but I believe it has something to do with these power lines. Maybe they steal or somehow harne! ss energy from lines. I will be following up on this and have! found a PowerStation in close distance to where these orange orbs originated from.
But the weird part about this whole thing is minutes after filming these orange orbs, a large Blackhawk type helicopter was seen flying lower and faster than I have ever seen. I am 32years old and have lived here my entire life, I have seen black helicopters before, but never this low and never this fast. It was flying exactly straight towards where these orange orbs were seen flying from or where they possibly originated from.

5 decent sized "UFOs" rotating shining bright Me and a buddy of mine walked outside looking towards the Louisville skyline from Jeffersonville, IN, when we noticed something strange in the sky. The aircraft looked to be a huge star at first until I noticed it was rotating counterclockwise with 5 different lights shining bright. As the "UFO" starts to move more towards Louisville another aircraft appeared from a distance.
The 2 "UFO" began to go up and down and side tot side in a very smooth motion. There were other aircraft flying overhead of this arriving and departing from Louisville International Airport. I lost sight of the "UFOs" at 11:57pm after they had crossed the Ohio River to only show them selfs 4mins later with 3more "UFOs" before speeding away.
I checked Louisville International Airport's flight reports which showed a UPS plane had problems and had to do an emergency landing from ".the smell of fumes on the aircraft.".

small white circlular craft, saw bright big colors, then in an instance gone Me and my friend were walking to a gas station on a local golf course right next to our neighborhood, and all of a sudden at the same exact time we both stopped walking in our tracks because of what we saw in the sky, looking up I see a small circular object in the color of white, and it was not moving just stationary in the sky. Then the light from the object became brighter and brighter, finally it turned into different colors like green, pink or red, and blue and got brighter where youb couldnt see the original shape. Then the light shrunk back into the white color i saw originally and at an instance was gone, almost as if it shot out of the universe in a matter of seconds, then me and my friend looked at each other, and at the same time asked each other, "did you just see that?.
" When it took off. It headed towards a highway that 4 different of my friends have claimed that they too have seen a UFO over the area of thisn highway, which concentrates over a! n area of an old ammunition plant used in an older war. Multiple witness viewing of unusual object over major metropolitan area In the late afternoon of Memorial Day 2006, I was visiting with a friend that resides in Jeffersonville, In located adjacent to Louisville, Ky across the Ohio river. I reside in Louisville, and frequently visit said friend as we have a 20 plus year friendship. The day was fairly mundane and customary of the visits- on this particular day we were having a cookout to celebrate the holiday.
My friends brother of which Im also closely acquainted, had also arrived and was assisting us with preparing the food. We were standing in a group in the patio area of my friends apartment, when for no particular reason I happened to glance upward facing East. Immediately I viewed an object which was instantly unusual and atypical to me.
I called it to the attention of my friends. For the next several minutes we observed this object in silence, then I suggested my friend go retrieve his binoculars. Roughly 2 minutes later my friend appeared outside again with the binoculars and each of us in turn observed the object more closely through the binoculars.
This had the effect of enhancing the unusual nature of what we were witnessing. The weather that day was partly cloudy with a storm approaching from the west. We were each facing east where visibility was clear.
It was approximately 5:30 in the afternoon and the sky was a crisp blue where visible to the east. A bank of thin clouds were immediately overhead. The object we were viewing was a very stark black of perfectly square configuration.
The object had no surface features, no protrusions, no reflectivity and no oscillation. The was no sound accompanying the object. Upon first viewing the object it was roughly 25 degrees from the horizon and stationary.
As soon as I first viewed the object, it began ascending along a single vector straight upward at a very slow leisurely pace. The object maintained it's relative configuration, size, speed of ascension, and color value the entire duration of the sighting and ascended until it dissapeared behind the above cloud bank. With my arm outstretched the object would have been approximately the size of my forefinger nail.
