On 6/8/2019 I was walking around the second floor balcony of a hotel when I looked into the sky around 7:25 PM I noticed a huge weird Uap flying really fast around the sky with a mist around it on the west side of the Hotel, It seemed kind of close but it was about at least 300 yards away. It had a indescribable shape with flashing circle green and red lights at the bottom. I continue to walk around the second floor balcony to see if I could gather more intel about what I saw.
Finally, I went back to my room on the 3d floor of the Hotel and I looked out the window it was still there. I decided to go back down to the second floor balcony to see if I could get a picture, but when I went back down it was gone.
