Blinking red light in sky splits above Boise Foothills, then disappears Craft was spotted above Boise Foothills, north of Downtown Boise. Bright red light in sky too bright to be a satellite and moving too slow to be a plane. Light was drifting west and suddenly stopped at which point it divided with a similar red light dropping straight down toward the ground.

2nd light flashed and dropped steadily until it was above the Foothills at which point it disappeared just above them. Initial red flashing light slowed to a steady westward drift, with variable blinking until it completely disappeared about 5 minutes after splitting.

Pulsating red light seen over Boise At approximately 2100, myself and one other person spotted a pulsating red light moving from West to East across the downtown Boise area. After about ten minutes, the object turned and began moving West. The object then appeared to separate or drop a blinking light towards the foothills to the North of Boise.

After this the pulsating light seemed to be about half as bright and moved erratically around a fixed position in the night sky for several minutes longer.

Straight Formation of Lights - Disappearing in Sky Looking up at Southwest Sky, saw a straight line formation of lights spaced perfectly apart. Lights moving towards the Northeast however the lights disappeared, one by one in the middle of the night sky. No clouds, no sound, clear night sky.

Saw plenty of stars and incoming planes but these lights were way higher than the local incoming and outgoing plane route.

Possible mother ship launching smaller crafts Albion ID - Last night(12/22/2019 at about 6:45 PM there was a super bright light above the Albion mountains to the west. I would guess above Willow Creek. I at first thought it was a snowmobile on the ridge but I then seen it was above the mountain.

Very bright light. Then all these star looking objects came from it in a perfect straight line heading east overhead. Way way up there.

They looked like stars but all were moving in a perfect line. When they got right above (straight up) they disappeared. They kept coming and coming.

probably 30 to 50 of them. Then the light just disappeared from the western horizon and they quit coming. After the last one was gone I started to see a few returning but going slower and heading more SSW than where the bright light was at.

Almost like they were returning from a mission. My thought are that I seen a mother ship of some sort and it sent out a bunch of smaller cra fts. A few airplanes went by while I was watching these UFO's and the planes were wa! y below them.

I kid you not they looked like stars except they were is a perfect straight line moving east and very evenly spaced apart. This whole episode lasted about 25 to 30 minutes. Surely someone else must have witnessed this phenomenon as can offer an explanation.

Nothing on the news about it this morning. Did anyone else see this awesome sighting? BTW I do not drink or take drugs so I was not hallucinating.

I noticed a large bright pulsating amber light moving from south to north at a steady rate, after 5 minutes it stopped and became stationary in the night sky. I now observed another bright object come into view moving in the same direction as the first but at a lower altitude. When the second object got close to the first object, it started moving again, but changed its heading to the northeast.

The second object followed on the same course. I watched the two bright amber lights travel northeast until they became so dim I lost sight of them. There was no sound associated with either objects.

At the time the cloud ceiling was 4800 AGL(Above Ground Level),we are at 4047 MSL(Mean Sea Level) there was plus ten miles visibility, no moon, no stars. I am a commercial pilot/flight instructor with 10,000 plus hours of flight time and I have never seen anti collision lights that bright and amber on any airships in all the time I've been aware of the night sky's along with airplanes flying at night.

Walked out onto back deck and looked up. Noticed an uneven, but steady line of craft flying from southwest, over my head, and onward toward the northeast. No jet sounds could be heard.

I woke my son up but he only saw the last one pass by. They almost appeared to be satellites they were so high!.

Saw 4 objects flying in an epsilon pattern. I was letting my dog go to the bathroom and looked up in the sky and for about 5 seconds I saw 4 circular objects move across the sky at a rapid rate. The objects almost seemed see through but were very slightly illuminated.

It almost looked like when a huge light is shined in the sky and you can see it from far away but it wasn't nearly as bright. There were 4 objects and they flew in an epsilon pattern like a half v and we're almost perfectly spaced but at one point it looked like the last object broke formation slightly. When I first spotted them they were almost directly above my head and seemed like they were about the height that I always see crop dusters fly, although they could have been higher.

In the 5 seconds I watched them fly completely out of view. They were moving alot faster than any plane I have ever noticed it was almost too fast to track them with my eyes. I am positive it wasn't any kind of plane and I'm sure it wasn't any kind of light! that you sometimes see shine through the sky.

There was very little cloud cover tonight. The objects were very different and almost seemed like they were distorting the image of the sky around them. I have never seen anything close to as wierd as this in my life and thought I would report it.

Unknown, erratically moving object in the early morning visible in Wendell, Idaho Observed from Wendell High school parking lot in the eastern sky at the 10 o'clock position distant object making erratic turns at unknown speeds. Not a fixed wing or rotor aircraft as there were no lights normally found on man made aircraft; only white light visible. Clear sky in the vicinity of the aircraft - stars and moon visible and stationary.