As the object was against the backdrop of the sky there was no frame of reference to accurately determine distance or relative size of the object. If I were to make a presumption based on my own depth perception of the objects spatial orientation it appeared to be closer rather than further, less than 2 miles away, making it roughly the size of an automobile. The object was in clear view long enough for a discussion during the sighting on what it clearly was not.
An entire gambit of possible explanations was dismissed as we were all viewing the object. The object was clearly not an aircraft of conventional configuration, balloon, parasail, garbage bag, insect, bird, toy, kite, or illusory figment. This was a tangible, solid object that possessed mass and weight.
I immediately contacted 911 and was instructed to contact New Albany or Jeffersonville police department, of which I did neither as the event was over and the object was no longer visible. Additionally I contacted Louisville international airport and spoke with the radar operator. The operator indicated there was nothing unusual in the sky over southern Indiana.
The event left me disturbed and confounded. I have a background in Psychology and I am fully aware of the many mechanisms within the human mind that can create potential misinterpretations of visual stimuli. The irony is while observing this object I distinctly recall all of these formal concepts raced through my mind it seemed, and none of these were satisfactory to me.
Remotely. It is one thing to read about unexplained aerial phenomenon over the years, but to actually witness something that defies frame of reference or educational background is quite startling. I consider myself a fairly learned and educated individual with a working knowledge of meteorology, astronomy, physics, military aircraft, and human perception, yet the object I witnessed defied all of these schools of thought and rationale.
I am the type of person that doesn't enjoy mysteries and despite researching, careful contemplation, review, and even soul-searching, I never discovered an explanation that satisfies what I and my friends witnessed. A square object is not even aerodynamic, to say nothing of the stark black appearance of the object. I am not prepared to say what I viewed was of extraterrestrial origin, yet at the same time I am prepared to say what I viewed does not belong in the sky over a major metropolitan area in broad daylight for all the world to see.
There was a strange eerie stillness to the whole event. To my knowledge no one else viewed this object with the exception of the three of us, despite our close proximity to Interstate 65 which runs through southern Indiana and Louisville Ky. I would be quite curious if there was anyone else that happened to view this object that day.
To be perfectly honest, I would be relieved if it were infact mundane and simply mis-identified.

I seen a bright fireball-shaped object in the sky traveling east, northeast. It was moving at an increadible speed and at a high altitude. The object we observed on November 16, 1999, at 19:04, was that of a huge fireball-shaped object traveling east, northeast at an amazing rate of travel.
Only 1 (one) object was observed at the date and time noted above. It was golden in color with bright green and orange showing up at one point during the observation. I have seen a similar object like the one described above in the late winter of 1995 while standing at a bus stop.
However, the second observer, my mother, has most likely observed a UFO in the late fall of 1978 along with my sister. Their observation of the craft they seen that night sounds increadible.

Deep red colored bright light, same intensity as white aircraft landing lights. Exhibited non-ballistic motion. I was working third shift at a machine shop in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
Being the supervisor, I had plenty of free time. I would often step outside and have a cigarette, especially in the summer. All the machines were running well, and the operators had settled in for another long night.
I walked outside and lit up a smoke, watching the U.P.S jets line up for approach into Louisville International Airport.
There were several jets in line for their approach, as well as a few others orbiting, waiting for their turn. I can’t remember the exact number, but I would estimate at least 10. I watched this for a few minutes, and lost interest.
I walked around the parking lot for a few minutes enjoying the night air. When I noticed that all the jets were gone. I know they didn’t all have time to land.
I thought this was quite strange, and began scanning the skies. I noticed a very bright, deep red colored, pulsating light. This light was so bright, that it appeared to ray, like the bright landing lights on aircraft.
The only difference being the color. And I say it pulsated not blinked, because it only dimmed, it never blinked off and on. When I first saw it, it was in the sky to the northwest.
The color got my attention, but the erratic movement kept me interested. It’s the strangest thing I have ever seen. As the object brightened it would move forward or backward, and as it dimmed it became stationary.
