All Reported UFO Sightings in Sweetwater, Texas

Triangular craft above Texas sky. When my fiance, my best friend, and I were sitting by the fire pit in the backyard. My friend said "what in the hell is that?" I looked up and caught the tail end of what he was seeing before it disappeared before our eyes.

To me it looked like a triangle shaped craft that had lights on it that were not flashing and all. They were not even that bright. They were just, lights.

I couldn't make out how many lights. I think I might of seen 3, I'm not too sure though. It only was in my sight for a few seconds, but that was long enough to see the craft.

It disappeared in almost what looked like clouds but it was a clear night.

Was sitting next to a little bawnfire talking and listening to music when I took a drink and looked up to see 5 small crafts flying in a V patten the same way geese fly & told my other 2 friends to look. They seen it too. It made no noise, was flying low, small crafts like maybe 2 humans could fit in 1, and then gone as quickly as it came.

Oblect approaches rapidly, pauses and holds position, then rapidly recedes into the sky, all in about ten seconds. Thursday, February 4, 2021 Approximately 8 pm Sweetwater, TX While driving north, just leaving the city limits on fm419, one other person and I witnessed an unusual point of light in the sky. It was of a steady and unwavering hue, abnormally brilliant.

I was instantly drawn to it because it was apparently moving toward the south and descending in altitude at an incredible speed. I say this because we both observed an increase in apparent diameter and brightness that went from negligible to alarming in a matter of a couple seconds. Then it stopped.

It remained stationary for several seconds. Still no flashing or shimmering. The hue was red, somewhat neon.

Definitely exceptional in it's radiance. Both of us were awestruck. Then it took off away from us, receding from us, it seemed, and within a further two seconds had completely gone out of sight.

The whole thing lasted maybe ten seconds. To us both, it was a decidedly remarkable experience and uniquely strange.

Bright, close, circular white object that is stationary, except when I videoed. I took my dog out , and saw a bright light closer than all the other stars in the sky. Something appeared above it.

Something red it appeared. To close to be a star. It is a clear night.

I waited and watched. The object never moved it appeared, until I took pictures and videos . Only in the video can you see movement.

When I look it is fixated and does not Move. The video and pictures show a circular bright shape that has something in the center. Hard to describe without just sharing what I took with my iPhone.

In the picture only and video it appears to go side side as there is a light also around it like a fog and it moves. It is still there and it is 2:49 am. I am going back in.

So I cannot say length of time whatever it is will be in the sky. I have seen planes, and all kinds of things in the Texas sky. I have never not been able To tell what something was.

It was weird and we didn My friend and I were travelling to Dallas, TX, it was 11/07/89, we were driving and were headed to Dallas, Tx. We left Hobbs, NM at about 7/00pm and when we hit Sweetwater, TX, it was about 9/00 or 9/30pm. We were on the interstate and we noticed that everyone else was stopping and getting out of their vehicles to look up into the sky.

We were headed to Dallas, TX, and didn't want to get there too late, so we didn't stop. She said to look out the windows to see what everyone was looking at. I did and saw two shapes doing things that conventional aircraft couldn't do.

They were doing things that were impossible. It was a stop sign shape and a triangle shape, both outlined in red, doing things that are not possible. They were here in the skky and then they were there, from one side to another.

Up, down, sideways, horizontial, vertical, it wasn't possible. Then the big one, that they kept flying into and out of came by. It was huge, shaped like a lego brick.

On the ! under layer, that we could see, it had purple and blue lights, they weren't blingking, they were steady, it was the size, easily of three football field lenghts in shape, it looked like a lego brick. It made no sound. No sound.

We watched until we got clear of Sweetwater, TX, and then it, or they werer gone. We got to Dallas, TX, at about 1/30 or so, we missed some time. ((NUFORC Note: Source is anonymous.

We know we weren't the only ones to see it, but there was never any media reports about it. In November of 1988, my friend and I were on our way to Dallas, Tx. We hit Sweetwater, Tx at about 11:00 pm, and we were on the interstate.

We were not the only ones to see this. First, there were two small shapes that were shooting all over the sky. They were red, one shaped like a stop sign and the other like a triangle.

They were everywhere. People were stopping along the road and getting out of their vehicles to watch the show. We didn't stop, as we were expected in Dallas at a certain time.

After about 20 minutes, we saw a huge shape covering the sky. The little ones were red, but this thing was blue and purple. It looked like a huge lego brick that moved very slowly and had no sound at all.

It looked like the size of at least three football-sized fields long. It had no sound at all. As soon as it passed overhead, the two little ones went into it and then came out.

We don't remember anymore of what happened. We got into Dallas at about 2:30 am, and didn't speak about the event until last November 23, 2002. We hadn't seen each other for about 12 years.