Aircraft would move from left to right, then up and down - sometimes in quick succession. Aircraft moved out of range (no longer visible) after approx. 10 minutes.

im a passenger riding with my boyfriend who drives a freightliner. On 11.17.

19 we were driving through Utah and Idaho at night time. We were on our way to Washington state for a pick-up. Im not sure which city or state it was either Utah or idaho but we both saw an object in space looking somewhat like a rocket with bright red florescent streams behind it.

It was super bright and traveled at super fast speeds we saw it for about 2 seconds then it was gone. It didn't just disappear it was more like on a destination somewhere. But it was something i never saw and something strang.

Orange lights At approx 8:30pm, there were about 15 lights in the sky that formed a upside down cresent shape with a few scattered lights out of formation. They did not move at all one only lasted about 20 seconds before they faded out and were gone. We posted on a Nextdoor neighborhood website to see if anyone else saw lights and another family witnessed them as well.

15 craft moving along the sky Saw about 15 what looked to be stars moving across the sky in a single line, it lasted for a couple minutes until they faded away. Very unusual, never seen anything like it before in my life. Seems weird that it would be moving in a perfect line and then suddenly disappear.

Sting of lights I was driving home from meridian heading towards nampa when something caught my eye in the sky. It looked like a string of lights going across the sky and I thought it might have looked like bogus basin but I was facing the opposite way! I couldn’t believe it and tried to take a picture but it disappeared within a minute of processing it.

Strange.behavior of lights viewed in western sky from N Idaho. At approx 2120 Pacific on 11.

10.2019 viewed from Cocolalla, ID. Weather cold, sky clear, no precipitation: While sitting on my couch watching TV with my family I saw a large, white circle of light (through my west facing window beneath the TV) flying in a westerly direction at a speed comparable to a meteor.

The light was WNW of my home. It was approx double the size of the ISS, and several orders of magnitude brighter than the brightest I've ever seen the ISS. It did not trail any streak of fire, it did not break apart, and it made no noise that I could hear from indoors.

I immediately ran out of the house onto our west facing porch to attempt to view it further, and did not see or hear anything else unusual. I informed my wife about what I saw, but she had not seen the light through the window. I went back to watching TV with my family.

At 2148 (based on cell phone video time stamp) I observed two amber or possibly orange colored lights had appeared in the sky visible through the same westward facing window. The lights appeared to be well passed Huckleberry Ridge. Viewed from my home, they were just north of Vega.

They appeared to be a similar diameter as Vega, but perhaps not as bright and definitely were not white. The lights at first appeared stationary but then I could tell they were drifting upward as they passed a faint, small star in the background. I yelled to my wife to come quick, and asked my daughter to bring my cell phone.

  My wife witnessed the two amber colored lights move toward each other and then apart from each other a couple times, before one zoomed off to the north or possibly northeast. As it zipped away its light dissipated. The other stayed in the same area, before its light dissipated too.

I did not personally see the dynamic movement of th! e two amber lights because I was busy unsuccessfully attempting to capture the event on video. I did observe the remaining amber light fade away.

I originally entered this sighting immediately after it happened, approx 10 months ago, on MUFON (unfortunately). I say unfortunately, because I needed to find the date that I saw this, but I have no real record of the report. No email, text anything.

Apparently to even search the database on MYFOn you need an account.and to have an account you need to make a donation. So, I found NURC and started searching.

I found very similar experiences in my area about the same time, so I thought I would enter the incident for your database. It was around midnight and my husband and I were looking up at the stars, as we often do. It was a fairly clear fall night, with just a few clouds.

I was looking straight up, I mean the back of my head was resting on my spine, it was literally straight up. My back was towards my house, I was standing about 2-3 feet from our 2 story house, we live on a hill overlooking the city. From behind me, straight over my head from the other side of house (NE) towards the downtown area (SW) - A silent huge circle with no lights was slowly moving over our heads.

I tried to get my husband's attention but he didn't see it in time. It was slow-moving kind of Blended in with the night sky and disappeared into a few clouds. It was very stealth like but it seemed like it was right above our house.

I was standing directly underneath it. The next day, I was in that same spot by the house using our house when I noticed all these red spots along the wall window water spicket and leaves of bushes. It was only about a 10 to 12 foot with of the house directly where the craft had passed over the night before.

I got up my camera and took some video of these odd shaped red droplets. I even tried to squish one and it seemed like it was blood coming out of it I was weirded out. I posted it on YouTube and that’s where I get the approximate date of 10 months ago.

To this day’s some of those red spots are still there. I don’t know if it’s related or not but I found it very interesting.