The timing between pulses was approximately 1 second. After watching this for at least a minute, it was slowly making it’s way in my direction. I had to get a second opinion on this, so I ran inside the shop and yelled for someone to come outside and see this light in the sky.
I ran back outside thinking it would be gone for sure, but it was still there. And it was a lot closer than when I left. My brother, who was working for me at the time, came outside wondering what the hell I was talking about.
I didn’t even have to point, he immediately saw the object and made a remark along the lines of, ((deleted)). I asked him if he could hear anything, to which he replied that he couldn’t. This thing was nearly overhead and didn’t make a sound.
He also noticed the way it would move as it pulsed brighter, and stop as it dimmed. We both watched this thing for several more minutes, and I wanted to see if my father was awake. He had a pretty good digital camera, and I hoped he could get a picture, so I ran back inside a second time to call him.
I finally got an answer, and I know I sounded a little excited over the phone. Explaining what I had just witnessed took another minute or two. On the way back outside this time, I was positive that this thing would not be there.
But, when I got to the parking lot, it was still there. There were no other aircraft in the sky this entire time. The light slowly made it’s way almost directly over the building, when it suddenly released a round object from it’s underside.
We both gasped at seeing this, it was unbelievable! The round object that was released had no light, but the main object’s bright light reflecting from it betrayed it’s presence. At this very instant both objects disappeared. And no longer than 10 seconds after that, a military jet, (an F-4 Phantom I would guess by the twin engines) flew right through the same spot this object had just occupied.
It was loud, and he was definitely looking for the object, because he dipped his wings left and right. The jet turned around and left in the same direction he came from. We both watched the skies for 15 minutes, and noticed the jetliners starting to line up again.
I didn’t know who to report this to, and I am convinced that, air traffic controllers caught this object on radar. ((NUFORC Note: Witness indicates that the date of the event is approximate. PD)).

UFO AERIAL PHENOMENOM SIGHTING IN EARLY 90's; FAST MOVING DISAPPEARING UFO AERIAL PHENOMENOM SIGHTING IN EARLY 90s Daytime sighting of a multi-colored object, Vanishing, reappearing, and shooting through sky in every direction Indiana, (Jeffersonville) Exact date of this sighting is unknown, I was close to the age of Ten years old. So it would have been close to early 90s. During late afternoon, clear blue skies, no storms, no clouds anywhere.
It was a sunny clear day, while playing outside of my grandparents house. I was with my younger brother, he would have been around six years old. We were playing with a large bouncy ball.
I remember watching as the ball rolled down the yard towards the street stopping just before going into the street. My brother walked over picked it up, I will never forget watching him as he stood there with our ball looking up at the sky, he was motionless. As I walked over to my brother starring upwards, he asked me whats that? As I looked his direction of his gaze, there in the sky at about a 45° angle appeared to be a star like object.
The object was the size and shape of our brightest star you can see in our night sky. The star like object was white and motionless, and I remember saying to my brother, "It’s a star." But then I thought its daytime, I've never seen a star during the day.
After about 30 seconds, the object began slowly flashing or changing its color from white, to red, blue, green, yellow, purple, and orange. Each changing color lasted about two seconds, and it almost seemed to pulse these colors, as they appeared to get brighter in between colors. So while watching this object slowly start to flash this vivid spectrum of colors, it began to slowly fade out.
It did not fade out quickly, it took maybe ten seconds or so. Only the very split second this object was not there anymore, something caught my eyes In a different part of the sky. The object was first seen while facing a north east direction, as soon as it faded out I could see it in a Southern direction slowly appearing, just as it slowly faded out, it slowly appeared the same way.
We watched as this object did this vanishing act three more times. Almost losing sight of it, I couldn’t see it anymore my brother said, "there it is". A large tree was obstructing our view of it, and as soon as I looked it was fading out again.
