This morning at 6:20 am I spotted what appeared to be stars that were moving in a clustered group As many as I could count 51 total They came from the north and crossed the sky heading east Then they slowly disappeared out of sight.

3 red-orng spheres approached, changed into a larger orange cigar. Main witness, his wife and two sons, were on the deck and looked up to notice three objects heading toward them in the sky. The kids were excited and apprehensive.

Older witnesses were calm and curious. Suddenly the furthest light morphed/appeared as a large cigar shape, perfectly identical on either side, like a disc or Frisbee when looking at it directly on as it flew. Slightly taller in the middle of object.

It appeared brighter more orange in color. It kind of seemed to have fuzzy edges. Wasn't "high definition" defined.

At this point the youngest started to cry and ran into the house followed by his older brother. They all then stayed put but the main witness was shocked by the sight. He tried to photograph it with his cell phone but it wouldn't show up in his viewfinder.

He took photos in the direction anyway and ended up with blank black screen. It stayed stationary for a minute then slowly moved N by NE. up the valley floor towards Snoqualmie.

As they moved north the two other spheres disappeared and they lost track of them watching the large light. The large light disappeared leaving behind the same color light but much smaller as it had moved from their SE. Directly to the E of them it changed shape and density like moving plasma and fell similar but not exactly like a leaf below the tree line down to the ground.

It was bizarre. "I'm not sure if they/the lights were entities themselves that confuses me since the one got so huge and shaped like what you'd imagine to be a ufo but just illuminated no sign of metallic structure at all. Then the later translucent light fell to nothing.

Strange light formations in the night sky At approximately 9:30 PM, I stepped out of the back door of our home, where I saw very bright red objects slowly moving across the sky to the west of us. They were coming from the north, and heading south. The night sky was cloudless.

The first ones I saw seemed to be fairly close together, and traveling in a ‘V’ formation. Then I noticed more individual objects coming in from the distance behind them. None appeared to be going any faster than the others, and were traveling at a horizontal level.

I called my wife and daughter out to see this unusual sight. I jokingly told them them the aliens were here. They came out and witnessed this with me.

Some of these brightly lit objects would slowly fade to solid black, then begin a slight downward flight, in a large arc across the sky. At first I thought the setting sun from behind the hillside to the west was giving them the bright red/orange coloring. I recalled that on the recent news that we could have meteor showers later tonight and into the early morning hours.

I thought perhaps this was what we were seeing, but I have seen meteor showers before, and these looked nothing like that. There were no tails, they moved slowly what seemed in unison, and were very brightly colored as if they were on fire. My wife took a few photos with her camera phone, and posted them on Face book.

She called a couple TV stations which seemed to brush her off like she was making this up. When we looked at photos of UFO’s on the Internet, a couple photos looked very similar. After about ten minutes, they had disappeared entirely toward the Southwest, with no more.

The news reported that the meteor shower was to begin in a couple hours.

Bright green fireball streaks across Northwestern sky While driving northbound on Valley Freeway (167) my wife and I both saw a single bright greenish fireball streaking from SSE to NNW for a duration of aproximately 2 seconds. Since we were looking through our car windshield, our angular vision to altitude was restricted to aproximately 45°. It's path appeared near horizontal with only a slight decrease in altitude.

The fireball first appeared almost white and as it streaked lower into the atmosphere, it's color quickly became more greenish in color. It appeared to "burn out" over Seattle. I noticed a very faint smoke trail behind it as it streaked across the sky.

It's altitude in appearance when it burned out was equal to that of incoming aircraft to SEATAC. Fortunately no aircraft were in it's vicinity when it burned out. The apparent size of the fireball was approximately 1/8 that of a full moon or more specifically about double that of the brightest star in the Northern Hemisphere, which is Sirius.
