All Reported UFO Sightings in Cleburne, Texas

It was a clear night,I was outside at night looking for starlink satellites when I saw the ufo move from S to N. It was slow then fast. Ever since I first saw the starlink satellites I’d been obsessed with spotting them above my property.

There’s an app I would use to find them. To use the app you have to go outside and triangulate your location. You point the point up, down and all around.

As I was doing this, I noticed in my peripheral something moving towards me from the south I thought it was a plane. But it was moving slower than a plane. As I turned my head I was confused by the shape and color and how low it was.

It was a black triangle with lights on each corner and one in the middle and it looked like it was less the 100 feet in the air. I couldn’t tell how big it was. I immediately thought it was a drone but it made no sounds and it was too big for that.

So by the time I realized what it might be it zoomed off. In a blink of an eye it was gone. I ran inside and told my wife.

I keep looking up every clear night.

Me and my friend was going from his house to my house and in the sky one after another red lights following each other very slow and then taking off very fast and as soon as one will disappear another one will pop up they were bright red and they were coming from north to south Grover Cleveland and as soon as I get on top of us they took off West disappearing into the distance with no blinking lights crazy looking bright neon pink if you will ((NUFORC Note: We attempted to contact via telephone the source of the report, but our call was not answered, and the party has not set up his voicemail box. Intensely brightly lit object sighted flying at low altitude and high speed. Driving East from downtown Cleburne, I observed a large brilliant white light, similar in intensity to a welder's arc strobing in a 3 sec on/1 sec off pattern traveling south rapidly at low altitude, lower than the 200 foot relief hills behind the object. It disappeared before I could pull over for a better view.

I have never seen airplane or helicopter lights nearly that bright and no other lights were visible on the object. The intensity of the white light and speed of the object precluded identifying any shape, even though it was slightly before dusk and only about 1/4 mile distant. I was unable to arrive at a plausible explanation for any ordinary object it could have been, hence this report.

Traveling southwest, triangular dim lit silent craft. Translucent with approximately twenty lights. Wife was outside with the dog and saw the craft just above the trees at a steady moving pace going south.

She came and got me. We saw it a second time.

Huge, silent aircraft seen under 500 feet Xmas night by trained observer for 4 to 5 minutes Huge UFO seen from the rear on Christmas night, 12/25/2009! At around 7:40 pm CDT, I drove to a corner store, about one mile from my house, for a package of little cigars and a coke to see what remained of our first ‘white Christmas’ in 83 years (before I was born!). As I returned to my car from inside the store where I had visited with the owner for a few minutes or so, something caught my eye low in the due northern sky: a yellowish/white broad light that was not shining at me, or out in front of the object, but was ‘glowing’ downwards, but not casting a ‘beam’ of light! I thought, how strange, but then the brisk cold air got to me so I hurried on home to see if I could get a better look at this, thing. Less than five minutes later, or, about 7:46 to 7:48 pm CDT, I parked my car at home and walked to my porch and looked up to the lower southern sky and saw this HUGE rear end of what could not have been an airplane, as it was only a few hundred feet off the ground, and the rear lights were perfectly huge! There were four of them, two yellowish/white and two reddish/white, perfectly circular, spaced one after the other (white, red, white, red) in a roll in shape with a red blinking light in the middle or, possibly in the bottom area, when I thought it was likely an airplane, but I heard no sound whatsoever.

What I was looking at, that was gliding so slowly that if it had of been some known aircraft; it would have fallen from the sky, seemed to me to be the rear end of a triangle-shaped UFO I have seen graphics of and some videos of from eyewitnesses. These lights were not bright, did not give off a ‘brightness glow’ nor were they hard to look at, yet they were soft in their illumination. The huge object was almost hovering as it was gliding so slowly.

I watched it moving towards the due south, and I know where the due south is from my front yard, having a compass watch that I calculate with every season, plus I know my star charts, being a former Navy SeaL and navigator. These four lights were perfectly round and did not blink at all: only the small red light blinked in an odd manner unlike the belly lights found on traditional aircraft that blink in a continuous series as a warning. I know this from having once worked for Delta Airlines as a Fuel Service Agent.

This little red light would blink real fast, and then stop, and then blink real fast a few seconds later, and stop. I was very awed, despite my past in witnessing and videotaping such oddities we call UFOs, standing out in the 30F odd degree cold night air, as I truly believed that I was seeing the rear end of a triangle shaped UFO gliding southwards, ever so slowly. The area where the large lights were located was a perfectly boxed-in area, or squared off with the lights within.

