The lights were in close formation, quickly shifting and creating patterns/designs, then appearing to dissolve into each other. As I was hiking up a hill at Veterans Oasis Park, I noticed an ever-changing formation of lights that at first appeared to be aircraft taking off from Williams Gateway Airport. Initially, they appeared to be a squadron of jets with more seeming to lift off the earth joining the airborne collection.
The lights were different sizes, but close together. Then, in 2 groups, they formed similar/identical formations: like the shape of 2 stars, or child's toy jacks; followed by a vertical double-helix-like formation, all the while, smaller lights appeared to coalesce into the bigger lights. within 1-2 minutes, all craft had been subsumed into the larger ones and all disappeared.

We then observed and counted nine others exactly the same as the first. They traveled in a row, one after the next appeared, flashed a very bright white light, the light was brighter than Venus is in the same area of the sky.
After the flash each one moved only a moment more then completely disappeared. We counted 10 of them. I am NOT joking, please corobarate sighting.

Fast moving blue flame looking thing warped through AZ sky My husband And I left to go on a walk around the neighborhood around 9:10pm. We walked and chatted like normal. we turned onto our street to return home and passed the first house on the corner.
A extremely fast moving object shot across the sky from Semi southwest direction to a north East direction. The object left a bright glowing bluish green tail. bright like a mega glow stick.
It moved so fast it took my brain a bit to register what it was. at first, I thought it was a shooting star because it moved like a massive shooting star. then meteor but the thing was way too big.
My husband turned and stared at me and asked if I saw that?? He looked shocked! I rambled off my thoughts. Maybe a bomb? Almost pausing for the mushroom cloud. Jet? Military? But there was no sonic boom or jet like sound.
It was a semi dark night. We live in a suburb of Phoenix and there are street lights but this thing was still very visible and much larger than any plane. It moved like Star Wars going into warp speed but no sound.

Saw 150+ yellow small parachute type objects in a random static pattern float southward Saw a small light in the sky similar to an airplane light but it did not seem move at all. Used binoculars (20 x 56) to see and it was a yellow parachute with a smaller chute off the back. Then a few very small specs not really visible with the naked eye (smaller yellow chutes) came into view.
After some time more and more until there were maybe 150 to 200 or more with about 5 or 6 of the larger yellow chutes scattered about. The scattered pattern didn't change but all very slowly moved southward and not downward. It wasn't in a straight line either.
Could not see what was at the bottom of the chutes.