After the last fade out behind the tree, it then returned to its orginal point in the sky where we had first seen this strange object. It then began to start flashing its colors again, only this time the flashing or pulsing of these lights were much, much faster. Flashing different colors at around three colors a second.
Then while watching it violently flash these bright colors, It all the sudden just went crazy is best described. Its hard to convey while writing what this object started doing. It just shot off moving every direction at once, Traveling huge distances in the blink of an eye.
Within just a few seconds it had traveled almost my entire field of view, but not just from left to right, but going left, right, up, down, and every angle in between. This really scared us, when it started zig zagging. I remember my brother turning away from it and running back to the house screaming "mom".
I also remember running back up the driveway scared as well. Only I stopped at the top of the driveway, while my brother ran inside. I stopped and turned back around to this object that was still zig zagging every which direction.
Hearing the front door slam shut behind me, as I continued to watch this weird thing. The last thing I remember seeing, was this object making its crazy impossible maneuvers. and it slamming to a stop, then shooting straight up at a slight angle, and appeared to leave our atmosphere.
Now here comes the weird part, I was around 10 years old, my brother was only six years old. My brother still remembers this very clearly, even though he was at a very young age. Somehow I had forgotten this memory completely, untill about seven years ago, while talking to my brother on the phone one night.
He was at our parents house, and telling me that he was telling our mom about the U.F.O we saw as kids.
I remember laughing and saying U.F.O? Yeah you don’t remember "NO" All he had to say was " you don’t remember playing outside of our grandparents and seeing that star?".
OH MY GOD, STILL TO THIS DAY I HAVE NEVER HAD SOMETHING COME OVER ME THAT STRONG AND INTENSE. After hearing him ask me about the star, It felt like a lightning bolt hit the top of my head, and slowly went through my entire body all the way to my feet. I stopped my brother in mid sentence of asking about the star and I remembered it all.
Every detail recalling way more than he could remember. This memory is so strong and vivid, how could I have forgotten this amazing aerial phenomenom. I am Thirty four now, so from age ten, age I witnessed this up until my brother tells me over the phone, I was twenty seven.
Seventeen years passed and I had somehow had forgotten all of this. It doesn’t make sense to me because I can clearly remember this event, every little detail. So after recalling this amazing experience, and researching, studying, filming, I am left with more questions than answers.
I think about that object every day, because it was so extra ordinary, and have come to this conclusion. I know what I saw that day, but I do not know what it was. This was NOT a plane, a star, a comet, or weather phenomenom.
I have lived here my entire life, normal upbringing, planes have always flown day and night because of U.P.S in Louisville KY.
So im aware of planes and what they look and sound like. Stars don’t behave in this fashion, comets don’t make sudden stops and disappear and reappear in different points in the sky and they do not zig zag every direction in a split second. Weather phenomenom like ball lighting, is only seen while a storm is in close proximity.
These are facts. So I am left asking myself what did I see that day as a young child? Could it be military? I guess, but what kind of pilot could survive the intense G forces that this object was making during its "crazy" maneuvers. So I am left to ask what else could this have been? I am a very normal hard working family man.
I don’t like jumping to conclusions on anything, I am very rational thinking, and always assume the most obvious in different solutions. I have to look at what this object was Not, then rule them out. Aliens, I don’t know, I never seen aliens.
I have heard a lot about project blue beam fake alien invasions, and this is a possibility, I cannot rule it out because this could explain the crazy maneuvers. I am left with either military, aliens, or the military using projections of u.f.
os. I understand this is my experience, and for others only a story but, WOW. This thing witnessed is the holy grail of experiences that people go out and look for and probably will never see.
If I were able to go outside right now, and see this again. Get a camera and record on film the details I have shared with you, people would watch and probably immediately think that’s fake or a hoax. Because of how odd this thing acted and the light speed that this object was able to make.