Now, I had my camcorder just inside my house on the coffee table, as I had been taking footage of the very rare snow that we had gotten yesterday afternoon, 12/24/2009, for the first time since 1926, as the TV news had related. When my camcorder came to mind, the object had traveled farther away to the due south, although I thought I could get some footage of it. I decided to watch it instead, as if I had of gotten footage by that time of watching it for about four minutes, it would have been seen as simply colored lights that I described above in the cold night air, becoming smaller as it traveled slowly away.

CONCLUSION: This object was too huge and flying too low and silently to have been any known, earthly aircraft! Because of the placement of the huge circular lights to the rear of the object; rule out any earthly aircraft. These were not ‘fixed winged lights’ that shine out in front of airplanes, as this object was heading away from me to the south, plus the fact of its slow rate of speed and freezing night air; rule out a horizontal hot air balloon of any type based upon little to no wind and the object was moving in such a fixed position that it did not vary even slightly! I affirm that the above is true and correct as I have described.

Three lights in a shape of triangle, lights changed positions four times. My boss and I took an smoke brake outside, the time was 18:15 PM I was looking at the night sky when I saw an UFO flying in very fast speed from south to North East. over Cleburne Texas.

The UFO had 3 lights in a shape of a triangle.[ I do not know if it was one craft or three, because it had the three lights] it was very fast and traveled over the building in 7 to 10 seconds. The three lights changed positions 4 times that I could see.

There was no sound and the UFO was flying very low. I am absolutely sure that this was an UFO I never ever seen anything like this before. My boss seen it to, but he does not believe anything like this, and acts like he did not see it, and does not even talk about it.

red dot , way too fast for man kind, no sound .figure eights in sky 1x then shot and see like a cartoon/IM A PILOT MY SELF. we were out hunting i night.

im in back of jeep told friends to look at that. no sound . stopped and hovered consistantly off tip of my rifel but yet far far away,then shot a perimater of the earhts sky in about 30 seconds/ and stopped exact location on the barrel of my gun.

my friend who lives on property jumps out and screams thats a ufo HE IS 50 years old and the RED DOT shot off into space. this is the GODS truth so help me god.

This huge object surely was seen by others just due to its tremendous size. No doubt about it: this was not any form of 'known' craft. Between 8:30 to 8:45 pm CDT, I witnessed the sighting of an otherwise, 'UFO,' which remains a total and complete mystery to me.

To wit: Driving northward towards the small Texas town of Joshua (population about 7,200) from my hometown of Cleburne, Texas: the night sky was very clear-without a cloud to be seen. The temperature was a cool 61 degrees F. There was a possible light wind out of the due south, but I did not check this out with the National Weather Department.

The stars were yet faintly seen at this point in time and in location. My sight was drawn to the obvious huge light in the low sky (about 35 degrees from the horizon), which was just short of being the size of the full moon-or-if one were to place a U.S.

nickel coin in their out-stretched hand (arm's length) for size comparison: the full moon is this size. When I state that my sight was 'drawn' to this object, 'compelled' to look, also comes to mind. It was a soft, white light-not glaring, nor hard to look at-seen in the due north-northwest (330 degrees [NNW] on a compass bearing).

My driving speed was within limits at about 55 mph. As I drove on northward on highway 174 towards my friend's house in Joshua, I noticed that this huge light was not getting larger-or smaller-as at first-I thought it to have been a low flying private airplane of some sort (Note: commercial jet airliners would not be found in this part of the sky-as they are always heading north of Cleburne to the west of town-then they bank to the east towards the Dallas/Fort Worth airport, and if they are departing D/FW airport and heading south towards Austin or Houston: they fly to the far east of Cleburne-but in either case: they never fly directly over Cleburne). Just as I realized that this huge light could not have been an airplane-as it was devoid of 'belly lights' and 'wing-tip' lights; the softly glowing light blinked out.

As I drove on-now out of the city limits-driving up the bridge (over-pass) that crosses over the railroad tracks (Cleburne is a 'hub' for the railroads) at about 50 feet above the ground-but high enough to see clearly-suddenly, there appeared 'colored' lights all about the object-so many-that it took my breath away. Having been a Veteran of the war in Vietnam-and having also worked my first job back from the war at Delta Airlines: I certainly know the placement of 'ID' lights on airplanes, helicopters and all 'known' earthly aircraft. These lights were nothing at all like standard aircraft lighting.

There were just too many of them of too many different colors. I drove on as the mileage grew in approaching this object, which was heading in my direction (its path would have been to the due south) just to my left, or to the west of me. It was huge.

