EGG Shaped possibly round Metalic UFO speeding down the interstate southbound on I55 central Missippi state. On August 15, 2011, a little past midday while headed northbound on I55 thru Central Missippi, The newly installed DashCamera Video Data Recorder started to go thru some strange changes, the image was wavey and shakey, somewhat like going thru a "FunHouse of Mirrors" which were all distorted severly, normaly considered "JUNK" unless the meaning was to "JOKE" on them./ So, the image was severly distorted and what appeared was this moving object at very high speed, too fast for the human eye to discern, but was noticed on SLOW MOTION play back, which revieled a Round to Egg shaped object speeding down the median of the interstate traveling southbound.
The object looked grey in color with some darker trim. There were neither sound nor chase planes following this speedster. Complete stelth, personified.

Passenger witnesses peculiar, rectangular object track his aircraft. Hi Fileing this report this way because your form do not apply. Continental Flight 1741Y Mexico City to Newark 31.
august 2005 Seat 10F About 1 pm We had just passed the delta of the Mississippi River and the captain informed us that the descent to Newark had started. The time was a little over one o’clock in the afternoon local time. I was sitting half a sleep in my seat looking out of the window when a strange object passed in a distance besides the wing of our plane.
My brain was at 50% capacity. A strange kind of "bug," I thought. A "bug" in the sky? The "bug" slid parallel to the plane and was in sight for about 5 to 7 seconds.
Then it got to me. It was no "bug," but a dark silhouette of a rectangular object that looked like a coffin with a zigzag halo around it that was darker in color then sky. The TV monitor showed the ground speed to be about 800 kmh and 40000 feet above ground (I could not remember exact data).
There was no reference point so it was impossible to determine the size and distance of the object. The question is now, what did I saw? A balloon at a ground speed a little lowers then the plane or a new secret flying device of some kind patrolling the airspace over the US? It is everyone’s guess. If the pilots have been awake in the cockpit they to must have seen the object passing by.
Has someone else on this flight seen the object. Please come forward, if you have? The attached photo is manipulated in Photoshop to illustrate my observation. The clouds are part of the storm that hit New Orleans so bad.
The object could be the same that was observed on Wednesday afternoon, July 13, 2005 in the Seattle area. It has the same memo. I never expected to see a UFO look like as described.

AS WE WERE TRAVELING FROM SC TO TEXAS I AM NOT EVEN SURE OF THE STATE. IT WAS LATE AT NIGHT AND WE SAW A VERY LARGE ORANGE LIGHT, MOVING VERY FAST. IT WAS GOING FROM SOUTH TO NORTH I AM SURE.
IT WAS AS LARGE (OR LARGER!) AS THE AIR PLANES MUST HAVE BEEN WHICH CARRIED THOSE TINY AIR PLANE LIGHTS ALSO IN THE SKY AS WE DROVE THAT NIGHT. I THINK IT WAS VERY HIGH. IT MOVED AS IF IT OWNED THE SKY, SO ASSURED AND FAST.
((NUFORC Note: Witness elects to remain totally anonymous. Date of incident is approximate. PD)).

squat spheroid ufo with fanlike underside structure and evenly spaced lights around equator of object We were driving through Mississippi on a two lane state road southbound. It was late at night.I don't know how late.
but probably after midnight. The road was through a pine forest. We were travelling toward sea level and as a consequence the plane of the land ahead of us was visible for a few miles to the horizon (we could see the tops of the trees for a ways ahead due to the downward slow incline of the land).
About near the horizon, I see this lighted object. I first think that it must be an airplane. This is for a good minute or two.
As we approached it however, I realized that the object was not moving and that it was shaped like a squat spheroid and had lights evenly spaced around its equator. I then assumed that it must be a water tower. As we got closer it became apparent that the thing was hovering right on the left hand side of the road about 3-5 feet above the trees.
It was no more than 30-50 feet away from the car at the closest point. The lights on it were bright white and were shining downward. I guess it must have been 30-50 feet in diameter.
On the underside of the object, there was a fanlike rotor structure composed of many thin metallic looking fan blades. There were so many blades that you could not see a gap between them.but it my also have been that they were spinning too fast, so maybe there were fewer blades and it was more of an optical illusion do to the spinning.
There was a slight fog around and above the trees, and the convection of the fan was sucking the fog into the object. I was filled with a very definitive fear and hightened anxiety like I have never felt before. I pointed at the object and could only say, "look, a UFO!" and kept driving.
All 4 passengers in my car verified a short while later at a diner that we saw what we saw. I still know one of the people today. ((NUFORC Note: Witness indicates that the date of the incident is approximate.

This event was quite a few years ago, my family was returning to Illinois after a vacation in Texas. As driving north south of a Village called Alligator, Mississippi. What I recall a 2 lane highway in daylight to my left two objects, flat color disk shaped, black with a clear center.
Not your typical saucer expectation. My wife was alarmed and urged me to slow down and let them pass. Soon a veered to the left and went out of sight.
Did not appear to be much or 20 foot in dia. and fairly flat. ((NUFORC Note: Witness indicates that the date is approximate.