So let me tell you while watching videos on the internet, I am still trying to find a similar sighting like my own. And when I see these crazy videos that look fake I always keep an open mind. Because people would not believe what I have seen.

Triangular dark shape hovering above closed ammunition plant in Southern Indiana. My mother and I were driving back home from Clarksville, Indiana. It was dark outside and the weather was warm and clear.
We were driving northeast along the road that takes you past the Jeffersonville Ammunitions Plant. We both saw it at the same time. An object in the sky with no lights.
It didn't appear to be moving. The object was hovering above one of the old closed down factory sections. It wasn't really high but it wasn't what I would call low either.
I would saw that it was as high as a very tall radio tower(if that makes any sense). If I had to guess how big it was, I would have to compare it to jets I have seen at airshows at that altitude. I would say about the size of a B1-B.
We approached it. It was off to the east of us. It never moved from the point in that point in the sky.
My mother slowed down and I stuck my head out the window for about three minutes. I never heard any noise coming from the object and there were only a couple of cars in the area but not near us. The object was dark.
Not reflective that I saw. It was triangular in shape. ((NUFORC Note: Date is approximate.

Two UFO sighting in Two weeks in the summer of 1983, Louisville, KY In June of 1983 my cousin and I (age 10 and 13) had just enjoyed the festivities of Steamboat Days and had a generous curfew of 10 pm. As we made our way to my aunt's house my cousin and I stopped at the old railroad bridge that had LRS102 radio station's lights on it as it still does today but not working when my cousin said what's that? I asked him what he was talking about and he pointed to an object that was directly over the Louisville, KY, skyline, he proclaimed its a UFO. I laughed and said it's an airplane and we watched it as it approached our location on the Jeffersonville river bank and it soon was clear that it was'nt an airplane at all.
I became frightened and my cousin just yelled out beam me up scotty in which I replied to him to shut up. The object was oval shaped with multi colored lights making two rotaions two the left then two rotations to the right, it was completely silent and became more freightened then the craft came down and hovered about 20 ft above the bridge silently with no disturbance to the water below. We watched in awe and fear as it just hovered for maybe two or three minutes then it slowly acended and once it reached an altitude of about 3000ft it zoomed off into the nite sky and left us paniced and we went home excitedly telling my aunt the story who obviously didnt believe us at all.
The next day I went home to louisville where I told my older brother what happened of course he laughed at me and ridiculed me, well later that day we had been watching television when a commercial for the local news came on, the reported Jim Mitchell of WHAS 11 said tonite at 11 a Clarksville, IN man has video of a UFO, my brother looked at me with eyes and mouth agape and I proclaimed" I told you so now do you believe me? We asked my dad if we could please stay up to watch the news that it was important my dad thought it was odd that we would care about the news program but ok but your going to bed rite after, so my brother and I waited nervously all evening long until the news came on, we watched the whole program and it never mentioned it once. Two weeks later at around 830 pm, my dad said we need to go to Kmart to get your little brother some diapers before they close so it was my dad, step mom and two siblings in the front and I sat in the bed of the truck wearing shorts and flip flops and no shirt, my dad who was an alcoholic was drunk and drinking and driving along popular level road blasting three dog nite on the 8 track, about two blocks from the Kmart we stopped a redlight on popular level where I could see the Kmart sign all lit up. I noticed something strange, there was a warm breeze raining (down) on me and I looked at my arms and the hair was standing up on them and my neck so I looked up and there was a massive craft like the one i'd seen two weeks earlier but much larger like a mother ship and I could see intricate piping mostly squared in shape and I nearly broke my neck looking from one end to another it was as large as a football field and I began to feel sick to my stomach.
I began beating on the sliding glass window of the pickup truck yelling: dad, dad but got no response he was to drunk and the horrible 70's music had drowned out my screams and I looked up again and it was gone, now surely there was multiple people that saw this thing I mean we were not alone at the stoplight and im sure someone saw me looking upwards.