I compared it immediately to the Super Dome in New Orleans, or about 400 to 500 feet across (or roughly,166 yards) and about 200 to 300 feet in height, based upon the placement of these mentioned outwardly seen lights. As for these 'lights': there were three (3) small blinking lights on top at 'dead center,' which were, from top to bottom, red, soft yellow and white. All were blinking in an odd pattern of off and on, very swiftly.

They were evenly stacked atop of each other. Below these 'center' lights: the area underneath was completely dark to my vision, yet obviously, solid in nature, since the lights were certainly 'fixed.' Outwardly from the 'center' to either 'end': the distance was amazing at several hundred feet.

I judged the distance between this object and me to have been about two (2) miles. The lights at either 'end' were solid, softly lit and multi-colored-yet larger in size than the 'center top' lights. Some were blinking-some were not.

They were placed in a very odd fashion with no reasoning-as they were staggered in placement. There were about 4 to 5 lights at either 'end' of the object. To the 'bottom side': these lights were the oddest, as otherwise, 'belly lights' of normally 'known' aircraft have a single red blinking light-with white and either red or blue 'wing' lights found latterly.

These 'bottom' lights were strung out all along the bottom, making, again; no known pattern or reasoning to their placement. They, too, were multi-colored and were all of the same 'brightness,' which was not so bright as to have been difficult to look at. As I approached it--and it was approaching me; I decided to pull over to the shoulder of the road and to stop, which I did.

By now, the huge object was almost even with my car to my left, or, I was looking to the western sky. It was now completely obvious that this object was no more than 1, 000 feet off of the ground-and VERY huge! I turned off the car engine and stuck my head out of the driver's side window-to listen for any noise, which may have been emitting from the object. There were NO SOUNDS whatsoever.

The huge object was traveling so slowly, that if it had of been a 'known' aircraft: it would have fallen from the sky. I watched in pure and total amazement, as the object just glided by me-within one (1) mile from my position. I was speechless-within the quiet of my car and on this part of the country highway that I know so well.

This was just outside of the city limits where there are only a few farm houses spread out in the area-with patches of remote woods to my left and right sides as well as to the front, or north of where I was. The huge object glided on by not making a sound-not making an effort to turn, climb, ascend nor descend, as I watched it and etched the size and its likely shape within my awe-struck mind.

Regrettably, I had no camcorder, nor still picture camera to record this. It continued on its course to the due south-and drifted further away. It was still within my sight as I started the engine of the car-and drove away.

The object was shaped like a boomarang with 7 black spheres one in the center of the nose and three on each wing. It was dark in color but it had some strange semi glow to it and it made absolutley no noise. I was laying in my hot tub when it pasted over my house at about 80 to 100 feet it was the three times or larger than my house and was headed due south.

It had some strange disecting lines on the inside third of the two v legs almost like flaps or rutters and the nose looked like it had the line just in front of black oval object toward the front of the craft. ((NUFORC Note: No other reports about this incident. PD)).

Silvery-blue light streaking across sky, South to North, 1:00 o'clock high to 2 o'clock. Turned to yellow-orange color at 2:00 o'clock high before going out of sight. My husband, aged 59, and myself, aged 57, were traveling West in our car on Kilpatrick Street.

The light in the sky that we observed was oval in shape and silvery-blue in color. The object was very high in the sky and appeared to be about the size of a dime held at arm's length. It traveled much faster than an airplane or jet and traveled across the sky from South to North and out of sight in a matter of about 7 seconds.

Just before it disappeared, it changed to a yellow-orange color.

Two friends and I saw a triangular-shaped hovering aircraft which quickly sped away when we stopped to look at it. In the winter of 1995 two friends and I were driving home from a Dallas Freeze/ Fort Worth Fire minor league hockey game. We were driving down a particular street in Cleburne, Texas and all three saw something in the sky relatively close to the ground.

This area is now very developed, but back then was somewhat dark and undisturbed except for two local churches in the neighborhood. We turned onto a dead-end road and pulled over to get out and see what the thing in the sky was. It was night, so it was hard to make out a particular shape, but not impossible.

We could, however, see three bright lights in a triangular pattern. Being an avid reader of aircraft publications, I at first thought it resembled an F-117, but it was hovering. I knew that because it was hovering, that could not possibly be what it was.

It was also very quiet and within 500 feet of the ground. Almost as soon as we got a good look at this object, it sped away without a sound and from a standstill. ((NUFORC Note: Witness indicates that the date of the incident is approximate.
