All Reported UFO Sightings in Kiawah Island, South Carolina

Noticed a reddish circular object in the sky that appeared at to be moving and then seemed to hover. My husband and I were walking the beach and we saw a reddish orange sphere in the sky that seemed to be moving and then began to hover in one place. We both took photos and video of the object.

When we returned to our vacation rental house, I searched the Internet for any strange sightings of unidentified flying objects on Kiawah Island, SC. Internet search returned news articles and video footage of an object that appeared identical to the one we saw tonight (9/15/22). The previous unidentified flying object had been witnessed on 12/31/18 and there is video footage available online of this object.

It seemed the object we saw vaguely changed colors (red to orange to yellow to white), the object seemed to change shapes from three small close connected spheres to one large sphere, it changed from a sphere to a more diamond looking shape then changed back to three small close spheres and then back again into one large sphere multiple times while we observed it. My husband and I both felt a “need” to observe the object. We felt transfixed by the object, it was difficult to stop staring at the object.

We also noticed what appeared to be three planes and a helicopter forming a triangular shape and flying toward the object. I have heard two helicopters flying over our vacation rental since returning from the beach. The object seemed to pulsate at times.

On New Year’s Eve night on Kiawah Island, I caught a glimpse of a strange orange sphere moving quickly. To explain it better, imagine a bright orange medicine ball moving NNE at 25 mph about 150 feet high. Conditions were semi-clear with no wind at all.

Small bright pulsing lights and several more smaller less bright pulsing lights moving rapidly. Strange small very bright lights seen from Folly Island towards Kiawah Island - about 9pm. 3 very bright lights pulsing for several seconds near each other.

Then lots of less bright lights pulsing all around - no specific shape or connection to each other. Moving rapidly. Lasted several minutes, observed by about 20 people.

UFO as in Unidentified. Left a trail like spaghetti in photos & pulsating. didn't get pic of the 2nd flying red craft.

i put my dog out. she began to growl in a very odd way. not like her.

then i went out, i thought she saw a bobcat, but no and all the animals in the area were making noise, acting odd. i look to my left North, and saw a very red round light go from north to earth, maybe a few hundred feet from the ground. i ran in to get my camera.

it was on a tripod. i did not see the red light anymore, but i did see though my 300x telephoto lens this pulsating round light. lots of colors in the lens, but the photos show it moving in some pic's like spaghetti.

i took photos and knew this is not the norm. although there is a lot of activity out here at night. I also want to report that way back on june 6th in 2009 i and my son saw spheres over the kiawah river that keep appearing in either groups of up to to 4 or singular.

one right outside by backyard no more then 100 ft for the biggest closest one. but what i saw last night i found very strange. those animals were all going crazy and i know it was unusual.

when i went back out about 2+am or 3am, i didn't see that pulsating light anymore. i've seen some strange things out here at night. i don't sleep well, so i often step out to view the stars otherwise, if i was sleeping i wouldn't have an idea of all the activity visible here at night.

First Time sighting due South from Kiawah Island ocean front home -- Bright Orange November 7, 2010 Mom & I saw most amazing objects in sky off our back deck in Kiawah Island over Atlantic Ocean last evening- November 6, 2010. We were mesmerized and couldn't take our eyes off approximately 8 to 12 very bright orange objects in formation of inverted > No reports in local news next day. Could it have been reflection off satellite directed in our direction only???.

I am an Internal Medicine physician and my girlfriend ownes a linen business. For some reason we awoke around 2:30 am we awoke and sat on our oceanview balcony looking at the stars and shrmp boats on the water. We enventually ended up walking on the beach.

Around 3:15am we witnessed 3 lights closely spaced in a vertical position then a few minitutes later it was in a horizontal position. It did not move or give off any noise. I felt as though we were being watched so I said we needed towalk back to our room which wass 30 min away.

The object we observed then turned and flew silently over the lowland country of South Carolina. When we saw it fromthe side it appeared tiangular with a white light in each corner. A red light seemed to blink alternately from top to bottom.

I estimmate we probably a mile away from this object and it was around a half mile above the ground. After it dissapeared over the horizen we wittnessed a dozen shooting meteors in the shy. We are convinced we saw some sort of UFO.
