Moving light thought to be a star at first It was a clear night. I was sitting on my porch just stargazing. Movement to the left of a star that I was looking at caught my eye.
It looked like another star but it was moving! I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me so I looked away to let my eyes readjust and then looked back up at it. It was still there and still moving. It was going on a downward but also western direction.
The speed of it moving was faster than what I’ve been seeing planes move at but it was also a jumpy kind of movement, it wasn’t smooth in just one straight line. I really tried telling myself it was a plane or a “moving” star which is probably not even a thing. I noticed that it began getting brighter and appeared to be coming in closer.
It was very very high in the sky but that’s what it looked like, like it was coming closer towards me. That, coupled with the fact that it was getting brighter frightened me and I pulled out my phone to record just in case. It was only a few seconds later that it then appeared to get smaller or further away again and dimmer until it dimmed all the way out or disappeared in a way.
I don’t record it all because I wanted to to see it with my own eyes instead of looking at it on the phone camera .It’s almost as if me recording sacred it away. It was weird.

Black polygonal craft with lights wobbling through sky. I was in the back yard area of my apartment complex with only my dog when I saw what I thought was a drone. 1 solid black object that appeared to be a pentagonal pyramid flying slowly through the air.
It looked to be about the size of a small car and less than 1000ft or so from the ground. It was about a mile from my location. It moved from the NE to the North gaining altitude in a slow bank.
I saw lights like big LEDs that lined the edge of the craft and were colors like red and green that lit in sequence like a wave. The movement was the strange part since it wobbled like a poorly thrown frisbee and rotated clockwise in relation to the ground fairly slowly. From what I can tell it had to have crossed I-35 from East to West.
I continued to watch it move in a Northerly direction until it got out of sight still gaining altitude. Hardly a cloud in the sky, at least in that direction. I have 20/15 vision, and I'm a veteran.
I have never seen anything like it and I've had interest in aircraft since childhood having attended a handful of airshows. It wasn't a conventional craft. It wasn't a piece of trash because this thing was clearly rigid and to well defined, especially considering the lights.
Hence, why my first thought was a drone. I knew something was wrong when I noticed the strange movement of it. It also had no trail or noise signature.
I have recorded some video of it on my Snapchat.

Glowing object that a perfect teardrop light descended from. Unexplained sighting: March 31, 2020 On March 31, 2020 at approximately 8:43PM in New Braunfels, Texas, I was on my porch, which has views for at least 40 miles. I was looking out Northeast and suddenly there were these glowing lights, the color of luminarias.
(orange-yellow, like the glow of a hot air balloon). There was a round orb to the right and a square-ish light a slight distance away from the orb. Suddenly a big “teardrop”, almost as big as the square light dropped out of the corner of the square and descended slowly and briefly.
This shape was a perfect teardrop that looked like it was liquid gold dripping from the square light. Then all three of these suddenly went out. I kept watching and saw the round light re-appear about 10 miles further then go out and then again about 20+ miles further and descended until it went out.
Nothing happened after this. This whole sequence took less than 8 minutes. There were some small craft airplanes in the area.
This was not a plane, or a helicopter or a drone. These were not lights, but a steady glow. The teardrop light was VERY distinct.
